My first impression is this service and workmanship is top quality. Very please with the results. Everything was detailed down to every nook and cranny per my request, with the exception the engine and engine bay because that is another service. I will be using this detail service again and explore their other treatment options available like clay bar or ceramic coating. This was definitely convenient. I only wish that we had a before picture of this Van. We had Sharp Detail come out previously for 2 cars, and they had done a great job, so when we acquired this van they were the natural choice. We acquired this van after needing room for an additional car seat, and though it runs well both the interior and exterior were in need of some tough love. The inside of the van had a hint of french fries and carpet stains galore. The paint on the exterior had the full look of age. The agent from Sharp Detail came out within the window period and spent about 4 hours working on the car. After all was said and done this was the result - the exterior has that shiny paint look, all the little books and crannies on the inside were clean, no more stained, and we no longer have that lingering smell. I would not recommend this detail service for new luxury sports cars. My new car scent is completely gone and replaced with a weird baby powder scent. My alcantara steering wheel also lost its softness. It just feels bare now. Also, I had orange stains on the leather arm side of my driver's seat, and it's still there. My sister also complained about the weird smell after her detail. I told the detailer about white powder stains on the ceiling before he started when he asked if there was anything in particular he should know about, and my sister had to tell him after he was done that he forgot about them. IMHO, these folks are honest and hard-working. I was drawn in because of the $20 for $50 Yelp voucher deal and I decided to go with a more expensive detailing package. Borja was very responsive regarding scheduling, questions, and payment. If you're in a hurry to get your car detailed, call the office instead of using the online appointment system. My detailer was Jasmine and she was upfront about what she could clean and what she couldn't fix, which I completely understand because I had a number of scratches. She was able to work on the car while parked in the street without a water hose or an electrical outlet. Also, I think the ambient temperature exceeded 90F. My car isn't a brand new car when all is said and done, but Jasmine's work exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely consider using Sharp Detail in the future and they have my wholehearted recommendation. read more
