Stopped by here with a friend since we were in the mood for this type of cuisine. There wasn't anyone inside when we arrived so we were readily received at the register. The person helping us was quick with the process, which I always appreciate. The inside of the store is pretty small but there are a couple of tables with some chairs if you choose to eat there. I liked how relatively clean it was. I ended up getting a lamb & beef gyro. They definitely stuffed that thing so there was plenty of food! My friend got the lamb and beef shawarma and I tried some of hers. I would say that both had great flavor with a decent blend of spices, but the meat was just a tad bit dry. Still a good spot though!

Cute little spot in Redmond town center. First time I try this place! The food was good and flavorful but the chicken shawarma didn't have the shawarma flavor that I'm typically used to. Portions are huge. The gentleman that worked there was friendly and helpful. Although there is a gluten free menu which includes wraps, when I asked for gf bread he said they didn't have any. Also, the salad on my platter didn't have any dressing...not sure if this was missed or if this how it's typically presented. My husband got the chicken shawarma sandwich and enjoyed it but also mentioned that the flavor wasn't quite what he was expecting.

The chicken shawarma here is perhaps the best I have tried in Redmond area. 4 start is because the ambience is not that great. Otherwise food is really great. Service is pretty quick too.

Wow!! This place packed serious flavor. I have never had baba ganoush before. As far as my memory goes. The one I ordered with a pita bread from here: creamy and full of flavor! I would order this again. I also ordered the cauliflower wrap. Oh my God. Perfect refreshing vegetables and fried cauliflower. Tzatziki sauce makes it better. The whole thing was flavorful and filling. This meal made me not miss eating meat for dinner. For one time only. If you can do a really awesome job at selling me two vegetarian items for about the same price as a regular shawarma wrap? Count Me In! And you can bet, even though this place was a crammed (not with people) space, the food was well worth the wait. Don't skip it! Give it a try!! Two thumbs up!

4.5 Stars A small, casual spot in Redmond Town Center with authentic shawarma. I had the Chicken Shawarma Wrap ($12.95+tax) and it was spiced wonderfully (I even tasted cardamon!), was not too greasy, was filling, and very delicious. I watched them build it and they do NOT skimp on the protein! There's not much extras in the wrap - it is just simple with sauce, pickles, and protein. They are very quick too with making orders :) The staff is very kind. I would love to try their other items like their plates and salads with kebabs and falafel.

Shawarma Time in Redmond Town Center is a solid Mediterranean grill serving all the classic dishes you'd expect. Big plus right off the bat: easy parking in the nearby garage. I was honestly blown away by the portion size -- they do not skimp here. The chicken shawarma was wonderfully spiced, flavorful, and cooked really well. Prices felt very reasonable for how much food you get, and the free hot tea at the end was a sweet touch (literally and figuratively). My only small downside is a personal preference: I don't like my food touching, and the to-go container was packed so full that food items that don't mix well for me were touching. If that doesn't bother you, this is probably a non-issue. After my visit, I saw their recent health inspection. The report listed several critical violations, including improper cold holding temperatures, cooking/reheating procedures, and handwashing. That definitely gave me some pause and is something I hope they address moving forward. Overall, the food itself was tasty and a great value and the staff was awesome, but the health inspection findings are important to consider. If they address that, it'll definitely be worth a visit if you're in the area.

They do not skimp on portions at this place, so if you go in hungry you certainly won't leave that way! I went with 5 people, all of whom were very happy with their food! The people running Shawarma Time at the Redmond mall were also super friendly. It's a small place, so finding room to eat inside may be a challenge but while we were there, they did a solid carry-out business so I'm sure you can get it to-go and still be happy with your food.

Great shawarma spot! I had heard about this earlier and was going to check out the Seattle location, but I found myself a couple minutes away from it when I was in Redmond, I decided to finally try it out! And boy I was glad I did. I tried both the chicken and beef shawarmas they were both very good. I enjoyed the fact that they were sticking to the authentic way of making them using the saj bread and the basic toppings for each. No lettuce, no spinach, no feta cheese, or any other additions that people sometimes add in. Just stick to the basics, cause the basics were great! I will be back here again to have some more shawarmas! And I am curious to see how the other locations vary in quality as well.

I was teetering at a 3.5 or four, but the service was so good that they get 4. Located in Redmond town center with plenty of parking. This casual restaurant has two tables that can see parties of four with barstool seating. Order at the counter food comes pretty quick service is very friendly and knowledgeable. So why the four stars well the food was OK. I appreciate that. They have designated vegan food options clearly labeled, which is what I ordered. I thought my plate was good. The cauliflower is really good. The falafel's were OK. The baba ghanoush & pita was great, and the hummus was OK. Not sure if it was the olive oil that threw me off but it's okay. If you're looking for quick, vegan Halal or Mediterranean food in Redmond, this is a place to try !

