He asked what color I had and when I told him I wanted to change my very bright room he said to Me that the colors I had chosen were going to be too bright and showed me the ones that would be more muted. He also pointed out some Design brochures to see some color Scheme options. Wow. I work for a very customer oriented company and this is exactly how we are taught to " qualify " and "recommend " what they need. This man did just that. We originally thought we would need three cans for the kitchen, and he suggested we buy only two. Boy was he right! We ended up needing only one can, so three would have been overkill. The whole shopping experience was quick and easy. The paint was a bit pricey, even with a coupon, but it was worth it. The quality of the paint is much better and in a high-traffic area like the kitchen we both feel better knowing that we went with a more durable paint!
