While I understand employees have to enforce Costco's membership policies, I was disappointed by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. I'm asking Costco to thoroughly investigate my original complaint, including reviewing any available security footage and speaking with witnesses and staff who were working at the time. I would appreciate a response about how this matter is being addressed, as no customer should feel unsafe or be treated this way.

Had an appointment with Laura V. but she was with another customer so David, the host, sent me to see Simon C. Simon was professional and efficient. He got the paperwork done quickly while I waited in his office. They also had the loaner (a 2026 model with only 4000 miles!) waiting for me on the lot. The waiting room was gorgeous, sparkling clean, and well-stocked with snacks and beverages. Laura followed up later after I left. She also sent a video of my car to my husband phone, then mine, once the technician started to check the car in. Laura stayed in touch and updated on the status of the car, which was done by noon the next day. Pickup was smooth, and Laura pleasantly assisted throughout the whole process. I also wanted to thank David for his assistance and his pleasant demeanor. This dealership is first class and top notch on their service. My car was also washed and spotless when I picked it up. Costco told me to buy new tires ($800=) Toyota Tustin told me to buy new tires ($600...) A Plus Tire Club's Owner Larry went out and checked out my tires and said I just need the right front tire for now. They don't sell used tires but he asked his employee went and checked for one and found one for my 2020 Toyota Sienna. He found a pretty good one with 50% tread left. I said how much? $40 with installation and no tax. 10 minutes later is was on my car, and all tires were cleaned with tire lotion. I gave them $40 plus $10 tip for their honesty, great help in finding me a spare in their used tire that day, and for their extreme efficiency in putting the tire on my car...( they call it NASCAR tire changing like they do in races. I can not believe how cool, amazing, honest, fun, funny, and great service they provided me ( and saved me$$$$$) by letting me know the other 3 tires were still good. I give this place and Larry (the owner) and his employees a million stars! We laughed and sang ( he has this cool singing toy on the front desk... and Larry is so organized it is no joke... he is so neat it is so admirable!). Everybody loves this place! They bring me oil colors so I can see the difference between my dirty colors and the new vibrant colors I should have. So of course I want my car to run great so im saying yes to every new filter and yes to every new fluid but Im not a mechanic so im trusting them like I've trusted my last oil change place. There is a good energy here and I hope they are doing everything they say they are doing because this is my only vehicle and Im a single mom with 2 teenagers. Between the 3 of us we are constantly going to and from everywhere. So far im happy with the service but I still have 3 guys under my hood. FYI: I was a committed customer to Valvoline Express off of Dyer and Main in Santa Ana but they did something I didnt like during my last oil change. I knew for a fact they replaced them. They guy apologized and replaced them but now how do I know what else "they forgot" to do?

SMH…read more --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. I sat through this oil change asking only for 1 thing upon pulling in- please check/fill the air in the tires because I have an alert on the dash that they're low. Literally was told I was all set and go to drive away, only to find the tires were still low and hadn't been touched. 2. The day after my oil change, I hear a grinding of sorts. Upon investigation, find that the plastic piece of the undercarriage was hanging down, not secured in place, and now torn up from the pavement from driving on it. (Mind you, they needed to remove this piece to change the oil.) My boyfriend takes it back, to be told it was "already like that" and when bf asks why they didn't mention it to me if it was already damaged, their response was "well, she's a woman". Unbelievable because shouldn't I be warned of a potential danger? 3. After they secured the damaged piece back, I am now getting an error on dash stating the front camera is blocked. Upon investigation, there is a clear finger print of OIL smeared over said camera. 4. I take the car for a minor repair to my normal place and they inform me the oil dipstick is BROKEN. Now, either these guys did this when they changed the oil, or again failed to tell me it was broken...in either case, they are trash. The funny thing is that the only thing they did to try and rectify anything was to give a 10% discount on my next oil change smh. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY'LL COST YOU MONEY AND ADD A HEADACHE ON TOP OF IT.
