came here because I got the ShackBurger for free with another purchase, which after some debating, I decided to choose to spend on the Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries First, the burger. It was smaller than I expected - although the amount of toppings inside was decent - the buns were surprisingly small. Only 500 cal for a burger is pretty low, especially one that costs nearly 7 and a half dollars I thought the quality was pretty good, though The buns were really soft and nice. Shake Shack seems to take the opposite route as some other places and undertoasts their buns - but here I found that it worked well as the top was pillowy soft and the insides of each bun was buttered well. I didn't like the fact that the mayonnaise was not spread on the bun though - instead it was in separate dollops The smashed burger was pretty good - although I do have a similar complaint about it not being thick enough. However, it did taste quite good - as it was crunchy, and well flavored I thought the cheese was also quite good and melted well on the burger patty. Wish there was a little bit more lettuce though The part of this meal that I really liked more were the fries, however After trying these, I'm pretty convinced that Shake Shack makes the best (or maybe second best to Five Guys) french fries out of any fast food place That's just the basic fries, however. These specialty fries were even better I loved the kimchi seasoning on these. While I do wish a) it would have some actual spice to it and b) it was all over the fries instead of only on a few, I found it added a fantastic seasoning - making this truly a unique french fry experience. I wasn't a huge fan of the Korean BBQ sauce - it just tasted strange and like a mix of too many different things though The cheese sauce, however, was quite good and enjoyable I also liked double dipping in the BBQ sauce first and the cheese sauce second The portion of fries for the price was much better value than the burger as well Overall, pretty high-end fast food - but would've been a lot better if the burger was larger

The mushroom was interesting I didn't expect it to be creamy on the inside. I took a bite and it spilled out, was creamy and almost sauce/cheesy-like, was good with fries! I liked this burger more than their others, this might be a personal preference or just this location but their beef patties imo always make me feel a little queasy after the first few initial bites; it only seems to happen when I come here. However their cheesy fries are very good! There's plenty of seating and it's an average American burger spot. They also have seating outside and it's very nice when the weather's sunny! Service is pretty fast and efficient as well.

I like to go to Shake Shack whenever I receive some type of offer / deall - otherwise it isn't worth it at full price. It is a more pricey "fast food" option and their burgers are sometimes comparable in size to a Dick's burger. It's worth getting the app and and an account so you get notified of deals like BOGO burgers or app only pricing (ex. $3 french fries or $5 milkshakes). My main reason for the lower rating (3) for this location are the logistics - I've gone to other Shake Shack locations in the Seattle area, but this one is the most chaotic if you decide to do an app/online order. First off is the parking situation... which can be a little chaotic in U-Village. Maybe you see the long line for the kiosks on a busy Sunday night and decide to try skipping the line by ordering via the app. Within the app there is an option to pick up at the express window outside or pick up inside. During my last visit, I spent quite a bit of time inside waiting for my order - they give you a text when it's ready. I had selected the option to pick up my order inside since I had planned on eating my meal... inside. However, upon getting notified via text my order was ready for pick up, my number hadn't been called. By the time I had finally gotten a hold of someone and letting them know I had a in-store pick up, I was told all online orders regardless of what they indicate would need to be picked up outside through the express window... which was another line. It took about 10 minutes from the time I had received a text my order was ready and I managed to pick it up from the express window. In that time my food had already cooled down significantly, and I was more annoyed there wasn't any signage that all orders placed online/app had to be picked up outside. So be warned fellow app user - if you decide to order your Shake Shack through the app but want to eat inside, when you get the text that your order is ready you'll have to venture outside and wait in line at the Express Pick-Up window, regardless of how you specified where to pick it up!

I just ordered this from Shake Shack Burgers. I think this might be my first time ordering from them. The Who order cost around $20. And I also ordered an onion ring. The burger is so small I am wondering if that was for a child meal. The Onion Rings aren't that good at all for under $6. It is too dried. Overall it was an ok experience for me and I am not sure I want to order from them again. That burger is kinda like Dick's Burger, but Dick's wouldn't cost so much.

I just had an avocado bacon burger and fried pickles, and wow, where have these fried pickles been all my life? Both were absolutely delicious! I've been thinking about them nonstop since I ordered them just 24 hours ago. I might have to go back for dinner tonight. The pick up window makes grabbing your food quick and easy. Always friendly service at the pick up window. Also, as you wait for your food you are sitting outside by walls of jasmine that has the most heavenly smell. Here's a tip: if you can, use the Shake Shack app to order. They often have fantastic promotions, like free burgers and various discounts!

Great location. Large lobby with inside and outside seating Inside lobby was a little messy. You have to order at a tablet not with a person Burger and fries were delightful, I was plenty surprised. Food was ready in a timely manner

The service is good even it's auto service. The food is really good, the cheese is melt and also the beef it's amazing. The lemonade taste natural. The ambiance it's like any other fast food place. I highly recommend it

FYI, They only have kiosks to place an order and initially, it's a little confusing where the line is. It's a typical fast food establishment, although the line did take a while. I did like that they bring out the food to you. The burger was good, but honestly a typical burger. It honestly felt like it was on the pricier side just for a burger.

It's basically cultured gelato so it's perfect for people who like the texture of gelato and the creaminess of yogurt. I'm a big fan of Ellenos yogurt and wanted to check out this place as well. I went on a summer afternoon so the line was pretty long, but moved quickly so I didn't stand in line for longer than 15 minutes. There were so many interesting flavors and the staff working there said I could sample as many as I wanted before deciding. I really appreciated that as they're pretty busy but still gave me a chance to try some before choosing one I liked. I ended up selecting the Lemon Curd as it was so tart and creamy and the yogurt paired with the lemon made it taste like the yoplait key lime pie yogurt I loved as a kid. I also really liked the Mango, Marionberry, and Seattle Fog so I'll come back for those next time. Ube was highly recommended to me as well but the coconut flavor felt overpowering to me. Regular sized single scoop is called a "walk around the park". If you want two flavors, you have to pay an additional amount for a split scoop. Really enjoyed the gelato and it was the perfect summer afternoon treat!

About a minute after getting my drink, I took a sip and was surprised that it was cold--not even lukewarm, but actually cold. I didn't go back to ask for a remake because there were several people in line behind me and I didn't want to wait. Instead, I ended up microwaving it when I got back to my Airbnb. The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

Both flavors were extremely creamy, even the fruity flavored ones. I started with the strawberry sorbet. It was refreshing. The strawberry really shined through and was extremely fresh tasting. I feel like strawberry flavoring can sometimes come off as artificial, but I did not have that experience with this ice cream. The second flavor I sample, and my favorite one of the day was the honey lavender. It felt like you were walking through an organic lavender field.
