Mind you, it was after 8 p.m. and I was in the middle of getting my girls ready for bed, so I didn't give it another thought. I came back to my phone less than 30 minutes later to a missed call and text. I was immediately provided with an out-the-door price. No gimmicks, no unnecessary back-and-forth, just straightforward information. Needless to say, within 48 hours we made the drive to Glendale, test drove the TX, and signed the paperwork. We did have to wait a few days to take the vehicle home because we chose to use outside financing and declined having our credit run again as a backup funding source. That wasn't an issue for us since we weren't in a rush, and we picked her up on Friday! Gaby was our salesperson and she was great throughout the process, informative, responsive, and easy to work with. We will definitely recommend Toyota of Glendale to others. I had called a couple of other Honda dealerships while I was shopping, and the level of customer service here was not even comparable. I knew he was giving me the best possible deal he could. Jayden was equally wonderful when it came time to finalize the lease.
