2.5 stars. Came here close to opening time on a weekend day and no one was around until I saw a head poke out of the curtain. He came to the register and I said "hello". Did I get a response back? Nope, just a dead pan look. My apologies that I interrupted your morning. In any case, I ordered my drinks. I asked if they just had normal wintermelon and then he stated they didn't have any right now and looked at the sign. My apologies that I didn't see your sign, that was my fault. I finished ordering. Another coworker came out and was helping prep the drinks. They were sufficient and got it done. The second worker was nicer and when I asked where the straws were, he motioned to the bin and I said thank you and he said thank you back. I appreciated his acknowledgement. In any case, I was just annoyed by the one that took my drink order. I don't need someone to be fake or overly bubbly, but just saying hi back with the dead pan look, would have been sufficient and i would have rated this a bit higher. Anyhow, as for the drinks, I ordered a mango tea, half sweet and that was good. The taro blended with boba was excellent and my niece enjoyed it. Overall, the drinks were good. Will I come back to this establishment? Most likely ,but not for some time. read more

Mango/passion tea with pearl is my drink of choice. They put a really good amount of pearl. Ask for it with 0% sugar since it's still sweet without! Staff has always been friendly and I've been here many times! read more

This is really close to my house and old high school, which is why it has a lot of business with teenagers. It's easy to access for me which is why I go here often but I would say sometimes it can be hit or miss. The boba is decent most of the time but a few visits I do remember being a bit unsatisfied. The service is really friendly and quick and i do enjoy how the store looks, very aesthetically pleasing. Overall, definitely not the best boba place, but it is nice to have as an option and I wouldn't stop going here. read more

I have mixed feelings about ShareTea because their drinks are never consistent. I always get the Oreo slush and sometimes it's runny, too thick, or has a strong coffee taste? The service is always a hit or miss too. Sometimes the workers are really friendly or sometimes it feels like they're just waiting for their shift to be over. I do appreciate how the drinks come out fast and there's a lot of parking outside. read more

Ordered an Oreo Ice Blended. It didn't taste like Oreo at all. More like water. I told the cashier it was too watery and all he did was put it back on the blender. Didn't make a new one or even bother to make it better. It was a blended ice with a hint of Oreo. Never again. Ended up just throwing it away. read more

Just left this location and Vivian was amazing today. There was 4 drinks that was ahead of mine and quickly made those drinks on top of making my drink as well despite her being by herself. On top of that she had few customers in line and she managed to get it done like a pro read more

Small location in the same plaza as Shabu Works. Came on a Sunday after lunch and it was empty. Ordering was quick, the staff were friendly, and the wait for my drink didn't take long. The drink wasn't very cold, even though I didn't adjust my ice level, and the boba was mushy. This didn't satisfy my boba craving at all, unfortunately, and I was left disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this location and I won't be returning. read more

They have a sign that they are currently only accepting credit card and no cash. We came around 3pm on a Monday and the line was pretty long. Drinks took about 10 minutes. QQ happy family: The milk tea flavor was good and not too milky or overly sweet at normal sugar. The drink came with perfectly cooked chewy boba, grass jelly, and pudding, 5/5. Okinawa pearl milk tea: the milk tea flavor was strong and delicious. It wasn't overly sweet at normal sugar levels. Boba was chewy and not overcooked, 5/5. Passionfruit, orange, and grapefruit tea: I ordered this in 50% sugar and it was perfect for me. The 3 fruit flavors mixed well together. It was a nice blend of sweet and a little bitter too, 5/5. read more

Went here yesterday for a quick boba! Location wasn't busy and my drink was made super quick (less than a minute or two) which is great. Service was friendly, but afterwards I realized the staff gave me some wrong info regarding what drinks are caffeinated or not. I got the Taro milk tea, half sweet. It was decent, although very powdery and sweet (despite getting it half sweet). I really liked the boba and found it to be tasty. The interior is very clean and bright, and I love that they have napkins out to grab. Will come back and maybe try something different next time I'm in the area! read more

A new location that just opened. I was a bit disappointed at this location due to serval factors. There wasn't any line and was not busy. But it took them nearly 20 mins for 4 drinks to come out. Green milk tea with boba, taro milk tea with boba, wintermelon brewed tea with ice cream, and 2 honey milk tea hot with boba. I find this very disappointing considering the wait time I had to wait. I walked in at 6:23pm did not leave until 6:50pm with 2 wrong drinks. I over heard one of the staff trying to figure out how to make hot drinks? I was a bit confused since they have been opened for sometime now. While the cashier was taking my order she recited back correctly, but I was not sure if that message went across to the people making drinks. I told the cashier this wasn't what I ordered. She told me there's nothing she can do. Such great customer service considering they were just opened. I'm not sure if I want to come back. Since 2 of my drinks were made wrong. I always go to Sharetea on convoy street. It's one of my favorite places. I went to the one in Mira Mesa. I was there at 9:50 which is 10 minutes before they close and the employee name Alvin stopped me at the door and told me sorry we are already closed. Until the other employee said no we still have 10 minutes. When I went to order. Alvin started telling me most items I wanted was out of stock or they didn't have the Ingredients. Finally I picked just an ice cream tea that is very easy to make. But I was short 18 cents and wanted to put the rest on my card and he told me I can't do that. I have done that plenty of times at the convoy location and also few times here in the Mira Mesa location. Just feel like he was trying to get out of work as soon as possible. These employees work super hard, and I can understand the amount of work they put in. But amazing good! stop complaining over drinks though .. some of you I've seen throw fits & lash out on these employees like as if it benefits your whole order. I definitely recommend a QQ happy family or an oreo ice blend! Their online system can be a bit confusing but its definitely usable & is labeled outside their door so its easy to scan and use! I don't complain over wait times as it could even be less than what it is labeled ... theyre lucky enough to be open for business to us & thats what matters, thank you! read more

I stopped by Sharetea for a coffee drink, and I'm so glad I did! The barista was incredibly friendly and helpful--she gave me three great options to choose from and guided me through picking the one that best matched my taste. I ended up loving my drink! It takes forever to get your orders even though they have only 3 customers inside. I ordered from orderspoon and it took almost 1 hour for my drink, come to the store to pick up and take forever again. Not recommend. Also one lady with pink hair always has attitude toward customers, not just even me.my 2nd time with her and almost leave because of her rude attitude. Need to learn better girl. read more

Sometimes the drinks are great, but recently the boba has been terrible. For the last three days, the boba has been burnt, hard, and crispy. It feels like the same batch is being left out all day and served long after it should have been replaced. Yesterday, I ordered three drinks through DoorDash. I understand that ordering through a delivery service costs more, but I pay the extra charge because it saves time. One of the teas was ordered without ice because I have a one-hour commute home and didn't want watered-down tea. When I got home, I found that the cup was barely over half full. I know DoorDash includes a disclaimer that drinks without ice may not be filled to the top, but we're talking about tea here. Filling the cup properly would have cost very little, and receiving a drink that was less than three-quarters full felt like a slap in the face. Today, I decided to give them one last chance and ordered another drink online during my lunch break. Again, I paid extra for the convenience of ordering ahead because I don't have time to stand in line and wait. When I arrived at 11:30, I was told the boba wasn't ready yet. Not only did I not get what I ordered and paid for, but I ended up waiting while other customers were served. I had to return to work late, frustrated, and stuck with a tea without boba that I had overpaid for. After spending a significant amount of money here over time, I'm disappointed to say they've lost a loyal customer. Consistent quality and better customer service would go a long way.
