Service here is a hit or miss, but lately it's been pretty bad. The last two times I can, the service left me disappointed. 1) Came here for mango green tea no topping and got charged for mango passion green tea. The cost difference is $0.50, NBD, but went to the cashier to let her know I wanted just the mango green tea. She argued with me and told me she did put in the right order. My receipt stated differently but she insisted she's right even after I show her my receipt. I pointed out mango green tea is the FIRST item on their menu. The manager/shift lead was watching this and standing right behind the cashier, she took over and gave me $0.50 back and made the drink. 2) Paid extra $0.50 for herb jelly. The amount I got was minuscule. This is the amount I got.....not worth your money. If you're low on toppings/ingredients, tell your customers! Don't just scrap off the last bits and try to pass it off. Unfortunately, there are no other boba spots around unless you want to drive farther. Sharetea is good, just the kids working here don't fully understand customer service. The Sharetea in Cerritos is much better at customer service & getting the drink right. read more

Back here again even after a somewhat disappointing visit last month. Only this time, I was not let down as I expected to be. Hooray! They seemed to have made some improvements! My sister got the homemade taro fresh milk, against my advice. Last time, the drink was not good. I think what really ruined it that time was the boba. This time she got it without the pearls and the taro drink was better today. It was delicious with nice taro bits blended into creamy milk. I ordered their green milk tea and they killed it! It was floral and had no bitter taste. They are known for their milk teas and really know how to live up to their name. We both asked for 80% sweetness just because at 100% the drinks are too sweet to handle. Don't ask for less ice otherwise your drink will be lukewarm (I learned this from another visit to Sharetea). Service was a little better than last time. When someone dropped their drink on the floor and its contents spilled out they were quick to clean it up and replaced the person's drink free of charge! So nice! Though they still lack in the smiles and greetings, they were also quick to make the drink within a few minutes. The décor changed a bit since they put up cheesy halloween decorations. It was kinda cute with the cobwebs and paper posters around since it's always great to see local businesses celebrating the holidays. They have officially redeemed themselves with their improved drinks so good job to them! Though Sharetea in Cerritos still tops the Santa Ana location, this one can do better by simply encouraging their staff to be a bit more cheerful and heartwarming to their customers. read more

I like the menu since there are so many to choose from including toppings you can add on the drink. I ordered milk tea that was recommended by the very nice cashier and the oreo drink for my son. The oreo comes with ice cream. I gave it a 3 stars despite the cute interior, nice menu and very friendly cashier because of the wait time. They took forever to finish my son's order. I was already half way with my drink and 4 people after us already got theirs when he finally got his oreo smoothie. Now, I am not an expert on ice cream flavors but I was not expecting that they would put a mango ice cream on top of an oreo smoothie (with its chocolate, cookie and milk ingredients). My son said that though the ice cream in itself was okay, mixing it with his oreo drink made it "eew!" This was the first time we ever had such combo and believe me oreo smoothies are all he ever orders in every boba place we go to. So that was quite disappointing. But maybe we'll give it another try next time and specifically ask for vanilla or chocolate ice cream instead. read more

