As always, he arrived right on schedule and was professional, courteous, and friendly. He even patiently put up with our dog jumping on him while he was trying to work! We're very happy with the service, and our house is staying nice and cool during this hot summer. Thank you, Pearce, and especially Clair!

We are HIGHLY satisfied with all aspects of the experience, including the functioning of the installed equipment. All of the many PEARCE team members I had contact with were a pleasure to work with. Communications with PEARCE were prompt, succinct, and complete; expectations were clear. Pricing was reasonable. A detailed description of our experience follows: PEARCE was introduced along with 2 other vendors by Puget Sound Energy (PSE) as a candidate for installing an EV Charger (which we had procured separately) and associated electrical wiring and breakers. The PEARCE representative, Isaac, made a much better impression than the other vendors. He appeared in person (rather than over the phone like another vendor) to examine the site and he answered all my questions; thanks to the information he provided we moved the installation point to a better location. PSE also introduced 3 vendors for installation of a Heat Pump, a system that would be new to our 1970s-era split-level house. Two of these vendors proposed (based on our home's square footage) a 3-ton capacity Hybrid Heat Pump, with one stating that additional ducting would be needed; the third vendor was adamant that we would need a ductless heat pump because a Hybrid Heat Pump system would not function with our home's ducting. The variance in Heat Pump proposals left me confused. Therefore, due to Isaac's positive impression, I asked PEARCE to make a Heat Pump proposal. Brian visited the following day and was able to alleviate my concerns with his technical knowledge and his rich experience with Heat Pumps. He said that though he would be happy to install a 3-ton capacity system, he believed a 2.5-ton capacity Hybrid Heat Pump system would be a better fit given factors beyond our home's square footage, such as the size of our ducting and our house layout. The PEARCE team arranged to have both the EV Charger and Hybrid Heat Pump installed at the same time. Isaac installed both the EV Charger and the electrical wiring for the Heat Pump, including placing easy-to-read printed labels on the installed breakers. A multi-person team led by Jake installed the Hybrid Heat Pump system over two days. I was very pleased by the routing of the lines between the external Heat Pump and interior Air Handler (located in our laundry room): no conduit needed to be run on the exterior of our home and no interior walls needed to be cut open and repaired. A nice touch by Jake's team was the fabrication of a metal pocket next to the Air Handler for storing the equipment manuals. The installation teams were respectful of our property, including wearing booties or laying cloth rugs to protect our floors. Alison of the office team was a pleasure to deal with in setting up dates, dealing with a minor issue, and invoicing. We have been able to experience the functioning of the installed Hybrid Heat Pump system on both cool and warm days and are very satisfied; the 2.5-ton capacity system that Brian recommended meets our expectations for both heating and cooling. Regarding heating: compared to the gas furnace it replaced, the new system keeps our home at a more even temperature both throughout the zones of our house and across the hours of the day. Regarding cooling: previously we had no cooling system; the heat pump exceeds our expectations in cooling our entire home effectively with relatively even temperatures across zones. The PEARCE people take pride in doing quality work and are a pleasure to work with.

As this wasn't an emergency, the dispslatcher said it would be today or tomorrow before a plumber would be sent. He was sent today. Sean called and arrived early afternoon and looked at the repair. He presented us three options and solid estimates. We chose the middle one and then decided to also ask about a toilet replacement. Again, Sean presented us options and we agreed to one He gave us. As he didn't have the toilet on his repair truck, Bee's dispatched an employee with a new toilet. Sean was very professional in his work, answering questions as he proceeded with the work. He mentioned a couple of things that needed replacing due to their aging. We agreed to have them replaced. When Sean presented the invoice, it was exactly as he stated. At no time did he try to "upsell" items were didn't need, unlike other plumbing firms in this area that are heavy TV advertisers. I would recommend Bee's Plumbing to anyone that ask! Thank you, Sean! And, thanks to your employer for all they have taught you, in not only the aspects of plumbing but also in customer service!

They repeatedly said this is only an attempt to repair. While they did say I that I didn't have to choose any options, they stood there creating a pressure situation. I picked the tub sealing option since it seemed most straight forward, again with no guarantee of fixing the leak. I asked why a tub caulking would be ~$900, and the technician began to oversell the difficulty of the job and the "high quality" sealant they would use. I approved the quote with that belief, only to see they did the job in 40 minutes and used a caulk that I could have bought in Lowes for $5. I've asked their management for a review and have been stonewalled. I had higher expectations for Bee's Plumbing given the reviews and referrals but left very disappointed. I've attached the caulk, tub caulking and contract from Bee's to show what happened. Would you pay $900 for this?

If the entire experience had been like my interaction with her, this review would be very different. Unfortunately, the day-of service was extremely disappointing. My appointment window was from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM, yet I was met with someone banging loudly on my door around 9:45 AM. It was rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. When I told him he was early, his response was entitled and dismissive, as if I were the issue. I called to report the situation, and instead of an apology or accountability, I received a call from the owner who tried to intimidate the conversation by talking about internal "policy and politics" that have nothing to do with me. My property manager has already informed me that carpet cleaning is not a tenant's responsibility, yet the owner attempted to push that narrative anyway. I'm not interested in being pressured or lectured when I'm the paying customer. To make it clear: * There was no courtesy call before arrival. * The technician lacked basic customer service skills. * The owner showed no professionalism or accountability. The only competent and respectful person I interacted with was Christy. She deserves recognition. However, the overall day-of service left me frustrated and unsatisfied. The technician's attitude and the owner's handling of the situation were unacceptable. I cannot recommend this business based on the service I received today.

Next, I bought a 1931 home that was a rental. It had deferred maintenance. And the inspection report told me I would need to make some plumbing fixes. I had them replace all the tub/shower faucets and valves. I also got a new tub drain (there was evidence that at some point there had been a leak). I got a new water shut off. A new copper water line for the fridge. A new basement utility sink. New water connection to the washer. A new p-trap to the bathroom sink. I learned that the best faucets are Moen. Garrett and Abe are a great team. I do feel like Jafco is more expensive than if you hire a local one-person plumber. That might be to cover their marketing and scheduling. But Jafco can fit your in pretty quickly. So that is a nice trade-off for when your plumbing job is time sensitive.
