Their lunch combo is actually really good deal. The filet mignon and scallops come with fried noodles, vegetable, and soup, and it's only a little over $32. We upgraded to chicken fried rice for an extra $4.50, which I thought was still reasonable. We went on Mother's Day, so the restaurant was extremely busy. Luckily, we had made a reservation because the whole restaurant was packed. The service was actually pretty good, and the stuff was friendly and efficient. The only downside was the ventilation. There was quite a bit of smoke inside the restaurant, and the music was a little too loud for me. The food itself was pretty average and not especially impressive, but considering the price, I think it's still a very reasonable option with good value.

Was excited to eat here for my bday! Always fun to watch the show they put on. Their fried rice is just amazing!!! The food is great as usual. I got a cool hat and they sang for me and provided a slice of cake. The service was good too. Friendly staff. We definitely be going back. Thank you.

Been dining here for years. They always revamp the menu and prices which is great. They have a happy hour every day for fantastic prices. Service this time was not good our waiter was not attentive and messed up our orders. Cool vibes and nice big windows to get sunlight inside.

As always, the place was well kept. The receptionist was very helpful and courteous, even offered me water while waiting for my party. The food was tsart, a bit on the salty side for me. We were with a family celebrating a teen's birthday at the teppanyaki table. Obviously the environment was family oriented, a bit crowded but comfortable.

I use to love coming to shoguns over Benihana but my experience on New Year's Eve dinner will definitely change my mind. The show use to be so good, fun, and entertaining but the show was disappointing and very uniform like!!! I took my boyfriend here for his first time experience and it was disappointing because I hyped it up so much! We should have just went to Fleming's When did they add potatoes to their veggies ??

We love Shoguns, we stop by and enjoy the food all the time. What made this lunch really stand out today was ANDREW!!!! He was super detailed, attentive, and man was he the best host ever. They upgraded the place it's even better then before. Thank you Andrew and thank you to who ever hired him

Great greetings from a host, Jessica. I noticed how professional she takes her job; very presentable, knows the menu & is mature than she looks. My waiter Manuel Banuelas showed me has experience. I never asked or needed anything to be removed. I enjoyed his personality; socially & eye communication. Luis never let my water glass be empty, loved that. GM- Daniel was noticed. Walking around checking tables see all had satisfaction. He was professional & could make customers laugh. I love that! HM- was not there today, that's OK. It was special sharing my b-day here. Been coming 35+ years.

I took my Dad for Father's Day and I have to give it a 4 for the experience. Their A/C broke down and was so hot. However, our waiter made the experience enjoyable. We received ice waters immediately. I tried a variety of sushi and he got their filet and shrimp plate. I do have to say, the meat is amazingly tender! They brought out the plates quickly even with the heat conditions. I hope to return and actually experience the show in much cooler conditions.

I had the filet and chicken combination, with chicken liver as my appetizer. Overall, everything was good. The chicken breast was slightly overcooked and a bit tough, but I would much rather have well-done chicken than risk it being undercooked. The chicken liver was surprisingly good, especially considering it was only my second time ever having it. The dinner presentation was nice, as always. A bit cheesy, but entertaining. Service was somewhat lacking. I asked for water twice and never received it, and eventually had to flag down a server from another table. We also requested to-go containers and never received those either. I will mention something that did not affect my rating, since I understand this is simply how the restaurant operates. If your party is not large enough to fill a station, you will share a table with another group. As I mentioned, the family seated with us had two small children, one of whom cried for most of the meal. As anyone knows, the sound of a crying child can be quite piercing and obnoxious, so it is just something to keep in mind. All in all, it was still a fun experience, and we will definitely be back.

A friend of mine, Laura and her husband Ternaded lived closeby. Arcadia, to be exact. We met up there and got a very nice welcome from the host by the name of Leilani. She took us to the grill where they make Teppanyaki food. It's very similar to Benihana style. We were seated with another wonderful family and enjoyed our time together. Got to know each other and had a nice conversation. I ordered their Cut Spicy Tuna Roll, (15.25), Tokyo Imperial (52.50), which came with Miso Soup, Salad with their yummy ginger dressing, Shrimp, healthy sautéed vegetables and Filet Mignon. Asked for medium-rare, and Chicken Fried Rice (5.00), I don't know why they charge for the rice? I also got one of my favorite cocktails..Piña Colada (11.00). William was our server along with Linda. They were both kind and sweet. Our chef Luis made all of us a PERFECT MEAL! He was a bit quiet, but did a FANTASTIC JOB! Place was kind of empty for a Saturday night.
