I've been to a couple of other Sharetea locations, and have been impressed every time. There is almost always a line, but the wait isn't too long. They have stamp cards like most boba places. The more you come, the more free drinks you'll get. :) Drinks: I've had the Taro ice blended with pudding, the Matcha Red Bean ice blended with ice cream, and the Early Grey Milk Tea. I like the ice blended drinks because the ice is blended very well, so the texture is similar to a smoothie. My favorite drink out of the three is the Matcha red bean ice blended. I always enjoy the red beans that sit on the bottom of the drink. It's the best part! The early grey milk tea was tasty as well with good flavor. You can definitely taste the caffeine in the drinks, if you get less sugar, but it's not a bad thing. Atmosphere: It can get pretty loud, but it's a pick up your drink and leave type of place. They do have chairs, and tables for those who'd like to share laughter over a nice drink. Value (16 May 17): Sharetea only has one size, so for the $4.75 ice blended price, it's worth the money. I'm not sure how many ounces it is, but it's a good size to make your taste buds and stomach happy. Again, paying anything for drinks is a treat so I think it's worth your money. Service: The cashiers are friendly, and eager to answer any questions you may have. The drinks are made quickly and consistently in the three times i've come. The line is really long even at 10pm! But this is the 5th sharetea location I've been to and the quality is very consistent. I always order the classic oolong milk tea with boba and it's delicious as always. One thing I'm always down to try is new boba places . I never tried Sharetea before so my international friend suggested it cause we were in Cerritos and it was well known. I like the inside of the shop because it has furniture where you can chill on plus it's not small unlike other boba shops. I wasn't craving any fruity drinks so eventually I decided to go with the classic pearl milk tea ; . The cost was around 4 dollars ish and it was fairly priced imo, boba included. The wait time was really long , like about 10-15 minutes , but there was a lot of people there and Sharetea is pretty well-known so I already was expecting it. When I got my drink, it looks delicious before I even tried it. First sip was amazing! Prefect mix of tea and milk so one didn't dominate the other but was in harmony. It tasted better than how I expected it plus the boba was very well made; warm,chewy, and great flavors not stale at all! This drink satisfied my thirst and I'm happy how it turned out. This place has good tea, clear boba, clean place, and ok service. The reason I say just ok service is that they weren't too accommodating when I asked for the boba on the side for my daughter. We were just given an empty sample cup. It would have been more helpful for a small cup with boba already. I came across this place a couple of days ago and it was so good that I've been coming for my boba fix for three consecutive days. I tried the Oolong tea with boba and I loved it so much that I had to order it on my 2nd day at Shareatea. On my third visit, I decided to try the Honey Milk tea and it was good but not as good as the Oolong tea. I have yet to try more of their drinks but this is the best boba place you'll ever try and it has reasonable prices so it's worth the try. The only downside is that this place gets packed BUT the employees try and get the orders as quick as possible so you won't wait too long for your drink. I also got a stamp card that takes up to 10 stamps and once it's filled out they give you a free drink. Lastly, if you check in on YELP you get 10% off your entire order. Great drinks and plenty of variety. I've been here a few times now and they seem to be pretty consistent. My main gripe with this location is that it is extremely busy and drinks do take a while. So expect a wait if you go, really at any time of the day it seems. Drinks tend to be on the sweet side so adjust your sugar accordingly. What can I say? I've been a patron of sharetea fornthe longest time and just that simple fact States that they are absolutely the best tea place I've been. There's so many out there and we tried almost all of them (when a new one opens, we go and try it out). But I still come back to get my favorite drink which is Oolong milk tea with lychee jelly and boba. My mom loves the taro ice blended with pudding so I swing by here daily to get her some. Quality is consistent, even when they're busy. Once in a while ice will not be blended completely, but could be many factors that could cause that. Personally, I've only tried the cocoa lover and coffee ice blended. Both drinks are delicious. Unfortunately, the credit card transaction doesn't allow me to leave tips, so I have to keep that in mind sometimes and make sure to bring cash. The interior is cozy, but impractical at peak hours as the line goes out the door. There are tables outside as well. Employees are quite friendly and understand customer service well. They tend to remember the order at this point so that is nice too. Will definitely keep coming almost every day as long as the mother continues to crave the taro ice blended. Some drinks get into a discount too. One of the unique drinks that I tried here was a mango mojito (virgin of course) that contained green tea. It tasted mojito like with the crushed mint, and you can taste the tea and feel the energy from the tea. I like you can request less ice and sugar. Reasonable priced $3-5. There is plenty of parking in the lot. Only downside is the seating is limited so not the ideal place to come to study or hang out with a large group. I make an effort to stop into Sharetea whenever i'm in the area the only downside is its a popular place and the line can get quite long last time I was there I waited 15 minutes to get my order. They also have a 10% of with yelp check in so make sure to use that and don't forget to pick up the stamp cards you get a free drink for every 10. I was impressed with this boba shop. Today was a very hot day and the lines were out the door. This was my first time here, and I had a couple quick questions about the menu. Even though the line was long, the cashier answered them efficiently and kindly. They have a nice system to call out orders. Also I enjoy boba shops that have pudding!! The lines are always long here for a reason! If I have to be completely honest, I'm not a fan of the other sharetea locations, but this one is by far the best one. I typically come here for their pearl milk tea and its my favorite milk tea out of all the boba places out there! If you're feeling adventurous or basically anything other than your ordinary milk tea, I would suggest trying the hawaii fruit tea, but strain the bits, personally not a fan of the bits in there, still pretty good though! 9/10 would recommend coming here! read more

Had very bad experience today. The cashier made mistake purposely on the order and on the name as well. Even though we spelled the name clearly she still wrote "DUPID" as a name, "WHICH SOUNDS STUPID". When pointed the mistake, store manager said she has hearing problems, she is not capable of doing any work and she doesn't have any skill so she cannot keep her inside for work, she should be on the cashier side. Well it was just an excuse to cover the mistake made by cashier. More over we felt like the racial discrimination. We would never to return to this store now. We just ordered 2 QQ Family no ice on 6/26/20 at 2:50pm. After we drove away enjoy our 2 drinks, it brought to our surprise that 1 drink was with only red beans and regular ice. The other one was only pudding with boba only with regular ice...... Also, no label on the drink showing what we ordered, we checked back to our once again, it was very different from what we ordered...... I'm very sure the preparer made a mistake. The quality of the drink is great, I recommend the strawberry and mango iced blended with ice cream, even better with lychee jelly.