Sharetea has become one of my favorite boba shop. My first taste for milk tea with boba was from Tea Ren in Rowland Heights almost 20 Years ago. I had black milk tea with red beans, grass jelly and boba and I was hooked!! Not a lot of boba shops offer my favorite drink. So happy I can finally get it in OC. Love that I can adjust the amount of ice and sweetener. Sharetea is definitely a keeper. I still go to Tastea and Tebo occasionally for other drinks but all time favorite will be here. Come to this place with my son at least twice a week. I've tried Classic Pearl Milk Tea(both Oolong and Black) and the black one is my favorite. Winter-melon with fresh milk is also good for your health and also photogenic. Tarp pearl milk tea is a bit too sweet for me. But due to a number of reasons I won't be returning: 1) My favorite drink, QQ Happy Family with Oolong milk tea is no longer available (In order to "stick with the menu" and I don't like the normal milk tea they serve it with.) 2) They don't accept stamp cards from other ShareTea locations. 3) Right outside of ShareTea it always smells rancid so can't hang out pleasantly there. Officially addicted to this place!!! If you're indecisive but love all of the add-ons, definitely get the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. So good! The 5? random add-ons are so fun to eat and very delicious. I'm kind of snobby about my boba and I like boba that's really tender and slightly chewy. Sharetea meets my criteria! haha. I think it's awesome that you can easily adjust the sweetness of your drink. I tried 50% and 80% sweetness and honestly I don't think I needed to do that because their drinks (imo) aren't ridiculously sweet like other places. If you don't know the sweetness level you like, just try the regular and adjust it the next time you go. Lines can be pretty long but it's always in waves of people. Sometimes it's pretty empty if you're lucky. I have a good feeling about this place. They dangerously only have one size and it's huge. Share tea is a good boba place for me (: It's in the plaza next to South Coast Plaza. It wasn't very crowded when we went. The interior clean and very modern. Share tea has a very extensive tea menu which I appreciate. Some drinks were pretty interesting so I'll definitely come back to try some of their ice blended drinks because it has ice cream on top or their different teas such as their Hawaii drink. I was also shocked to see that you can get different ice options of: regular ice, less ice and no ice which is really cool. Never seen that at a boba place. Also you can modify your sweetness level as well. (100%, 80%, 50%, 30% or 0%). I got 80% sweetness but it was still too sweet so next time I'm going to go with 50% sweetness. The teas weren't anything really special but it's nice to see different tea places open. My mango passion fruit green tea was really good! They use actual mango and passion fruit bits which was really tasty in the drink. & they gave me a lot of boba which was a bonus in my book because I love boba. Definitely come here if you're around the area to try it out because there aren't a lot of boba places around the area! PLEASE READ THIS MANAGEMENT!!! For approximate time to know the staff who I'm talking about I was there from 3:50-4:20. Please retrain your staff and remind them that the customers who come to your store are the ones who pay them and terrible customer service will only stop people from showing up and will cut their hours or harm the business owner. This place has an open and spacious feel. Plenty of seating areas inside and outside, and a place to wait for your drinks that you don't feel crowded. A nice place to catch up with old friends. Best of all they have games for game night hang out. I ordered a Mango, passion fruit tea less ice and 50% sweet. I could still taste the tea even though it's fruity. It was delicious and refreshing for after a workout. I have had their mini pearls before. They were just right - chewy but not hard, soft but not mushy. Service was prompt. It was less than 5 minutes wait for me and the cashier was very attentive and courteous. You have an option of 0-100% sweet as well as regular or light ice. The Hokkaido Milk Tea has a distinct caramel toffee note and would be perfect with 50% sweet. The okinanawa milk tea is perfect for the floral tea drinkers. HQQ Milk tea is perfect for those who can't decide what add ins they want. HQQ has all of the above for a decent price. I'm a very picky about my milk teas and boba, and Sharetea hits the list on good boba shops. I tried this place on a recommendation of a friend and since they opened one in Costa Mesa, i thought why not. Overall, I prefer the milk teas over anything else on the menu. The hokkaido milk tea and the classic black pearl milk tea are the favorites. I've tried the cocoa lover and it's basically chocolate milk with boba but i mean if you're into that i'm not one to judge. Their boba pearls are pretty good as well. I prefer my boba to be chewy but not rubber band-y. I came here once 15 mins before closing and the boba still tasted fresh which was cool. If you're looking for a pretty good boba place, I'd say give this place a go. Is it the best? No. Is it worth the price and never disappointing? No. Big thumbs up! read more

I found out about ShareTea through a friend a few months ago, and now I'm obsessed, I come here at least once a week. I've been to a few other locations, but the Santa Ana one is by far my favorite. Everyone that works there always is super friendly and has great energy! They play really fun music and are always bustling around working hard and mixing drinks. I could actually just watch them make drinks for hours, it's so cool to see. Overall love love love this place!! My friend recommended this place and I've been addicted ever since! I tried the Hawaii Tea which was good but a tad too sweet even though I ordered it half sweet. My favorite drink is the kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly. I had never had aiyu jelly before coming here and it's so good! A really unique lemony flavor that is cool and refreshing. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I guess one star will have to do. I came here with two friends. We all ordered a drink. My friend accidentally dropped hers but it didn't fully spill but unfortunately the cup cracked in half causing half of her drink to spill on the floor. I went up to the cashier while she was helping other customers. I asked for a rag so I could at least help clean it up. She said don't worry about it just leave it there someone will get to it later. Me being cautious, I said " do you at least have a caution wet floor sign, I'm saving you guys from having anyone sue you for a slip and fall. It's a big liability." She stopped what she was doing and went in the back and got a caution wet floor sign. Then I asked her if she was able to replace my friends drinks and she barely took a sip out of hers. She went up to another girl that was sitting down who I presume to be the supervisor. She asked her if she could go ahead and make a new drink for her and replace it. I heard her say, " no, she dropped it that's her Fault.". Her facial expression was pretty disrespectful, almost a stank face. Totally unprofessional especially with me standing 3 feet away.I go to other Sharetea locations. I definitely will not go to this one. Regardless if it was an accident, she should have at least done the right thing for her customer and replaced it. I've had this place bookmarked for a while and finally decided to check it out on my lunch break. I've worked at boba shops before so I tend to be picky about the quality of the drinks and boba. I was instantly intrigued by the menu items they had. The variety was different than your typical boba place. I was surprised they even had a series of earl grey drinks since most places play it safe with either green or black tea bases. I had a hard time choosing since they all looked good, but ended up getting the Earl Grey with Fresh Milk and the Hawaiian Fruit tea for my coworker. They even have sweetness and ice level options that I appreciated since I don't like my drinks too sweet. 80% was good enough and having the fresh milk instead of powder creamer was a nice change. My coworker is not an avid boba drinker but was also very pleased with his drink. If I remember correctly the Hawaiian Fruit tea has pineapple, orange, and grapefruit juice so I found that to be very unique. We were not disappointed at all, and would definitely be back to try their other items. I came during peak lunch hours so keep in mind that around that time parking is annoying to find, and that they might run out of regular boba. They only had mini boba available also. Excellent. First experience was the shop in flushing, ny. Loved it but couldnt find it anywhere in cali. I then found it again in San Fran, excellent there. then they opened in Cerritos, and ive gone once a week. Happy to see them open one close to cal state fullerton and now one by my gfs house. sharetea uses real tea and the delicate flavors of it comes through. if you typicially like the sugar blast from tastea, this might comes i off as bitter. youd need at least an intermediate tea palate to enjoy this tea. read more

