We repair over 200 vehicles a month, been using them for years. Last week bought an engine, when it came in, tech could not even rotate the engine with a breaker bar. The Engine number did not match the engine code and number of the reciept. We made a video, pictures and sent it to them, they took the engine and wont refund it the amount or better, just send another one, we still need one. They want to charge a 20% restocking, or telling us to install it and if its bad, they we replace it, and to cover labor, we need to be a a $519 labor warranty. How delusional do we have to be to install an engine that cant even be rotated with a huge breaker bar. Ben blocked the shops number, then we finally reached someone who said will contact us shortly, and nothing. Seems like that are running some sort of shady business with these siezed engines. Will be contacting Wisconsin DOT and dealer services to get the resolved. Huge run around, just waste of time and hassle when your running a shop. Stay away. read more

It's seemed like a big inconvenience to ask questions about parts. I recently filled out the online inquire form asking specific questions. No one from Sharp Auto ever responded to me. However, the day I emailed the price went higher then previously listed. Today, after giving the guy my vin ending in DF110438 the guy tried to convince me that my paint code was now GAR instead of the WA501Q that I told him I needed. While the price was listed higher, the front door no longer had the morror attatched for a higher listing price. Plus the guy was hell bent on me wasting my time to pick up the wrong color part to his advantage. What a lazy, careless individual he was that I wouldn't want working the phones of my business. They open at 8AM. No one answered the phone to take my call until after 1PM.The guy on the phone was very condescending and rude. His less than professional attitude was uncalled for. After months trying to get a US $1,889.94 refund for a defective part That i returned back (purchase made through ebay). they keep promising to refund the money since december 2021, and nothing yet. After spending hours between my bank, paypal, and ebay, i tried to contact the company again, and some rude representative, hung up my call in less than a minute. Yelled at me, like if he didn't owe me any money. What kind of customer service is that? Are you above the law? Are these companies planning on keeping the engine part and my money ???? I wish there were a -star rating. I ordered 5 major car parts "In color, A-1 condition!" totaling over $2000.00. I pulled a trailer over 400 miles to pick up these "Awesome parts", upon arrival, 1 door and 1 fender were the wrong color and missing the moldings, the other 2 doors and hood were greatly damaged. At this point I did get a bit upset, which I did apologize to the parts handler for getting upset, she said she completely understood. The employees in the parts department were VERY unhelpful. They would only take a $100 off the hood, which would NOT come close to the cost to repair and refinish it. I was finely told they would just refund my deposit and NOT charge me a restocking fee. Let me remind you, other than a deposit, I never paid for or loaded any of the parts, so not sure where the restocking fee came from. I ordered a used engine from this business. I paid nearly $1400 for it and it was supposed to have 55,XXX miles on it. The engine I received (a day later than what it was supposed to have arrived) was listed on their website for $825 and had 167,XXX. They forced the invoice to look as if I had gotten exactly what I had ordered and even charged me more (COD) than what we had agreed to on the phone. I found the part I needed on their website inventory and gave them a call. The said the part was in Green Bay and they would order it in and give me a call. They had it for me the next day. I brought in my old part and matched it up perfectly. The replacement part was exactly as described and in full working condition. Great Auto parts recycler. Over the years, I have purchased transmissions and other miscellaneous part with great success. Recently I purchased a full leather interior for a Rav4 to replace my cloth seats. The price was great! Rick and the guys in the yard were super helpful and patient even when I had a ton of questions. Rick assured me if they didn't fit I could return them in 90 days. But there was no need to return them because the heated leather seats are now installed in my Rav4 and they look and work great! A+++++ read more

I saw a Craigslist ad the company posted for a vehicle they were parting out. I contacted Rick via email. He was very prompt, pleasant and helpful with making arrangements for the required part. The price, even with the shipping, was very competitive. I needed it shipped to another state. He said that was not a problem, that they ship parts via UPS all the time. He provided me with a tracking number so I knew exactly when it would arrive. The part was packed very well and arrived undamaged in the condition he described in the initial arrangement. The part was installed and found to be the correct part for the vehicle and in great working order. I was hesitant to purchase the part initially, because it was so far away, but now I'm glad I did!
