Was very impressed with the quality considering the recent reviews. Seems like they have a new manager or someone else came in to keep the brand up to standards. I ordered my food with the app and it was ready before the time even ended. Also I was cleaning the table because I spilled some cola & I was more then happy to wipe the accident with a couple napkins and right away someone from from the kitchen staff intervened and cleaned the table. It tasted just as good as the one by sunset place so if your trying to get s good bite I would highly recommend shake shack for causal dinning!! read more

My family and I enjoy eating here very much. The burgers are always juicy and the shakes are amazing. My kids always order the chicken nuggets which are very meaty and do not have the "fake" look. The only thing I did not like is that you get buzzed when your food is ready but when you get to the counter, the food is not ready. This is happened both times that I was there. There were also other customers waiting at the counter and the food was not ready although they had been buzzed. It didn't take but a few minutes for the food to come out afterwards. read more

Although I do wish they'd be a bit crunchier, the freshness really comes out in every bite so it's enjoyable in a heartier way. I opted for the cheese on the side so it would be a dipping process instead. Grabbing your sauces while your burger is being prepared makes it easier to enjoy your meal with all the proper mixins moments after it comes off the grill. It's fast food without the drive through and a reliably delicious outcome every time you indulge on a indulgent meal here. I meant to write this review a few months ago, but the head of hospitality named Dominick at this Shake Shack was absolutely amazing. He provided the best customer service that I've ever experienced at a restaurant regardless of the price tag. He spun around to help me carry my plate while bussing drinks from another table. He gave food recommendations and checked on us constantly. Additionally, my Portobello Mushroom Burger was amazing, and my husband's cheeseburger was equally good as well. I don't think there is such a thing as bad shake shack. Came here on a Friday night and although it was busy, the staff moved quickly and I didn't wait too long for my meal. I stuck to my usual and got the shack burger with cheese fries and it was brought out fairly quick. My only concern is that the place should be cleaner, I get that it's in a busy location but maybe they should have more staff cleaning tables and eating areas. read more

My first time at Shake Shack and I must say I was impressed. I was wondering about this place for a very long time and while out on Lincoln Road one night this was the only place we found that had no wait and was quick to grab a bite since we had to go back to the Apple store to pick up a phone. One of my daughters ordered chicken tenders. She soon regretted her choice. Not because they were not good but because we all kept talking about how good our burgers were. Only negative is that they are rather small but it's the same thing as when you go to Five Guys or BurgerFi. What made this place stand out even more, to me, was the dessert I ordered. It literally jumped out when I was reading the menu. Blueberry Pie with frozen custard....WHAT??? Thank God they serve it in a small cup. Also thank God that after we ordered and we eating our food, a crowd of people poured in and it prevented me from ordering another dessert. It was that GOOD! The burger. No complaints. Don't waste your $$on the chicken bites, the 6piece is 2 tenders cut up........should be on Childrens menu. The beat part is the frozen custard and shakes!!!!!! Delicious!!!! Yum!!!!! Came to shake shack tonight with family from out of town who were excited to try the famous burgers, fries and shakes. Two double shackburgers, a double smoke burger with the peppers on the side and a single shackburger. Two shakes.The buzzer went off that the food was ready yet we still had to stand there waiting for the order for another 15 minutes amongst 9 other people in a smallish area near to the bathroom so there constant traffic. Okay no big deal, it's going to be worth it!!!!! I requested no tomato on my double shackburger but apparently that also meant no lettuce, onions or pickles. I suppose that also meant we didn't need the peppers on the side either. The patties are not consistently portioned for some reason, the single was underwhelming in size and the doubles were almost triples if not quadruples compared to the single. I know I could have asked them to correct my burger by adding the left out items but we had already waited long enough and by now was not willing to have to wait even longer as there's minimal effort to hustle orders in the food prep. The bread on all four burgers was also soaked in grease. It's a burger joint I get it but not only am I eating a measly plain cheeseburger (as all toppings were excluded) it's now soggy and turning to mush. Shakes were also thin and runny. The employees on the floor have more hustle as their assisting customers to clean up their trays and wipe down tables. Thumbs up to the individual that took our order. Sadly, I'd save my efforts and just go to the location further up US-1. It's not cheap and I don't want to have to feel like I have to close my eyes and cross my fingers that my order is going to be made correctly. Oh wow. Wow. Wow. My wife and kids were raving about this place for a while so we decided to head there as a family today. Kept it fairly simple with the order but was able to experience a little of everything since my kids never finish their lunches. I had a Shackburget and I'm not lying when I say it was the best burger I have ever had. The meat was juicy and light. The bread was warm and soft. The cold stuff was fresh and crisp. I had a salted caramel milkshake and it was insane. The bacon cheese fries were soooooo good. I ate some of my son's hot dog and it was delicious. The chicken bites reminded me of larger versions of chick fil a's. Really good crispy breading and super good meat. The only thing I wished was that we had table service instead of ordering and carrying a tray of food. I would have ordered seconds if I didn't have to get up and wait in line again, and might have stayed to watch some baseball and have a few beers. Our first trip to this establishment. The food was pretty good. We had the Korean-style fried chick'n sandwich, a burger, fries, and strawberry salted lemonade. The chicken was a good sized portion, moist, tender and tasty. Burger was also good and really liked the style of fries-thick but cooked to perfection. Loved the lemonade. It wasn't too sweet. The staff was exceptional! My daughter has a food allergy and the delightful woman at the front was accommodating and ensured she had it correctly. THANK YOU! App looks very nice but twice changed my pickup time to ASAP instead of the time I specified so our food was lukewarm at best when I came & picked up. Called in the last time to tell them not to do the food immediately. Too late; they did not care. Their app issue became my problem and further became my not so warm food. Concept of calling from the numbered parking space to pick up your food is great...unless no one answers the phone! Understaffed during the Trump Virus but food quality normally above average if you get it hot. PS If you are new to Shake Shack, be prepared to pay a significant premium. I have been waiting to try out Shack Shacks new location since it is closer to where I live and its at the Falls. Ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Pieces with BBQ Sauce. Everything was good. The Hot Chicken Sandwich was especially Spicy, but you do not immediately feel it until after a minute. It was not very, very, Spicy and enhances the flavor. They have a lot of seating inside and out, outside especially on a nice day or night. If you are at the Falls or in the area and want an Old Fashion Burger or Chicken sandwich, you need to try this place. read more