Quality and service here are pretty bad. I was buying boba for my nieces and asked for a split cup. The girl didn't know how much to charge so she was asking out loud. Some rude guy next to her kept saying $1 with an attitude, but she asked the manager and he said they would do it if the kids were here. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my nieces with me. No problem. I'll just split it myself at home. I order a taro milk tea. It comes out with boba. The girl didn't even let me know that it would come with boba. I ask for a remake with a different topping since I already paid for it and I didn't want boba. More attitude from the employees. LOL. I regret coming here. I don't know why the girl didn't let me know it came with boba when I ordered my drink or how it's my fault when I ordered a taro milk tea. This has quickly become my favorite boba place by Irvine since it opened up last year! It's in the same plaza as Euro Caffe and Ross right across from South Coast Mall. There's plenty of parking all the time too and there's never really been a long line whenever I came here. Most of the drinks I've tried here have tasted pretty amazing so far with their matcha and coffee creama drinks being my absolute favorite! They usually suggest drinking the creama drinks by cutting a little slit on the lid with the mini plastic knife to sip on the cream first -- it's seriously a must try if you haven't!!! If you're less of a creamy person, their fruity drinks are also yummy! They have a new collection of super pretty "color changing pea teas" that come in cute little plastic bottles. I personally liked the Butterfly Pea Tea Latte but really didn't enjoy the Lemon Pea Tea with Aiyu jelly (the jelly kinda tastes like tiger balm). Don't forget to check in for 10% off! They also give out stamp cards that are exclusive to the location you get it from so you can't use the stamp card for other locations. I was a regular customer of this Sharetea location. I came here everyday after lunch. It used to be my favorite tea shop for Oolong milk tea; however, today I was so disappointed at their Oolong milk tea as well as their honey milk tea that my coworker ordered! Both drink taste super bitter which seems like the old left over tea from last batch. There is no milk tea fragrances like it used to be. Sharetea is a nice tea shop/boba shop on the busy streets of Bristol. It's located practically next door to the South Coast Plaza. They have a nice menu with lots of pictures just Incase you don't know what you are getting so it really helps. As always, I try the Black Milk Tea with Boba in any new tea lounge as I believe that's the easiest item to make and it is usually what sets the bar. You can customize your drink to your liking of ice and sweetness which is always a plus! I had mine with easy ice and 1/2 the sweetness. They were really quick my drink and the service was good. There's ample amount of seating here along with enough room outside to sit as well. Use your check in offer on yelp to get 10% off your order as well. The drink was good but not as dense and creamy as I usually enjoy my tea. The sweetness was just perfect with just half the normal sweetness (in my opinion). The boba wasn't as chewy as some other places but still not bad. Definitely not a bad option to try out and you're in a place surrounded with good restaurants to try out. read more

i been a customer for about 5 years buying 3 or more times per week i customize my drink despite the extra charge they still make it the way i like and that makes me a loyal client until today when they refuse to do my drink 3X ginger milk tea as always cause (i like it strong) i asked the manager why the refusal and she just said is not possible, i strongly believe that variety and customization of flavors is essential for these type of business, to sad that they just lost 2 customers today plus my entire family too. we will switch to a drink place where they keep and appreciate customers. the girl that helped me at the register was not very welcoming. she would cut me off in the middle of talking, her responses were always short, "anything else? anything else" - like she was trying to hurry up to help the next person, but there was NO ONE ELSE IN LINE. I asked for less sugar in my drink and the girl just said "there's no sugar, anything else" ... like okay geez. in regards to the drink, the cup is rather large for the price, so i must give them that. I just got Wintermelon tea with boba, it was good. i actually didn't end up finishing my drink because i was full from dinner. they made the drink pretty fast as well, i would say i didn't wait more than 2 minutes before both of my drinks were ready. overall thoughts: i wouldn't go out of my way to come here because i don't think there's anything extraordinary about the place, but if i do go here, i'll definitely expect subpar customer service. read more

I happened to stumble upon this place after having lunch next door. The place was empty upon arrival which works out as I was on my lunch break and needed to head back soon. I ended up ordering "Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream". The drink was ok...the frozen strawberry slush tasted like otter pops which in a sense isn't bad since I like otter pops, but being that it's ice blended and from a Boba place, it could've tasted better.
