Short story... I would give more stars if I could. Their customer service, car service and pricing are as good as it gets. If you are in need of car repairs, and don't like to be ripped off, this is the place to be. Long story... My car was originally being taken care of by "One Stop Smog" for car oil leak. That mechanic charged me $60 inspection fee to tell me that I need to have my car engine steam washed because it was too dirty for them to inspect. (They spent less than 10 minutes looking at my car. ) This is how I found Shoman Motors. I came in to have my car engine washed, and explained my situation. They looked at my car and found the source of the leak right away, even before they washed my car. They, then, offered their service to get it fixed and provided me with the estimate. This is where they caught my attention. They told me to do my research on mechanics and price before I decide to have my car fixed by them. They advised that I go with whomever I found comfortable with and also a place that offers cheaper service, if there was any. (There wasn't any) Their priority was their customer instead of their business. I called the original mechanics to ask the estimate of what I needed fixed on my car. They added more than 5 things to the list of what I need fixed, and gave me the 3x more estimate than Shoman Motors offered. I was surprised how much the place could tell me what my car needs on the phone than when they were looking at my car in person.. Anyways, after doing more research I decided to go with Shoman Motors. They delivered an amazing service and I cannot thank them enough for their help. My young 20 yr old niece bought her first car cash at this horrible deceitful dealership. Paid 7,718 for a Prius. Check engine light came on immediately. She brought into dealership 20 days later not knowing it was blown the day she bought it. She emailed and went and spoke to owner. Instead of making right by their mistake they claimed she poorly maintained car for 20 days. Unreal!!! I just spoke to owner instead of making right he argued with me over it. Claiming false claims that attempted to make her fault. They knew this was blown and sold as is ??? Without disclosure! Bad bad baddddd business behavior or morals. Purchased a great looking Mercedes from these guys, they claimed it was in great condition and had never been in an accident despite a slight misaligned number which they boasted I could bring back for repair for free(never happene). Long story short the car appears to have had water damage and began to display electrical issues shortly after the brief warranty expired. 3years latter the car is a cash cow. Just bought our Audi A4 2009 from Sharif and had the most awesome experience. We called before we came and Sharif had the car all ready for us to look at. We were able to take our time looking over the car, and we were not rushed like you see at a lot of other places. We took the car for a test drive and honestly the car drove like a charm. I went to shoman motors to buy a car that i looked up on their website, and to be honest i was initially worried for it to be not worth the drive from fresno but when i got there i was really surprised from the efficiency and the professionalism from the crew , and how friendly they were, specially when you deal with someone who actually is knowledgeable about cars not just about SALES lol..¿¿after i bought my car i asked the manager sharif wanted to upgrade the sound system and the rims and i just asked him for referrals . but instead he decided to order every thing from his resources and i expected him to make money on it and i won't mind it at that stage but i was really shocked from the price it was way less from the market. 3/16/2018 We received the license and registration from Shoman Motors and will gladly do business with them again! 2/2018 We purchase a BMW X5 in early December for our daughter, from Sharif. The service was excellent and the transaction was smooth; I followed up with a 5 star review. Unfortunately it is now 3 months later and we have not received the license plates and registration fWe have been in touch with them on a weekly, and now daily basis and continue to receive excuses and lies as to when it will be in our mailbox and why it has not been received. We have asked Sharif on several occasions to be honest and let us know what the problem is however; we still have nothing. I just read through other reviews and see at least two other individuals who have commented with the same issue and am wondering if perhaps the DMV can take action against a repeated offender, such as Shoman Motors!? read more

I looked at the positive reviews and thought this dealership was great until I got there! When I got there I asked to test drive a 2004 Mercedes G class. The owner told me no that I couldn't test drive unless I had a approved check from the bank. How am I supposed to write a check without test driving the car first. What if the car doesn't even run good. The owner was acting like the car was new. It wasn't even in good condition the paint was faded and interior was faded. I told the owner even other dealerships lets me test drive there G classes when I ask them then he continued to be rude and he told me it's because they have nothing else to do!! just walked to the office to get info on get the keys to a mustang gt and I asked to take it for a test drive. salesman said I have to fill out credit application before i can test drive. 1st time anyone has asked me that. I'm 55 years old and bought about 15 cars from dealers and test drove maybe 100 cars and never had I been told to fill out application before test driving it. never been turned down for a car loan or had to fill out application before a test drive. I was ready to buy but this is not acceptable to me I rather buy somewhere else. never was i asked if i was planning on paying cash or financing so i wonder if i said i was planning on paying cash would he ask to see my bank statement? does everyone have to be approved for loan or was it my Race,appearance or what??? i was looking to buy this car at that moment it looks nice and priced right but is a shame i had to walk away without test driving but to be honest i felt a little disrespected and i dont regret walking away . read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. First off, I understand Covid-19 is effective businesses and the way things are handled. But I myself work at a dealership, and in no way the way I came in and was treated is acceptable. We were being assisted by the owner. And when we asked if we can test drive the vehicle, he said "not unless you are buying it right out or have a preapproval on a loan, but no one will finance you." From that, that makes no sense, it is a 2001 BMW, manual transmission, I would to make sure the clutch is functional. Also,I have great credit so yes I would be financed but I won't run my credit for financing unless I know the vehicle is worth it. Anyways, So the owner decided to rant on about the pandemic that he's not going to let people in the vehicles and disrespect me and my boyfriend, basically saying we don't know the industry and regulations. Also wanted to say there are "laws" about letting people in vehicles. Yeah so technically the showroom shouldn't even be open, just service department, or online sales, overall So rude and disrespectful. We had to turn around and walk away. He may be the owner but he doesn't act like one. I wouldn't even classify this essential to be open at all. Don't waste your time coming in to be disrespected. read more

u claim i purchased the car to turn around and sell it which is my buisiness what i do with my cars not yours.. but the fact that u sold me the car spewing oil (will add photos soon)when i was assured the car was in great order. and then telling me u sent out my registration on the 3rd of jan and i actually recieve it on the 5th of feb. was a flat out lie.When i spoke to the dmv they told me that the paperwork was turned in almost a month after shoman motors claim to have did it. u guys didnt turn in my paperwork and just kept making excuses. i originally came to look at a black audi a8 that u are still selling ,that i had to walk away from because there was a puddle of oil under it. and seats were ripped when online u claim it is very clean. avoiding angles that will show the actual problem areas.And to my surprise the car i turned out actually buying instead had the same issue. i have no reason to waste my own time writing reviews for any other reason then to let other people know how shady this place is. classless people buying carmax rejects and selling them on claiming they are in great shape.i should have known better then getting a $8000 car for $5200 read more
