Decent boba, but not somewhere I'd go out of my way to buy. The tapioca does not feel high quality, and the tea itself feels watered down. I've ordered the Jasmine Green Tea from here and it was not bad. Service is not too slow, and interior of this location is nice. However, there are other boba places that I'd much rather prefer over ShareTea. I am not disappointed but not delighted by my experience here and the drinks. It is nice to stop by here as there are restaurants near the area, but definitely not something to get by itself. read more

I like the fact that you can choose your sugar level but that is not possible in all drinks like the Hokkaido milk tea, they said the powder they use already contained sugar. We order Oolong and Hokkaido milk teas, I thought the flavors were very bland, I was expecting much more considering its price. read more

Drinks are good but I cannot give more than one star to a place that is dripping in DIRT like this!!! The dinning room looks fine, but man! As I'm here waiting for my order and I'm looking inside their kitchen area I can't help but feel disgusted. DIRTY RAGS, DIRTY WALLS, DISGUSTING FLOORS, DISGUSTING FRIDGES. All of their equipments looks like it has not been wiped IN MONTHS!!! Their walls/fridges are stainless steel which wouldn't really take much more than a quick wipe to clean but they're obviously not doing this. I really don't know how they're still open.... read more

The drink was good, but the price was hefty. $6.20 for a black milk tea with boba. The drink was a good amount of sweetness, and the boba was pretty chewy. But there was a huge clump of like 5 boba stuck together which made it hard to use the straw. The drink and boba were decent, but I'm not sure it was worth the price especially since it was nothing special. read more

Got the ice blended matcha red bean w/ ice cream add pearls but there was no red bean. I didn't notice before leaving the store because I thought it was hidden in there somewhere. The other drink we got was the ice blended taro with pudding and it was not bad. read more

Conveniently located off the corner of the Mira Mesa Blvd exit on the 15 freeway. I've gone to various Sharetea's in San Diego and generally like them knowing that each one is owned separately by different owners since it is a franchised company. I only wish there was a little bit more consistency in what each Sharetea location offered which would make my life a lot easier! The interior was clean, bright and welcoming. I ordered a total of 4 drinks which came out reasonably fast. I can actually taste the tea in the drinks which is a huge accomplishment for most boba places. I ordered the passion fruit, orange & grapefruit tea and added lychee jelly and 30% sweet. I can definitely taste each fruit flavor in my tea and enjoyed the lychee jelly. My only complaint was that even at 30% sweet it was still a bit too sweet. I wish they offered 10% sweet. They should offer a stamp card to entice their customers to come back more! But, definitely a place I will come back to for its convenience and close proximity to my house. read more

I'd go back for the QQ happy family. Mainly because I love the variety of toppings, all in one price. I can see why some people wouldn't want the beans in the mix as it can be an over powerful flavor, but you can simply request to them to not put it in. Personally, I enjoyed that added in as it gives it a bit of a different flavor and texture, not just one big mush of boba and pudding. For all the toppings you get with the happy family, it's definitely worth the price. It's going to be added to my list of fave things to order. read more

this sharetea specifically should have a michelin star for its incredible service and boba! charlize was nice enough to recommend me the wintermelon tea drink and made it for me. ever since then i've been wanting to return to get the same drink again. honestly im from the bay area but none of the shareteas here compare to this sharetea. i would drive back here because this place is wun of wun. shoutout charlize!!!! read more

We often stop by this place because of convenience when our son wants a boba drink. Yesterday, we ordered two drinks- Taro Ice blended with boba and Okinawa Milk Tea. Okinawa milk tea because it was a drink of the month($5.00). I realized I was overcharged, so I pointed that out to the worker. So they made the correct drink but didn't know how to refund. She told me, "I am sorry. I don't know how to do that, but I can give my manager's phone number so you can call." I mean, really? Why does a customer need to call the manager to figure out the refund on your behalf to correct the mistake you made? Absolutely incompetent. Whoever owns this business needs to train the workers properly. The guy who took my order didn't even apologize and left the girl to figure this out. He quickly hid behind the store and took the wrongly made drink with him. If the same situation happens in Starbucks, they will not only know how to refund but also give the wrongly made drinks too. I just left with disbelief of the level of service here. I didn't want to waster my time further, so I just left. The overcharged amount does not match my effort to call and explain the situation to the manager. To be honest, I didn't want to even come here to post this, but as I drove home, I started to get angry of this situation more. I will not be taking my family there anymore. There are so many other options anyway. read more

