Hello guys, so I totally want to give a huge shout out to shorty's tires, so I accidentally gave them the wrong size of the tire as they quoted me a set price. When I was arrive there I was completely off and I got bigger tires in the ones that I initially said I did. I am clueless when it comes to cars, sorry. I had a really great experience with I think it was the owner and he honored the same price and was completely nice to me. I feel like these are very fair and genuine people. Especially now that COVID-19 is really affecting everyone in such a negative way they were very thoughtful and caring. My mother needed two used tires for her suv, she needed two 225/50r17. I had called because this was unexpected and wanted to know a price. I had called a second time because the first time i was forgotten of and left on hold for 15min. The second guy i spoke to who was a younger aged dude said 50 a tire for cash or 60 to use a card. I gave him my name and told him I'd be there soon. When my mom arrives with cash they give her a different price. It would be nice if all the workers were on the same page when it comes to pricing.. helps customers know in case unexpected uh it's happen. They took my car in immediately without an appointment and patched it up within 25 minutes. The staff was friendly, transparent, and did not seek to up-charge me for anything during my visit. First of all I want to say that I had a hard time finding this place, it's in a small alleyway towards the back. Second, it was difficult for me to get anyone to help me when I did find it. But once I did find someone they were very kind and patient and helpful. Price and service time were reasonable. Waiting room was tiny, full of tires and occupied so I waited on a curb. read more

I've been here once before with my old car and they never disappoint! Because of a flat, I had to get my car towed here early in the morning. Shorty's doesn't open until 8:30am but the second he got in and saw me he already started helping me and it wasn't even 8am yet! He helped me right away and these prices are unbeatable. I got my tire for $45 and a tire rotation for $20. All under 30 minutes! I will never go anywhere else now. I had 1 bad tire that was wearing bad and needed to get replaced. I saw Shorty's add in the "Pennysaver" and called him up. $35 bucks later I had a almost new tire (still had the little tire hairs on it) mounted, balanced, installed, and tax included. I rolled in and in maybe 25 minutes (if that) I was out the door. I need 3 more tires now and will most likely go back! If you need tires or in a pinch, or low on funds hit him up, you just might find what you need! I had such a good experience I posted this review, Thanks Shorty! Update: 9-15-10 I needed some new tires and they didn't have any of the same deals as before. 4 new tires, I was looking at over $400, I looked around for days and found S.D. My two front tires were worn down from lots of mileage & a needed alignment. I called everywhere for 2 used 215/45 17 tires and everyone quoted me at least 100 not including installation. This place offered me two great quality used tires (the treading was semi-new and they didn't oil the tires up to make them look new) and installed them for me for $85 in under 15 minutes. He also balanced the tires and pumped air into my spare out of courtesy. The mechanic that took care of me was called Lorenzo. Service was so fast, the quality of the work and tires is excellent! I highly recommend this place!!! Ask for Lorenzo.. he's fast, diligent, and courteous. Go here if you want extremely reasonably priced tires and great quality work. read more

Honestly, what a pleasant short and sweet experience I had with them. I came in to repair a flat tire, and they took care of the entire service in probably less than 15 minutes. They checked all my tires for proper tire pressure and sent me on my way for a price that's very fair. I love supporting local businesses when I can, and these guys are a prime example of doing business right. Everybody was super nice and polite. Can't speak enough on how fast the entire process was, and they literally took me right when they were closing. I realize patching a tire is not a big deal, but I can't count how many times I've been to various tire shops who've borderline lied to me to try and sell me a new tire. Definitely would recommend. The owner is always present and when I came in he was giving me the time to show me the options for mileage and price. The prices are fair! My daughter just bought her new (used) Jeep Wrangler and we noticed a nail in the back tire. We headed over to Shorty's to get all her tires including the spare checked and the tire with the nail patched. Most honest guys I've ever met! They only charged us for the two new lug nuts we had to buy. The nail didn't puncture anything. So no patching was needed. We would have never known and they could have charged us for patching the tire. We will be back and highly recommend this place!! Honesty and excellent customer service goes a long way now a days. This place was great. I needed two tires replaced and they had what I needed. I was able to come in the same day without waiting. I was in and out within 15-20mins. For the two used tires I paid $40 per tire, so $80 out the door. The tires are an off brand but In good condition. The only thing that was a little annoying is I called ahead of time to see how much everything was going to be and the gentleman told me $40 per tire but when I got there the woman said $43 per tire. She was nice about it and gave me the tire for 40 but I was confused on why it was different in person? Also, They will do a brake job for $75. Or if you provide the brakes they'll do it for $40. I'll definitely be back though. I came back a second time to get my friend back brakes done for a total of $160 for both. They did a great job. read more

I went there bought new rear tire for my truck , a couple months later the tread started to pop up . Went back and the lady said if I had my receipt when I told her yes she then said she wouldn't do anything . I explained it was a defective tire , not them so couldn't they just send it back due to manufacture defect . She was rude and simple said no . So they just don't stand behind what they sell .
