Just like the original shake shack! Shake shack has always been one of my favorites for milkshakes and a good lunch. However, I always found it farr to go there. Now thats no longer an issue as this location just opened up. Parking may be hard, but its next to a mall, so youll be able to get a spot sooner rather than later. I did have high expectations for this place as the other one shake shack was too good. And let me tell you this place did not let me down, its exactly like the one in New York. Their food was on point,it was done within a timely manner and the area was pretty clean too. Only down fall , it does get crowded. Especially with teenage kids. Not the best place to relax and chill. But if you're able to overlook that, I certainly will attest for one of the best happy cheat meals. read more

This was our first visit to Shake Shack, it's not a senior friendly place couldn't get someone to take our order, we are not technically savvy so it took awhile to place our order. I even left a 10% tip by accident. We were very disappointed my husband was really looking forward to having a thick 2 patty juicy burger like their advertisement showed but it was not, it was also very small, their chicken bites were extremely greasy and tasteless I think it might have been refried, I had to blot them with napkins to get the oil out. Their lemonade was quite refreshing, the food is highly overpriced for the quality and amount they serve you. The tables were all dirty and when we asked for one to be cleaned it was wiped with a dirty cloth we had to wipe it with napkins but it was still sticky. Before we left a gentleman came and asked how we enjoyed the meal we told him it was greasy and his response was " good to know." ??? We certainly will not be returning. read more

I think what makes this place a touch above is their topping options. Cherry peppers on my burger...delicious and spicy. Herb mayo on my chicken sandwich...yes please. We started by speaking to the lady at the front who took our order but she literally couldnt hate her job more. She continuously told us that her last day was sunday and she's done. Very uncomfortable. The worst part about our experience was after waiting for our food, we finally got buzzed to come up, but it still took 10 minutes for us to get the food. If the food isn't ready, don't buzz us. It created this cluster of people that couldnt hear anything, couldnt walk through and nobody knew what to do. Its very simple. When the order is complete and the food is on the table, buzz the customer. The food was delicious, but its starting to not be worth the hassle. UPDATE: Came back a few months later and found the restaurant was deserted but every single table was dirty. It was a challenge for us to find a clean table. Management is just as bad as before. And also thinking oh this is not my order I bring it back and I'm waiting a while for the order and realize that it is the same order and now they're looking at me like I'm a fucking crazy person. i LOVE shake shack. i'm a stan, i'm a fan. it is pretty pricey for "fast food", but their food is gourmet for being fast food. this location is convenient for me personally since it's closer to where i live, the online ordering is usually always on time, food is good, service is good, never had an issue! in my opinion i think the shack stack LOOKS the best, but the double or even the single with a 10 pc nuggets + BBQ sauce is the way to go. you can easily spend $20 on lunch here, but i think you're getting what you pay for-- good food. read more

I got to say these are top shelf burgers and fries, they were what I thought they were, juicy and done right. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because of the price. It was 4 of us, we had 3 double shackburger, 6 chicken pieces, 4 fries, 2 cream & cookies shake, 1 lemonade and 1 apple juice, total was $61.11. Compare to Fuddrucker's which we go about twice a month it's about $25 to $30 more expensive. So yeah we will be back but just not as often. read more

The lettuce and tomatoes in our sandwiches were nice and fresh. The staff was very friendly. My chicken sandwich took a little longer to come out, and they gave me a free order of fries with cheese dip for the wait. I'm honestly confused by the negative previous reviews. I'm very picky about customer service and the quality of my food, but was very satisfied overall with everything at this restaurant. They have delicious cheese burgers, french fries, chicken sandwiches, and drinks. Also, there was one nice girl that worked there named Nathalia that was very nice in helping us what to choose. The wait of the food was fast and you can serve your own beverage. There are also seats outside with picnic tables and tables with umbrellas for shade. Went again last night. Oh wow. It was bad. Something was majorly wrong with their system. Orders were disappearing. (Not sure if mine ever made it in). Pagers were buzzing and there was no food ready. Food wasn't as good as the first time. Probably because it was rushed to be made and the entire staff seemed confused as to what was going on. Seating area was dirty. Just an overall bad experience. To go order wasn't packaged correctly. Management needs to go back in and assess. I know the majority of the problem was the online system. But it was really bad. I had to tell the staff what I ordered (twice) in order to get my food. And that was after people that ordered after me got their food first. Total mess and a shame to see.