Another tea station, yessss. I ordered their QQ happy family milk tea and my daughter ordered the Oreo ice blended with mini pearls. The reason I picked my drink was because it had a yellow star next to it. Meaning it was "recommended" I honestly don't know what it all entails but it's black milk tea with a bunch of toppings. I tasted mini pearls, boba, pudding, herb/grass jelly and a whole lotta red bean lol. I like red bean but omg, every sip I had some shoot up the straw and it's a big straw. I prefer not to eat red bean with my tea but it is good with certain desserts. I will be back however to try other item. The vibe was loud, a variety of age groups. It's quite nice to have nice boba spot in my neighborhood. As a real Chinese girl drinking boba growing up, I'm pretty happy with every experience with ShareTea. This time, I ordered a winter melon milk tea with less sugar. It is still really sweet. Maybe next time I'll just ask for no auger added. I had to wait a friend for lunch for one hour, so I just waited in the store. It is nice, they are okay to dine in right now. So I am able to sit inside to wait. The only thing I would like to give a suggestion is, their music and TV is too loud, I barely can hear the staff when I ordered my tea. I had to almost shout to let her hear clearly of what I ordered. read more

A new location that just opened. I was a bit disappointed at this location due to serval factors. There wasn't any line and was not busy. But it took them nearly 20 mins for 4 drinks to come out. Green milk tea with boba, taro milk tea with boba, wintermelon brewed tea with ice cream, and 2 honey milk tea hot with boba. I find this very disappointing considering the wait time I had to wait. I walked in at 6:23pm did not leave until 6:50pm with 2 wrong drinks. I over heard one of the staff trying to figure out how to make hot drinks? I was a bit confused since they have been opened for sometime now. While the cashier was taking my order she recited back correctly, but I was not sure if that message went across to the people making drinks. I told the cashier this wasn't what I ordered. She told me there's nothing she can do. Such great customer service considering they were just opened. I'm not sure if I want to come back. Since 2 of my drinks were made wrong. I always go to Sharetea on convoy street. It's one of my favorite places. I went to the one in Mira Mesa. I was there at 9:50 which is 10 minutes before they close and the employee name Alvin stopped me at the door and told me sorry we are already closed. Until the other employee said no we still have 10 minutes. When I went to order. Alvin started telling me most items I wanted was out of stock or they didn't have the Ingredients. Finally I picked just an ice cream tea that is very easy to make. But I was short 18 cents and wanted to put the rest on my card and he told me I can't do that. I have done that plenty of times at the convoy location and also few times here in the Mira Mesa location. Just feel like he was trying to get out of work as soon as possible. These employees work super hard, and I can understand the amount of work they put in. But amazing good! stop complaining over drinks though .. some of you I've seen throw fits & lash out on these employees like as if it benefits your whole order. I definitely recommend a QQ happy family or an oreo ice blend! Their online system can be a bit confusing but its definitely usable & is labeled outside their door so its easy to scan and use! I don't complain over wait times as it could even be less than what it is labeled ... theyre lucky enough to be open for business to us & thats what matters, thank you! read more

I stopped by Sharetea for a coffee drink, and I'm so glad I did! The barista was incredibly friendly and helpful--she gave me three great options to choose from and guided me through picking the one that best matched my taste. I ended up loving my drink! Stopped by today around 3:30 and got a mango & passion fruit tea. It was very refreshing and perfectly made. It takes forever to get your orders even though they have only 3 customers inside. I ordered from orderspoon and it took almost 1 hour for my drink, come to the store to pick up and take forever again. Not recommend. Also one lady with pink hair always has attitude toward customers, not just even me.my 2nd time with her and almost leave because of her rude attitude. Need to learn better girl. read more

This is my favorite tea brand, finally a place in mira mesa, no longer need to drive far. I love crowded places, it mean that its legit or else there won't be any line. If you visit a business and it aint busy, you already know what sup. cheap drinks and taste good, mango or peach greentea, half sweet is bomb, a lot of parking is a plus. read more

It feels like the same batch is being left out all day and served long after it should have been replaced. Yesterday, I ordered three drinks through DoorDash. I understand that ordering through a delivery service costs more, but I pay the extra charge because it saves time. One of the teas was ordered without ice because I have a one-hour commute home and didn't want watered-down tea. When I got home, I found that the cup was barely over half full. I know DoorDash includes a disclaimer that drinks without ice may not be filled to the top, but we're talking about tea here. Filling the cup properly would have cost very little, and receiving a drink that was less than three-quarters full felt like a slap in the face. Today, I decided to give them one last chance and ordered another drink online during my lunch break. Again, I paid extra for the convenience of ordering ahead because I don't have time to stand in line and wait. When I arrived at 11:30, I was told the boba wasn't ready yet. Not only did I not get what I ordered and paid for, but I ended up waiting while other customers were served. I had to return to work late, frustrated, and stuck with a tea without boba that I had overpaid for.