Shwarma Time is a small easy to miss place in Redmond Town Center. Do not miss out on this sleeper. The friendly greetings from the staff, cleanliness and the delicious large portion reasonably priced food can't be beat for a quick lunch dinner. I was blown away by the size of my chicken shwarma plate! I will be back for sure.

Wow! So tasty. More below. For anyone like me with tactile aversion and food (eg, stress from messy finger foods)...behold the wonders of their mostly perfectly wrapped and encapsulated falafel wrap! It didn't even start to break apart until the very end, and even then was manageable. Only a 1.5 napkin meal! Food: great flavor and texture, perfect ratio of ingredients-to-wrap. I only had the falafel wrap and will definitely be coming back to try more items! Also, I don't like pickles but actually like theirs! Service: Friendly! Fast! Don't be fooled by the simple storefront. This place is SO delicious and worth the walk or drive to Redmond Town Center.

Solid Mediterranean grill in downtown Redmond. I have tried the Bothell location in the past ; but I wasn't that impressed. The offerings look similar - more or less the same menu. It's a small shop with limited seating. Ordered Beef & Lamb Shawarma, Chicken Shawarma and a Falafel super wrap. There were just staffs at that location and plenty of takeout and online orders. Time to get the food was longer than anticipated. The portion of the food was good. Shawarmas were spiced and flavorful. The meat was well cooked - juicy and tender chicken in the shawarma. Very impressed by the Falafel super wrap - Falafel wrapped in their saj bread with cauliflower, eggplant, pickles, mixed salad, lettuce, hummus a special flavored tahini sauce. Yum! Everything is great about this place. Loved the flavor and the portion of the food. Wait time is a little harsh. There are near by parking garages for convenient parking. Great place!

Ordered shawarma time after a long flight home because they were open late, and I am so glad we did! This is one of my favorite shawarma spots in the area. It was so tasty. The only thing I missed was a hot sauce (they probably have it but I didn't see it on the doordash menu).

We thought the dishes were a bit expensive but they ended up lasting at least two meals. I had a little bit of leftover after the second meal to take to work, which I was quite happy to do. This was probably the best butter chicken any of us had ever tasted. So tasty and the chana masala was also above average. We really enjoyed this food, although it was a bit too rich for our tastes.

Be sure to ask questions if the dish names are unfamiliar. The Food: Soltani, $32.99 - 4 Stars Soltani includes one skewer of Koobideh (ground beef) and one skew of Barg (flank steak). Both are well-seasoned with excellent flavor. We ordered the flank steak medium rare, but it was medium with no pink inside. The steak was tolerable, not as tender as it could have be. This dish was served with rice per the menu. After I saw another table has their kabab served with a bread, I asked the server. She said other than rice, there is a choice of Persian bread (flat bread with sesame) and salad. Curious that wasn't in the menu nor did she say it. Not a dealbreaker. Her reply did raise my eyebrow. Zaboon, $16.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Veal tongue, simmered and fried, tomato, pickles, parsley Based on the description, the texture completely threw me off. The meat is mushy to the point of spreadable. The flavor is light with minimum seasoning. I applied hot sauce liberally to the sandwich. Portion size is large. I ate only half. Fries, $6.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Some pieces aren't crispy enough. Some pieces are too thick such that the inside has the potato gritty texture. The sauce is a house-created flavor. We like the sauce more than we like the fries. The food is closer to 3.5 Stars. I like the family vibe and am rounding up to 4 Stars for the overall rating.

In long Meeting an old friend for lunch, I looked for the best place that was close to halfway between us. I knew he dug Persian, but, for all the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean I've tried, this was my first venture. Safe to say I was long overdue for this exploration. 100th is pretty dense with little strip malls and mixed-use retail/residential for miles through here. A couple blocks away, you're in very leafy suburbia, but this stretch of road is 4 lanes and endless business district. BBMC is tucked on the east side of the street in a corner suite, plenty of parking. The dining room isn't much bigger than the back of most moving trucks you've loaded in your life; there's seating for maybe 20, and about 4 more on the little sidewalk patio. There's a clean and spacious washroom in back, though getting a wheelchair in there might take some doing. You get laminated menus and a carafe of water within a minute of sitting. It's not the longest menu, but evidently pretty extensive by Persian standards. We both went for grilled kebabs with basmati rice and salad. I was on duty to bring home a full serving of leftovers, so I went with the King's Choice. Great big salad, and a huge tray of rice. This is clearly designed for at least 2 to share. As it happens, that was the plan, since we're having leftovers for dinner at home. The salad has tons of fresh veg and a nice herbaceous yogurt dressing. No sauce on the meat or rice, but there's a ton of flavor from perfectly-balanced dry seasoning. The beef, ground beef, and chicken kebabs were all bursting with moisture and flavor, cooked just to perfect doneness, and showing nice little hints of grill scoring. I paid a little over $70 for what will be 3 servings of food (at least), and I haven't even tried the eggplant appetizer yet. I grabbed that to go. This place is worth many repeat visits, and I'd be in here regularly if I lived closer.
