The drinks they make are great. Customer service is decent and needs work. No place to sit and drink so it's mostly to go.

So many options for decent prices. I like how you can truly customize each order to your liking. I don't like how the only order option is online.

(not a boba/milktea) connoisseur, but first time at this place today, and it wasn't too bad, but it wasn't the bestest. They have a variety of options, on their menu which is good for boba lovers? but if you like sweet drinks, maybe ask for extra sugar? i got 100% sweetness for both the drinks I've tried and they both tasted as if it wasn't sweet at all. no complaints since i'm not really a milktea person, socmaybe try it for yourself (: not bad for having a milktea place in the area

Service is okay, although boba tea was good. I would rate the boba 7.5/10. Definitely not the place you want to go to for the ambiance or to get the full experience, but it's okay for the little space itself. The woman who took our order was not welcoming or warm whatsoever. The speed of the overall service was good, as it only took them about 5 minuets for our drinks to be out. I would only come here if it's my last option, as the taste of the boba was not as artificial or bad as other boba shops I have been too. They also have very limited square feet, so you can't enjoy your boba inside at all. Overall rating, 7/10. Not great, but also not bad. ** But if you want the real deal, try T-Pumps in the city!

The milk is really good! I recommend taro with lychee or whatever u prefer but the service was so rude! I normally come there and everything was fine but today this girl serve me and her attitude was so rude and look like she doesn't wanna be there at all. Maybe I come when their kinda close but cmon you can atleast smile or be nicer. She even get the order wrong with no sorry. I ask for 50% sweet and she put 80%.

I don't see a "Closes earlier if we decide to clean up earlier" here...

The boba there is delicious, most of the workers are nice to customers, and the parking situation can be quite difficult.

I was first introduced to Palmetto at a Yelp event and, since then, have become a repeat customer at numerous locations. Their Corte Madera location is lovely! The shop itself is on the smaller side, with one bench to sit at inside, but that's all good since it's more of a takeout business. It's bright inside, and the atmosphere is welcoming. You order at the counter, watch them make your creation, and pick it up when it's done! They also offer mobile ordering. Service is always fantastic from everyone I've encountered! Since I work in Marin and got my coworker hooked, we sometimes stop by for açaí before or after work. There are so many options for either signature or build-your-own bowls! I've been trying each signature bowl. This go around, I tried their Bom Dia A.M Breakfast Bowl in a size small. This was so delicious! I loved the fresh fruit, the texture of all the toppings, how rich and creamy it was, and the sweet yet refreshing taste. The smalls are always so filling for me, so I struggle to finish. Definitely keep that in mind! If I go any larger, I'm usually sharing with someone! I'd definitely order this again, but I have also loved everything I've tried. So happy that Palmetto is continuing to branch out and is successful in Marin. Glad to continue supporting them, especially since they're on my commute route! Find them on the Town Center side near Pacific Catch and across Five Little Monkeys. Free parking all around!

The video menu on the back wall was too small to read, so the server pointed us to a printed version that was a bit larger. So many choices!! I ended up choosing the Harvest Bowl (I think) based on the server's recommendation. We were also looking for one that might include chocolate, but they didn't have one, so my wife ordered a Chocolate Açaí Protein Smoothie. It was good, but we would have liked a more pronounced chocolate flavor. My bowl was so fresh and also beautifully presented. What I liked best was the array of flavors and textures, so every spoonful was unique. I ordered the medium size which was more than enough for a meal. I'd definitely go back again! I parked in the first open driveway, the same block as Oddcha, immediately after passing the store. Oddcha is located inside the archway gate of French Quarter on the left. A walk up window, with staff perched high closed behind, is where you retrieve your order. You can order in person from a screen or on their mobile site for pick up - I did the app. The ready by time was minimal and my order was ready when I arrived. I ordered the Twilight Taro ($7) with oat milk ($.80) and double boba ($1.50). The drink is a non caffeinated combination of taro and purple yams with fresh milk. When received, it did not resemble the picture from the menu. The drink was creamy, slightly thick, taro/purple yam forward, very flavorful and perfect with the less sweet option. I prefer no ice, I was only allowed a less ice option. The ice level seemed regular, consuming 3/4 of the cup space. They honored the double boba as each sip had ample boba to enjoy. With no one at the walk up window when I arrived, the staff was not proactive checking in on me. I had to knock on the window to have someone eventually acknowledge me. Not great considering two employees watched as I walked up and stopped in front of the window looking back at them. Besides that, it was an easy, flavorful experience. Not sure if I'd return, mainly due to parking. I am glad I checked out Oddcha, I was not disappointed in the drink chosen.

There may be parking behind the shop, but the one way streets and amount of cars made me play it safe. You order at a kiosk that makes you stoop over. The menu is definitely more geared towards Marin demographics than your average boba shop, though they do have the staple milk teas and matchas. I ordered a Thai Twister with less sugar and ice, fully expecting it was a Thai tea slush (which is actually a unique drink). Why wouldn't it be when there's cheese cream along the cup edges like the oddcha Matcha, and that they offer a basic Thai tea for the exact same price? Thoroughly disappointed when it was just a Thai MT with some cream cheese spread. I asked an employee to make sure, and they confirmed it was just a thai tea with cheese lol. The thai tea is objectively good, but then again it's REALLY hard to mess up thai tea. Perhaps their other drinks are more of a hit, but it's pretty hard to justify coming here as a non-local who lives across the bridge.
