The servers are nice and can make your order relatively fast. Their prices are fairly good and I'm happy that it's still around from my first time that I got a smoothie when I worked at Trader Joe's in 2001.

I loved the fresh fruit, the texture of all the toppings, how rich and creamy it was, and the sweet yet refreshing taste. The smalls are always so filling for me, so I struggle to finish. Definitely keep that in mind! If I go any larger, I'm usually sharing with someone! I'd definitely order this again, but I have also loved everything I've tried. It was good, but we would have liked a more pronounced chocolate flavor. My bowl was so fresh and also beautifully presented. What I liked best was the array of flavors and textures, so every spoonful was unique. I ordered the medium size which was more than enough for a meal. I'd definitely go back again! I ordered the Twilight Taro ($7) with oat milk ($.80) and double boba ($1.50). The drink is a non caffeinated combination of taro and purple yams with fresh milk. When received, it did not resemble the picture from the menu. The drink was creamy, slightly thick, taro/purple yam forward, very flavorful and perfect with the less sweet option. I prefer no ice, I was only allowed a less ice option. The ice level seemed regular, consuming 3/4 of the cup space. They honored the double boba as each sip had ample boba to enjoy. With no one at the walk up window when I arrived, the staff was not proactive checking in on me. I had to knock on the window to have someone eventually acknowledge me. Not great considering two employees watched as I walked up and stopped in front of the window looking back at them. Besides that, it was an easy, flavorful experience. Not sure if I'd return, mainly due to parking. I am glad I checked out Oddcha, I was not disappointed in the drink chosen.

Thoroughly disappointed when it was just a Thai MT with some cream cheese spread. I asked an employee to make sure, and they confirmed it was just a thai tea with cheese lol. The thai tea is objectively good, but then again it's REALLY hard to mess up thai tea. Perhaps their other drinks are more of a hit, but it's pretty hard to justify coming here as a non-local who lives across the bridge.

So, I've been enjoying this place for quite a while now, but I have to say that I was quite turned off by their staff this evening. I drove up at 8:05 pm (was unsure whether they were open or not) so I decided to park and walk up since they still had their door open and lights on. As I'm walking up I hear a lot of commotion coming from inside their store, and at first I didn't give it much thought. When I got to the front door I noticed the owner of the place arguing with one of the workers. Now, I understand people have disagreements, however, I saw this as highly unprofessional and rude. What really made me want to write this review was not just the fact that they were arguing in open view but of how they interacted with me. I not only got shooed away with hand gesture but also with a "we're closed" in a very rude tone. While I walked to my car to leave I was still able to hear them continue to yell at each other and slam things around. I'm not sure whether this is a family business, but one would think they would acknowledge that an establishment is not the place to have arguments like those, and slam things around, nor is it right to just shoo your customers away. Drinks are good though, however, the owner should probably work on her customer service and on handling her emotions better. read more

I visited Sharetea today with my two children, as we often do, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We have always enjoyed coming here, and the staff is usually kind and welcoming. However, this visit was different due to the manager on duty. While placing my order, I requested multiple toppings, which is typically allowed and part of the customization offered. The manager appeared visibly irritated by my request, repeatedly sighing and displaying an unprofessional attitude. Her demeanor made the interaction uncomfortable, and it was noticeable enough that even my 5-year-old picked up on it. As a regular customer, this was very upsetting. A business that encourages customization should not make customers feel like they are doing something wrong for ordering within the options provided. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this experience did not reflect the level of service we have come to expect from this location. read more

Owner is extremely rude I was looking into applying when I showed up she asked me some questions as as we went along she starts yelling and becoming more and more rude about he things she says and the last question she asked me I didn't have an answer to so she yells at me to get out of her store and don't come back because I'm wasting her time. The employees seemed nice and I have no complaints about them huge when the owner Sammi is there she is just rude. She answered all of our questions, informatively, and didn't make us feel rushed. My brother and I decided on the avocado smoothie, since it was the only drink made with real fruit. We asked for 25% sweet and it was perfect. I'm glad that they use condensed milk versus syrup to sweeten this particular drink. We both enjoyed our drink! My daughter got the strawberry smoothie and she was pretty happy with her drink. But then again, she likes anything with sugar so it's not hard to please her. One of my nieces ordered the Tiger boba and the other ordered a banana milk tea. They both said their drinks were just ok in comparison to other boba shops. Litchee was very accommodating at making sure that the drinks were made according to our requests. We will definitely be back, if we happen to be in the area. The shop also appeared to be clean, which is important and seating was sufficient.

Chris the owner is a pleasure to talk to and do business with. And the coffee is my favourite in all these years since. The Location is really is just a storefront although there there are round iron tables outside. There's always plenty of parking, but it's on that silly Bellham loop, regardless it's worth the circuitous route. I love coffee and when I find the right bean at the right roast, it's just heaven for me and that's what I found at Nova Rosti in their very delicious special Blue Dragon medium roast. Sadly, I moved away and was without it for sometime. I recently called and was able to place an order and get it delivered to me up here in Sacramento and I'm beating myself up for not making that call sooner. Thank you, Cris.
