Cheeseburger with bacon, lettuce and Shake Shack Sauce

Came from another SS location which was absolute chaos. Honestly this location wasn't much better but we were able to flag down an employee to confirm gluten free ordering procedure. Inside is very cramped with only a handful of seats, more of a set-up for takeaway or eating outdoors - it was pretty dang hot and sprinkling rain so luckily we were able to grab seats at the counter looking out the window. Food was ready fairly quickly, piping hot, my burger was delicious. The starting price for a cheeseburger is about $10 and I'd say it's worth it. $3.99 for a small soft drink seems ridiculous but maybe it is in keeping for the area (?). Disappointed that they were out of the limited edition Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Shake. Appreciated the various shoutouts to Pride (employee T shirts, rainbow logo on cups, opportunity to add rainbow sprinkles to shakes). Summary- Five stars for the food but the surroundings and ordering experience left something to be desired.

Very straightforward process. Order online pick up at the location. I ordered lettuce wrapped two patties burger. Perfect. Loved it. Patties are very flat and a bit dry. But Their sauce is delicious. Friend got 3 patties. More toppings and loved it. I can't wait to try again. Service was great. And ambience is very nice and quiet.

Shake Shack no longer has employees that take orders at the register. You have to go to the kiosk screen and self order. This is a bit inconvenient if you have a specific question (e,g., gluten free options and capabilities). And if you order alcohol, you have to somehow flag down an employee to enter a special code to validate your age. It's a bit inconvenient and clogs up the process. Also, the order area is highly congested. It's a bit chaotic. That said, my burger was very tasty and the fries were fresh.

One of my favorite burgers! Friendly staff at this location. Enjoy the outdoor seating availability

6 bucks for Mac and cheese that has the worst cheese ever. Fries are extremely spicy. worst of all are the baby back ribs sandwiches. They are dry, barely have any sauce(in the picture they have BBQ sauce all over), and overall just sucks. The mango lemonade tastes like diluted lemonade with absolutely no mango. So expensive for the most mid food I have ever tasted in my life

    Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich

My friends and I stopped by last Thursday to try the Korean-inspired menu items. It was incredibly busy, but the staff still got orders out at a reasonable time. Definitely hard to find a table, so we had to wait around a bit. KOREAN-STYLE FRIED CHICK'N This chicken sandwich comes with a pretty thick and crispy chicken breast that's been marinated with gochujang along with some kimchi slaw. I personally found the marinade to be too sweet and not spicy enough. If you didn't tell me this was Korean inspired, I don't know if I could tell. I would have thought it was a sweet BBQ sauce. There was barely any kimchi slaw in my sandwich. The bites that did include the slaw were much better. Overall, I did not get the most balanced sandwich. A couple of my friends got the KOREAN BBQ BURGER which they seemed to enjoy. Maybe I'll be back if I really want a burger in the area, but I don't know if the Korean-inspired options were worth the hype.

I just paid $13 for cheese fries and a strawberry lemonade and waited like 25 minutes to have my food brought to me. But that never happened. After reluctantly and.sheepishly approaching the staff, wouldnt you know it, I was met with attitude as if I wasn't patient enough. And when I finally got it, the drink had boba in it so I had to get up and approach again and wait until the none busy associates got good and ready to approach me. So sitting here choking down these dry greasy over priced French fries and this overly sweet drink in this not very clean establishment reminded me that being nice to customers is paramount and just not that difficult. It wasn't even crowded and I was on a much needed break so ... no more shake shack for me. See pic of the subpar half eaten meal attached

I love truffle so I dropped by to try their new black truffle burger. I liked the truffle sauce and fried onions, but the beef patty was very dry. There are limited seats inside but plenty outside.

Staff and management here were really friendly and professional. Burgers were good Not a fan of the ice tea with lemonade because it was a little sour. Fries were okay, prefer them without the cheese.

Sad! This is fresh but a hot mess.

What a disappointment! I took my daughters for dinner tonight and wow, were we underwhelmed. I get it, this is a busy location but, come on, there is room for standards and some pride. The burgers were just pathetic. Not a hint of quality control or desire to make something that looked like a hamburger. On the good side, the fries were not bad, including the Korean spices fries. They were crispy and hot. Same goes for the shakes! They were not bad at all. The dining area could use some TLC. The garbage was overflowing and the tables were pretty gross. We are not coming back to this location. Yup, we are what we got but even my daughter could easily see this is not what right looks like.

Located outside, on the second floor of Tysons Mall, with minimal seating areas inside and some outdoor seating. During the busy lunch hour, we got lucky and found a seat inside. What amazed us was that the manager walked around from time to time asking the seated customers how the food was or if they needed anything. It was my wife's first time eating Shake Shack so we went with the original double ShackBurger paired with some fries and cookies and cream shake, and for the avocado lover, my wife got the avocado bacon burger and fries. Right off the bat, it felt like the avocado was just a garnish based on how little of it we had on the burger. We had to ask the employee just in case they left out the other half but no, it was only a few slices totaling less than a quarter of an avocado. Avoid the avocado burger and get the original, take it to go and add the avocado at home. Aside from the avocado issue, everything else was great! The fries were steaming and crispy, the burgers were juicy and filling.

Have to bump it up a star for the Chicken Shack sandwich. Very good. Staff still appears to hover between emotionless and mildly annoyed.

We started with the scallops and then had the gnocchi and pesto pasta. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could really tell that it was house-made. They also have a tasting menu that looked amazing and is definitely on my list for next time. The service was wonderful too. Our waitress was so friendly and made the whole experience even better. The highlight of the meal was easily the carrot cake with honey salted ice cream. Hands down the best carrot cake and ice cream combo I've ever had. Would recommend!

As soon as we entered, General Manager Sam welcomed us like old friends. After we were seated, my wife asked if he had previously worked at The Dabney, and sure enough, that's where we recognized him from. It was great catching up as he shared what he'd been doing since then and how his dream had always been to open his own restaurant. Seeing that dream come to life made the evening feel even more special. The restaurant was busy (definitely make reservations), but we were able to enjoy cocktails while we waited for our table. My Grey Goose martini with bleu cheese olives was phenomenal and set the tone for the rest of the meal. We started with the Bison Tartare and the Ceviche. The bison tartare was leaner than traditional beef tartare, and the crispy chips added the perfect savory crunch. The ceviche was incredibly fresh and bright. For our entrées, I had the ribeye while my wife ordered the Dory. The ribeye was cooked perfectly--juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. My wife couldn't stop talking about how buttery and delicious the fish was. To finish the evening, we ordered the 100-Year Port Flight featuring 10-, 20-, 30-, and 40-year ports. Vertical tastings are such a fun way to experience how a wine evolves over time. The 40-year was absolutely outstanding, and the 20-year was another favorite. The 10-year was enjoyable but still showed its youthful character compared to the older vintages. The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and relaxed. The main dining room can feel a little tight when the restaurant is full, while the bar area has a few TVs for anyone wanting to catch a game. One thoughtful touch that stood out was the women's restroom being stocked with amenities like hair ties and hair clips. We noticed they also offer a tasting menu, and after this experience, that's already on our list for our next visit. Between the outstanding hospitality, exceptional food, excellent cocktails, and welcoming atmosphere, Evelyn Rose absolutely earned five stars.
