This review is for Shawn at the Carwash. Super pleasant guy! Very patient and explained everything to me. Then before I entered the wash, another guy was standing in front to guide me. I really needed that because I can't really figure out where my tire is exactly.Lol. Thanks guys! Paid $10 for a car wash and was automatically signed up for the monthly car wash club at $21.99 a month. Didn't notice for 2 months and good luck getting them to cancel it. Had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. read more

I washed my car here (first time free) and another time stopped here on my bicycle for Perrier (2.29) and Smokehouse Almonds (1.99). The car wash does a good job, not great like most automatic washes are not that great, expensive if you are paying, and they only have about 5 spaces to self-vacuum so I had to wait 15 minutes for a vacuum as some peeps like to walk round their car a few times admiring the beauty they are so impressed with their selection. It's located in one of my favorite areas of Irvine, near the lakes, in a residential community, and relatively safe. They sell Shell fuel. The store is beautiful and easy to lock your bike in front to the railing. I would stop here again to re-fuel myself on a bike ride--they sell all the right stuff you need including Gatorade and they have a RR too! read more

The cashier that rung us up was absolutely terrible. From the moment we walked in he immediately yelled at us every move we made. Every item we grabbed he harassed us like we were going to steal it. Even telling us to "hurry up" and to "stop playing" after spending less than 5 minutes in the store. When we tried to grab a drink from the fridges, he yells at us to hurry up again. Mind you he has been standing less than a foot away from us the entire time, and is giving us a condescending look, including when we try to smile at him he makes faces at us. When I grab a sweet tart rope from the candy isle, he snatched it out of my hand, and tells me to "stop playing, you can pay at the counter instead". So we take the hint and quickly pay and leave. This is a brand new combination Shell gas station, Circle K convenience store and car wash. It is in the very convenient location of the Woodbridge area with nice wide aisles several gas pumps in a very nice and spacious Circle K store. The individuals working here including the manager in the employees were all very courteous and welcoming and were genuinely appreciative of the customers who happen to wander into their new location. Selection of drinks and snacks in the store is very impressive and it appears that they are preparing to also sell fresh fried chicken so that will be interesting to see when it gets up and running. I would recommend this as a nice addition to the area to provide gasoline quick food and drinks and a car washing. read more

The staff here are absolutely wonderful--friendly, hardworking, and always doing their best. Unfortunately, I can't give more than one star because of the owner. He recently fired an employee for giving kids free hot dogs after 7 PM (which is when they're usually thrown out anyway), and his attitude is consistently unpleasant. He treats young customers with suspicion, often accusing or assuming theft for no reason, and comes across as aggressive and unfriendly. This place could be great if the owner either changed his behavior or stepped back entirely. Until then, it's hard to support a business that feels so hostile because of one person. read more

This is still the most overpriced Shell/Circle K I have ever been to. For example, one item I bought here is $1.80 more than at a Shell/7-11 in Aliso. I live down the street from this place but only go here when I absolutely have no other choice. It's insulting. read more

FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Cashier tried to steal my fiancé's money. She went in to buy something. There was a guy in front of her that let her go first. She paid, but noticed she was overcharged. When she asked for a receipt, she saw that she had been charged for the items that the man in front of her had been trying to buy. The cashier then *refused* to refund it and only did a cash refund after she didn't take no for an answer. We will be speaking to legal counsel and be requesting a response from Shell Corporate. read more

My car was full of filth due to a road trip I took and I knew this place contained a new car wash so I decided to use it to get all of the various animal leavings off it. The entrance is on the right side of the parking lot when driving straight into the gas pump area. There was no one at the payment terminal so I thought I was supposed to do it myself but an attendant walked up to me and started talking to me. I thought it was going to be fully automated. When one gets into the tire groove one sets the car to neutral, doesn't steer, doesn't use wipers, and doesn't brake. After getting through there is a light that turns green when it is safe to move. I would think it got most of the poop off but would need a second run, but the dirt was scrubbed off, at least. I might have to consider their monthly membership to repeatedly scrub the car until it comes off since I really don't want to verbally interact with people to initiate transactions or have to give them tips with physical cash. read more

The unlimited carwash for a month is very sneaky: it's a monthly subscription, and the sign in drive-thru lane says NOTHING about it And it's extremely difficult to cancel, as the phone number on credit card bill is a not-in-service number, meaning you have to go to the station in person, write down your license plate. They even ask you to write down your credit card number for them to cancel, or if not, write down phone number so that they say they will call you. EXTREMLY SNEAKY BUSINESS. THUMBS DOWN read more

The people that work here are rude. It's probably because the owners of this store are crooks. They put signs out advertising prices, but the prices are not reflected in the register. When you say something, the answer is "I can't do anything". I hate to say it, but this is one store I hope goes out of business. read more

DO NOT sign up for the monthly carwash. They will never cancel it even if they say they do. This is a super sneaky business. The phone number to cancel is literally to J & T Management Group in Corona and nobody picks up or returns phone calls. You will have no option but to cancel your credit card. read more

Reviewing only the Circle K convenience store, people are amazed when they walk in here. The place is so new and clean with tons of drink options, and the prices can't be beat. The hardest part is deciding which beverage to buy! read more

So happy another car wash close by but...extremely disappointed. Paid $13 bucks and still had to go home and wash the car. Vaccuum unlimited time which is great but it will take you forever to vaccuum due to lack of suction. Back to fast express on harvard I go. read more
