We used to choose this spot when they were a new shop because the drinks are consistently good. Unfortunately, they need to put more attention to the cleanliness of their establishment. The floors have been grossly sticky the past several times. My feet literally got stuck to the floor as I was standing there ordering. 100 stars for the young man running the store by himself on 12/29/25! He was such a champ when we came in with a party of 11 adults and kids plus a line behind us, pickup orders, mobile/online/phone orders, etc. he stayed calm, cool and collected while remaining friendly all during a mad rush. Super helpful, super patient, so kind and even wished my kiddo a happy birthday. Besides the fact most of the drinks are a little too sweet even though you can alter the sweetness of the drinks, I like the variety and the design of the inside of the store. I think it's really cool that they also tend to do promotions that host fundraisers for different events and they give a free upgrade to a large to support. I got Hazelnut Coffee with 0% sugar lvl and Matcha milk tea 50% sugar lvl. Both tasted great! The coffee even without added sugar it gave a hint of sweetness probably from the hazelnut syrup and it was perfect for me. Whoever the "shift lead" is here today on 3/30 around 1pm needs to be trained on customer service. I ordered a milk tea and it tasted like straight sugar-- i forgot to say less sweet, that was my fault-- so I asked her NICELY to remake it and she immediately shoots me with "ugh you didn't ask," with a total attitude. She remakes it and slams it on the counter. Mind you, I am the only customer... so it's not like I was asking for a million things during a rush. I had also asked it to be stronger on the tea and she goes well it's as is, I can add more tea (I just asked you to do that..) The drinks are good but the Asian girl that was working tonight had an attitude and kept giving bad looks and the other white chubby guy also is rude and doesn't like to answer the phone when we call.
