I have absolutely no idea why this place is so hyped up. The portions are huge, and I'll give them credit for that. For the price, you get a lot of food. Unfortunately, quantity doesn't make up for everything else. The steak was chewy, rubbery, and honestly disappointing. The rice and beans were bland, and the guacamole had a weird gelatinous paste-like texture that didn't seem fresh at all. The service was somehow even worse than the food. We walked in and one of the employees was making himself a bowl instead of helping customers. He then took his food and sat in a van to eat while people were waiting. When it came time to make our order of three bowls, the employee putting everything together couldn't have cared less. There was zero effort to keep track of whose bowl was whose, no communication, no customer service, just a complete "not my problem" attitude. The whole experience felt like the staff knew people would keep showing up because of the hype, so there was no reason to put in any effort. If this place didn't serve massive portions, I genuinely don't think people would be talking about it. read more

It's all hype! Been wanting to try this spot since I've been seeing their advertisement on insta for some time. Tried it for the first time, finally. I believe they had just opened at 4pm and I got there at around 5pm. Protein: The steak was horrendously rubbery and chewy. The chicken was alright. The rice had no flavor. Beans were beans. The rest of the ingredients/optional add-ons were basic (cheese, quac, corn) Overall, they do give a big portion which may seem you're getting a great deal. My bf & I came around 4pm when they opened. It's next to sidewalk street but in parking lot across from Vons grocery store not hard to find. The workers were nice & fast in serving us. We brought our own bag of Dorito's nacho cheese bag & added cheese, chicken, corn, salad, sour cream, house sauce & guac on the side! I love their big portions & the food is good 8/10. One family sized chips for around $15 can feed 2 people. Guac was around $3 but is worth it. This was my first time but won't be the last! read more

The protein bowls are delicious!. If you enjoy beef/ chicken bowls, you will love this place. The bowls are loaded with meat, and come with all the fixings. You have your choice between chicken/beef. Pinto/ black beans, guacamole, cheese, corn and sour cream, chipotle sauce. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They also have a location in Van Nuys. No need to go to chipotle for your bowl fix. This place is cheaper and pack the bowls. I was definitely a satisfied customer. I highly recommend.! You can also bring your own bag of chips, if you want them to top it off with their meats and toppings. read more

I wouldn't call it an obsession, I've only been here 6 times in the last 10 days Its a gift and a curse to live so close to one of their stands. The food here is delicious and the people working behind the grill are good people! Definitely you should come and try this place out, you won't regret it. read more

Friendly service, but flavor was lacking. Street vendor so prepare to eat in or outside of your car. Rice was very basic and could benefit from some more seasoning, perhaps a cilantro lime option. As for the meat, the beef was not seasoned well, chicken was definitely the better option of the two. I would also recommend adding more options for toppings like fajita veggies, or a fresh tomato salsa to balance out the bowl. Free Guacamole, but it's really just smashed avocado and let me tell you that is not the same thing. I would love to come back if there are any changes to the menu, or recipes.
