On NYE my husband and I didn't have a reservation until 10:30 but decided we needed something before our late dinner celebration. After a quick search, he found that Shack Shack was right across the street from the hotel we were staying at (Park MGM), so we decided to walk over to grab some food. This Shake Shack is large, with plenty of seating. The line was LONG, but thankfully it was moving quite fast. Employees were taking orders, moving quickly, and also enforcing mask rules. After ordering our food, we found seating, found sanitizing spray, were able to clean the table and sit. Our number was called much faster than we expected, and we were eating no more than 15 minutes after arriving. I've been to Shack Shack in multiple cities and I must say that this is the freshest and best tasking Shack Shack I've had. read more

Great food and especially great service. Went to this location after hitting up the Mariah show across the street at Dolby Live. The manager lady was so nice to everyone and made sure to send customers off with a big smile and great customer service. The line was long and she went the extra mile to make sure everyone had a good experience. I asked her if she was the manager and she had a brief glimpse of fear on her face. I told her she gave off great manager energy and she was doing a fabulous job. She went above and beyond. She's a great ambassador for the store. Definitely worth the mile long walk to get here! Our hotel was approx. a mile away from here but we passed by it the day before and decided it was going to be on our list of stops. I love milkshakes! So, a restaurant called the Shake Shack was a must for me. I order a strawberry shake and it was fantastic! We also order burgers and some fries to share. The single was your typical basic cheese burger. It was cooked nicely and was very tasty. The mushroom burger was a little different. I was expecting a burger filled with sliced shrooms but instead it was a patty of large sliced mushrooms. It was really good and cooked nicely but a little too much mushroom for me. My only disappointment was the cheese fries. I thought they were bland and not worth the price. However, my husband really liked them and the cheese sauce so it's obviously a toss up. It's good for fast food, but it's still fast food and hence terrible for your body! But they do have custard shakes which is worth something. Don't be a weenie like me and walk 15 minutes in the hot Las Vegas sun only to discover that this Shake Shack is inside the arena and you can only get in with a ticket. So it's great if you're seeing the Golden Knights but otherwise don't waste your time. read more

Attended the Aces game on 09/10, order a burger and fries. Under cooked meat. One of the managers a guy had the nerves to tell me that it was cooked at 106 degrees. I gagged. Upset stomach, nauseous the whole game. there is no justification for serving raw hamburgers. read more

POST COVID REVIEW: My boyfriend and I decided to come during our vacation because we both love our shack burgers. Yes you can dine in! Certain sections are blocked for social distancing. As well as having one entrance and exit door to avoid multiple bottlenecks. The burgers were so juicy and flavorful reminded me of the ones I would get at a great cookout :) the shake was very thick and creamy very delicious. I've been to Shake Shack a few times in Hollywood. This was a first in Vegas and it did not disappoint. I came in one night with three other people for an after show meal. I wasn't super hungry from our dinner before so I went with their Peanut Butter Shake. OMG! This is the best shake flavor here. The off menu cookies and creme one was also delightful but the PB shake is the ultimate shake here. The burgers and fries were also amazing. Props to those crispy crinkle fries. Oh so yummy! We were at the Vegas Golden Knight hockey game and saw this place. It wasn't overly busy and the prices were very reasonable (for Vegas!). I've never had a Shake Shack and I was quite impressed with the food. I really liked the burger and thought of it was "like" an In n Out but a wee jucier. The fries were good, and I added the cheese sauce to make it even tastier. I would eat here again! Minus one star because of the crazy way you collect your food. This was my first time trying Shake Shack and I love that a NY business is located conveniently near the New York New York Hotel. The burgers were tasty and fresh. The fries were crunchy. The shakes were creamy and delicious but not overpowering on the sweetness level. The food came out relatively quick for it being busy all the time. While I am a die hard In-N-Out fan, I will say that Shake Shack has the better fries but In-N-Out has the better deal. At first, I thought the price was expensive because it was in Vegas and in Vegas, a bottle water from Starbucks costs $6. However, it does cost that high even in its home state of NY (tried it over the summer since they were located everywhere) I get more for my money at In-N-Out so I prefer that. So sad that neither one is located in Denver. read more

There is plenty of seating and the eating area is clean. Shake Shack didn't get the other 2 stars because of the long wait for food. Burger, hot dog, fries and a drink took about 35 minutes. This was my first experience at Shake Shack. I stopped by while walking down the Las Vegas Strip. I was very impressed with how nice the outside of the restaurant looked, so I decided to try it. The inside was pretty large with seating inside and out. The menu board was very large and easy to read. It was nice to decide what to order before walking up to the register. The cashier was welcoming and friendly. I ordered the custard and it was hands down the creamiest I have ever tasted. There was a mixture of cinnamon, sugar and graham cracker crumbles on top and was so delicious. Been here few times. This time will be our last. The burgers are not what they use to taste like when I first had it 5 years ago. The patties were so thin and dry. It had crispy edges and it was a bit beat up. It didn't taste good so I started picking it and I may have found a small cockroach with legs in the burnt patty. The menu had a new burger, the black truffle burger. Pictures will show it all. *note that it's after two bites. That's how small and thin it was. I wonder if it's under a new management. Every time we go to Vegas we make sure we go to the shake shack. We know exactly where it is and now it's VERY close to the t-mobile arena. Not that we're knights fans! You walk in and very quickly have to assess the menu and choose what you want as they move quickly through the line. Everything is fast paced and you gotta keep up. There are a ton of people in the place so it's always really loud inside. We figured out what we wanted and ordered. We were given a buzzer for our order and got drinks and condiments. We found a table In the back and waited for our food. Got our greasy, tiny but delicious burgers and fries. We scarred them down and cleaned up our mess as we went on with our day. We have since eaten twice at the one on the Las Vegas strip by New York New York and the one in Scottsdale, AZ. Highly recommend the Mint Shake! So delish! I order the Shack Burger. I've heard of the shake shack of being a popular and hip fast food place. So my family and I tried it for dinner while walking on the strip. My sister and I shared a chicken sandwich, fries, and lemonade. The chicken sandwich was very good, maybe better than Chick-Fil-A's sandwich in comparison. However, the fries and lemonade were just lacking in flavor and consistency. The fries weren't as crispy as I like and the lemonade had such a weird synthetic taste to it. Definitely devoured my shack stack burger in an instant.. it was THAT good. I usually dont like mushrooms but the cheese and all that oozed out, made it all worth it. So in general, we love shake shack for fries, grilled cheese, milkshakes, etc. we ordered here Friday night and let's just say that between door dash and shake shack, we got a $60 worth of cold and melted food. We placed our order at 1139ish via door dash. I got a text from shake shack at 1140 that they received and accepted our order and would be working on it. The original order delivery estimate was 109 am. At 106 the driver arrived at SS to get our order. He texted me to tell me the food part was ready but that he has ti wait for the dairy. By the time he got the dairy, walked back to his car, and delivered to us it was 2am. All the dairy was melted and soupy and all the hot food was cold and soggy or just cold depending on what the items were. Even a good tip on door dash didn't help with timing and door dash refused to refund the majority of the cost, and SS said it wasn't their responsibility at all so definitely won't be ordering from this location again. I have no doubt they're busy but there needs to be a better system than charging people for food that isn't fresh. read more
