The day before the holiday the hot water completely stopped working. His first excuse was someone turned it off. Don't know possible. The area that it's in. It's not a common area so most residents do not even have a key to that area. Our company tried calling him numerous times and he did not respond back even some of us board members tried contacting him still no response. Now it's Friday the day after the holiday and we're being told that for a brand new unit that not even a month ago that we have to wait until probably Monday in order for the water heater to be fixed. So that means five days with no hot water. Such this is ruined my holiday not to mention being unable to do basic household chores wash dishes, mop floors, even take a hot shower. I would not suggest him or his company for any business needs.
