Jannina made my visit quick easy and pleasant. I ordered off the happy hour menu right before seven and received my food in less than ten minutes. I ordered two spicy tuna rolls on the happy hour and a Krab Rangoon on the regular menu. I HIGHLY recommend the sweet chili sauce .... Omg it pairs well with everything yes everything .... Even the sushi (in my Opinion) lol. This was the perfect pick me up for a light dinner. The restaurant isn't noisy at all, has plenty of seating and lots of options for booths as well. I can't wait too bring some friends to the next happy hour!

My husband and I love it here! We go at least once a month during happy hour. Prices are great and the food is always so good! We love ordering sushi from their happy hour menu. They offer a variety of sushi rolls at great prices. The chicken fried rice is so delicious too. Service is always great, quick, and staff is super friendly. The restaurant is small but they've made renovations and it looks great! I highly recommend it here!

I have seen this business grow throughout the years and it has always been a favorite place for me to go back to. I can credit them for starting and growing my love for sushi. I have been able to explore so many new types of sushi and been happy with every choice. I had some of the best fried rice of my life here. The staff has consistently always been great throughout the years. Have never had a complaint. They have remodeled as well and it looks very nice! I will always recommend them whenever someone wants to grab some sushi.

We have been coming to this store for quite some time. And it's has its ups and downs. The recent change of decor and owner change has really made a difference with the way we have been served before. It's a casual and intimate place now compare to the cafeteria atmosphere that it had prior. Sushi it's on top of its game. All seafood taste fresh and made same day. The hibachi it's very good. My family and I enjoy coming here on a regular basis. And we'll be continuing to keep you updated on the food quality at this place!! Jmc

We went and ran into happy hour. They have a list of sushi with four rolls for under five dollars. The sushi was great and they were pretty busy. The restaurant seating layout is a little crammed. They have a lot of sake options cold and hot for sake lovers. As well as Japanese beers. It's great for happy hour or if you're craving sushi. The fried egg rolls are really good too as a starter.

Stopped here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the portions and prices! We ordered spicy tuna, spicy salmon, eel rolls and a salmon hibachi. The three of us were also each served miso soup and salad. My husband told me it reminded him of his time in Japan since it felt so traditional. You can definitely feel the owners care. Spicy tuna is my favorite and I've had better rolls at other places but would definitely return to this place due to the fact that they provide so much at fair costs. PS. They have happy hour rolls all day, what a win!

Shisho Sushi has been one of our faves for years! The food is super yummy, and is always made fresh. Not only are their prices are also on point, but they also provide generous portions. Did I mention they also offer sushi? They have daily sushi deals if you dine-in, and even have an all you eats options. Their Lo Mein noddles is one of my fave dishes to order! I like to pair their noods with chicken & shrimp. Getting their yummy sauce is a MUST, literally goes with everything & it's just amazing! We highly recommend if you have not tried it already, you won't regret it!

Not the worlds best sushi, but def hits the spot when I'm craving tasty sushi for an affordable price. So for what it is-- 3.5,4 stars! Disclaimer: I only come here for happy hour. Two of my favorites are the veggie tempura appetizer & the Mexican roll. Today we had a very nice attentive waitress with fast service and good food... no complaints :)

Came in for happy hour dinner with my son. We ordered a few rolls. Everything was ok for the price it was. Our waitress was great. Later that evening at home I had food poisoning. I think my cream cheese in one of the sushi's was sour. I couldn't tell at first at the restaurant because of the other ingredients and me dipping in soy sauce. I had leftovers that I brought home and tried the cream cheese itself and yes it was sour. I tried to call the restaurant the next day to tell them to check their cream cheese but the line was consistently busy for the few times I called. The restaurant had been remodeled since 2 years ago, the last time I was here. I wouldn't care to return here again. It's nearby home and was convenient at the time.

I ordered the chili temaki, which was cubed salmon & tuna tossed in an extremely light mayo (can't taste it) and togarashi. It had a slight zing, perfect for spice lovers like myself & those who'd like to try spice but know they can't handle too much. The salmon special roll was classically delicious and refreshing topped with a dollop of kewpie mayo and scallion. I also tried the philly temaki to-go, which used raw salmon instead of the usual smoked and it was appreciated. You truly can't go wrong with their Temakis. I would definitely try a different roll next time or one of the combo sets because they have so many cool options. Besides the food being top notch (obrigado Chef Lucas), the service was also noteworthy. Ana and Gabriel were great. I learned that Gabriel was finishing his last week at Touken when I visited--I came to Touken originally because of all the great service reviews about Gabe, so Touken is definitely losing a valuable asset with Gabe's departure. However, the rest of the team is fantastic and offer a pleasant dining atmosphere. Next time I'm in Orlando, Touken will definitely have to be a pit stop.

I ordered the $42 Moso Omakase set menu, which includes six hand rolls: hamachi tasting, yamaimo, lobster, akami, toro, and eel. Each hand roll is served one at a time, so you're able to enjoy the warm rice, crisp nori, and fresh fish exactly as it's intended. At first glance, it doesn't seem like much food, but I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was by the end of the meal. The beef ribs were mostly fat and still very tough to chew. The chicken was woody breast, making it dry and very difficult to eat. The rice was even worse. They replaced it three times. The first two batches were hard, and the third batch was actually undercooked. The service was by far the biggest disappointment. Even though ordering is done on an iPad, they still kept forgetting items. We had to remind the staff multiple times before the food finally arrived. Every dish took 10-15 minutes or longer to arrive, yet customers are expected to finish their meal within a 90-minute time limit. This is a Japanese BBQ restaurant where the staff is simply bringing out raw meat for customers to grill at the table. There is really no reason it should take 10-15 minutes to deliver each order. To make it even more frustrating, the restaurant wasn't even busy. During our entire meal, there were only two or three other tables occupied, so it's hard to understand why the service was so slow and disorganized. To make matters worse, an 18% service charge was automatically added to the bill. I don't mind paying a service charge for good service, but charging that much when the service is this slow and disappointing feels completely unjustified. Our bill was over $210 for three people, and that didn't even include any drinks. At that price, there are many better Japanese BBQ options available. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this place.

My Overall Rating - 2 Stars (Atmosphere, Food) Atmosphere - Seito Sushi Sand Lake is a beautiful restaurant. My first impression was great, as the modern décor and dark lighting gave it a very nice date night feeling. There is a long sushi bar with chill lighting and sushi chefs. There are square booths perfect for groups. And large, round orbital lights hang from the ceiling. This is a cool place. 1 Star. Service - While my first impression started great, it changed when I asked out server what I should order (I'm here as a tourist). He said their traditional items were great, and when I asked what they had that was traditional, he said the California roll. Uhh.... No Stars. Food - The sushi is very good, but you're in a resort area so it's very expensive. Dishes that were great and memorable: Beef carpaccio - the soft, tender beef was the highlight, but the real gem of this dish was the fried wonton chip that added great crunch and a little salt. The scallion tuna nigiri from the tuna tower (order this for your IG feed). And finally, the Hamachi crudo was a texture playground (Soft, crunchy, tangy, salty). My only other reservation was that it was very expensive. Then again, you get what you pay for. 1 Star. Will I Return? - No. I'm sorry, I can't return to a restaurant when my server's idea of traditional sushi is a California roll. Honestly, Seito Sushi is a very cool restaurant with a great menu. Just remember you're in a resort area so it can get pricey. No Stars.
