Excellent service. Super polite and efficient servers The staff definitely work hard. It's a pretty chill place and drinks are delicious with lots of options. Would come back. Conveniently located in a place with lots of food and parking

ShareTea at The Landing never misses! I stopped in for a quick treat and ended up walking out with a new obsession. The Tiger Boba is rich, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet -- perfect for any milk tea lover. But the real surprise was the Strawberry Bliss -- fruity, refreshing, and just the right balance of sweetness and creaminess, like sipping summer in a cup. Service was quick and friendly, and the drinks were made with care. Bonus points for all the toppings and customization options. If you're in the area and craving boba, this is your spot!

This is our go-to for buble tea. We got the family hooked on these drinks. Every time we are at landing, the kiddos beg for it. Perfect location and plenty of parking. I'm so glad this is at the landing in Renton. We're also satisfied with beverages here, especially on a hot day.

This is what happens when you know what's just around the corner! You come in and get drinks! Haven't been here in months and decided to splurge myself and my gals. I think this is the first place that offered the ice/sweetness customization and I love it. Had fresh taro with no sugar. Came out pretty fast and was refreshing. I can't stand the powdered flavored drinks where you don't know what kind of chemicals they use! Too bad they don't post the ingredients for those conscientious (borderline health fanatic) folks. There is one thing that completes this day- a good bubble waffle! Nothing fancy inside - a few bar stools by the long table. It's designed to be a quick in-and-out place. Probably took about 5 minutes to make. This and happy lemon are my 2 fav places for bubble tea.

No food offer here at the moment, but the Boba Milk Tea, Smoothie and Fruit Tea are really good. The service was awesome. A Boba Milk Tea atmosphere.

Brisk, efficient service to satisfy your milk tea/fruit infused/boba beverage needs. My basic iced milk tea hit the spot as I waited outdoors for a meetup at The Landing back on 8/7/21.

    New menu

So far, I'm not used to the new menu. But they still can make Matcha creama even if it's not on menu.

Sharetea never disappoints! I'm not a huge fan of tapioca pearls, so I always opt for a simply fruit tea with lychee jelly. We had a big order, and the staff were happy to help - not to mention quick! This specific location has a really cool "photo opportunity", with a plant wall.

Consistently well made drinks, has been my go to place for my boba fix! They have a ton of options, I always go with the classic milk tea. From what I've seen, they've been following social distancing precautions, allowing 1 customer in at a time. Once the order is ready, they have a runner deliver the drinks outside while you wait.

Is this really a matcha green tea creama that I paid for? The only location that made the wrong drink. I don't remember having my matcha green tea creama this watery. And the worst thing about it is that the cups. Ridiculous cups that doesn't show what's inside the drink. Tried calling the store but the number listed is inactive. Need a refund ASAP!!!

    Oolong Tea Creama

I used to be a regular at this particular location and always ordered the Oolong Tea Creama. This place is located in The Landing, across from the Regal Cinemas and surrounded by multiple restaurants/businesses. There is always a line in the summer and on sunny days. It's a popular hangout place for many people, especially after watching a movie or grabbing dinner. To correctly drink the Oolong Tea Creama, ask the barista to cut two small slits at the top on opposite ends, one slightly longer than the other. (Most of the time, they will just give you a straw instead without cutting the slits). After they cut the slits, you tilt the drink and sip out of the longer slit, so you can have a balance of both the cream on top and the tea at the bottom. They used to give you a small plastic knife to cut the slits, but not anymore to save money. A few years ago, the original owners sold this location to new owners. After this transition, I personally think customer service went down because many of the previous staff left and the quantity/quality of products was also lacking. Obviously, they stopped handing out the small plastic knife for Creama drinks, but the cups they started to use for hot drinks didn't insulate well, nor would lids would fit properly. Before this exchange of ownership, I would have given a 4-star or 5-star review because the drinks and customer service was superb.

Ordered this time. 1.Classic Green Milk Tea with Pearls 2. Hokkaido Pearl Milk Tea 3. Thai Pearl Milk Tea (50% sweetness & less ice)

The best tea you could find in the Seattle area. Expect the line to be long and the service to be fast. Consistently delivers.

Sharetea is good but expensive. I especially like the classic milk tea with mini tapioca, but at over $4 it's pretty steep.

Love the Chicha here!…read more They tasted better than the Chicha in Singapore!! SERVICE 5/5 Staff was so earnest, kind and attentive. The two times I was there, they gave me samples of tea to try. AMBIANCE 5/5 Very limited seatings but if you were lucky like me, you will enjoy sipping tea here. Bright, clean and very lively esp on weekends (meaning long line! lol). DRINKS 5/5 The first time I had the "Osmanthus Mango" (did not quite remember the name) and the 2nd time "Bee My Plum". Both drinks were excellent. Funnily, this ChiCha and a couple of other places would be something I miss in Bellevue.

Since Chicha San Chen opened its Bellevue Square location, I have stopped by a couple times. While…read morethey serve some of the best boba, the tea flavor tastes a bit diluted compared to what I noted in my previous review. Because they brew each cup on order, I expected the tea to be more apparent, but in every drink I've tried it takes a backseat to other flavors. + DONG DING OOLONG TEA LATTE: I opted for light sugar and light ice. Despite being one of the most popular drinks, the tea flavor was weak and the cream dominated. It had a smooth consistency with subtle caramel notes, so it still tasted good, but I would have loved for the tea to shine more. At least the $1 addition of boba is pretty generous and I had enough for every sip! It was perfectly cooked with that nice chewy bounce. Since the boba itself is sweetened, going to 0% sweetness would probably be just sweet enough for me. + OSMANTHUS TEA w/ PASSIONFRUIT: Again, this leaned heavily toward the passionfruit rather than delivering a distinct tea flavor. (Side note: At the register, I received a sample of the High Mountain Pouchong Tea with Mango. This was sweet, super fruity and reminded me of mango nectar. It's really delicious, but only had a tiny hint of green tea.) + OSMANTHUS OOLONG HONEY TEA: I selected light sugar and light ice without toppings, hoping to taste the pure tea. I picked up the floral notes of the Osmanthus and the tea flavor came through a wee bit more than the other drinks, though still wasn't the dominant flavor. The amount of honey was on the verge of being too sweet, but the drink overall was refreshing and crisp. The new location in Bellevue Square is very clean with a few tables for two along the wall. It is consistently busy, so just be prepared for a wait. However, there are multiple employees preparing the drinks, so while the line appears long, they churn out orders pretty quickly without getting flustered. It's impressive! Given the steep pricing for the cup size and the weak tea flavor, Chicha San Chen wouldn't be my go-to spot considering all the other boba tea options in Bellevue.

My first thought getting in here was: how do they have so much real estate in here yet still make it relaxing to stay and do your WFH stuff in? It's wide, there's tons of tables and seating, and the menu - though a little hard to read since it's behind the counter. Music isn't too loud either so even more relaxing! Staff were quick in making drinks, or just long enough so you can enjoy the calming effects of the overall surroundings. I got their purple rain, which has ube hints, juniper, espresso and whole milk. This is one of their summer drinks but they still use their own brand of coffee for this one. Strong and crisp coffee here while the ube is brought out just enough to not be covered completely by the coffee. It's a sweet, soothing layer with whole milk added to make the drink a little thicker and uniform with the coffee. I felt like I was getting a sip and smell of the outside leaves with the juniper as well, so a ton of feelings in one cup that I downed in less than 3 minutes!
