Not long after eating it, my child became nauseous and ended up getting sick, which was very concerning because this was the first thing she had consumed that day. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop. I hope the issue is addressed, as food quality and safety should always be a top priority. I asked if I could switch it since I wanted something with chocolate and I switched for a chocolate donut filled with Boston Cream. I shared my donuts with some coworkers and we all agreed, the glazed was nothing special, the chocolate donut didn't have a chocolate flavor and the cinnamon roll wasn't a roll, it was a piece of bread with the cinnamon swirl design on top but the bread was one piece. On Christmas Eve, we placed a mobile order on the Duck Donuts website, which requires a mandatory tip to order online, and we selected the ASAP option that said it would take about 30 to 40 minutes. My dad, who was in charge of picking them up, said they were kind of behind and typically that was fine. However, as the donuts were coming out of the fryer, they were immediately decorating them with the icing and the crazy and unique Duck Donuts toppings. When the order was ready, my dad noticed that the dozen donut box was quite hot. Donuts are not usually served warm like that. The coffee shop is right at the front, but as you walk further back, there's a barbershop and a few other small shops to explore. Despite all that, it still has a chill, relaxed vibe.
