Well I'm glad to say Bad Hambres put all those questions to rest. The bean and cheese burrito was one of the best burritos I've had! It seems simple. A hand made tortilla, beans, cheese but they've mastered it beautifully. First of all the burrito is hefty. About 2-3 times bigger than my favorite bean and cheeses from Costco or Taco Bell. Then there's the taste. I don't know how they do it but the beans have a delicious savory taste. Doesn't make me miss meat at all and it goes so well with the toasted cheese and tortilla. Also the tortilla doesn't rip when microwaved or air fried unlike Red's! I tried both methods and did a combo of 90 seconds in the microwave and 5 minutes in the air fryer. The fact that the tortilla didn't dry out was another bonus. Packaging is beautiful and they have one of the best social media marketing campaigns I've seen where you get follow a day in the life of the owners and be a part of the journey. It felt almost like it was too good to be true or culty but I gotta say I'd join the cult! Delicious! Also planning on sharing these bad boys with friends so they can join the club. I never heard from them, I sent them a message from my portal, called, messaged them on instagram. They had no issue charging me the full amount but had every issue actually providing the services I paid for. I'd been thinking about canceling for some time as their food is generally either not seasoned at all or seasoned to the point it's inedible. So this should serve as a warning to others that they don't care about delivering the services you pay for nor is the food good enough to pay for.

My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size. Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay. All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

Even though there's a delivery period of 5.5 hours listed when you order, yes...the old notice that someone was actually on their way was appreciated. -There used to be more vegetables. In one of the meals this week, there were only 6 pieces of vegetables (in the large portion). A week or two ago I complained the potatoes were burned. The company responded to my complaint. This week, there were potatoes in the green chili chicken that weren't cooked thoroughly. I didn't complain this week, because I complained the last time I ordered. But if you can't cook the potatoes without overcooking them or undercooking them, maybe you shouldn't offer them as an option. This week, I sent a message asking what the macros for the steak meal were, but I never received a response. I also included a picture of container not having a label. Their website says "Each meal varies in the number of carbs/protein/macros but are guaranteed to be healthy options. Each meal prep has labels to provided detailed description of the serving size." Aside from the errors in those sentences lol...this is the second time I've had to email the company to get the macros for the labels that weren't on the container...but this time, no one responded. I use this meal service because I used to enjoy the food, the macro labels and to make my life easier. But it doesn't seem like that's the case anymore.

I did speak with the owner after numerous emails and phone calls…read more Turns out the company is not fraudulent, but suffered a family emergency and went incommunicado for a number of weeks right when I placed my order. My order was a gift and for a specific event, so when it never got delivered, I had to find another option and was left with no choice but to reverse the charges with my bank. Once I spoke to the owner he offered to replace the meals at no cost to me, but by then it was too late. Glad the company is not fraudulent.
