All four of our rolls were great in their own way. The Waterfall roll, wrapped in cucumber was fresh and delicate. The Cherry Blossom was perfectly spicy and full of flavour. The Maroon, with shrimp tempura, creamy avocado, and an amazing savory umami sauce to top it off. And the unique Colorado Springs roll, deep fried, spicy salmon and melty cream cheese. All yum! This place was a great find for us! Fast service, fresh food and super chill to hang out and talk. There was some prom dates happening while we were eating so it was extra cute. The servings were a really good size and the presentation was pretty cool as well. Lots of value for good sushi compared to other places. read more

Stopped in to grab a pick up order last night. It's in the same location as Poke Bowl Cafe. Nice and clean inside! I ordered scallops a la cart and a waterfall roll. I tend to judge sushi places on their scallops and these were fantastic! Good scallop size and really delicious. The waterfall roll was also really good, my only complaint is that for the price of it I wish it at least came with one more piece(6 instead of 5). There was a generous portion of wasabi which I really appreciated bc some places barely give any. It really packed a punch! Overall the fish was fresh and tasty, prices were comparable to other sushi places nearby. Definitely going again for more rolls and maybe some ramen! read more

Fresh! Beautiful presentation. The sushi menu is wonderful. We started with the Orange Salmon cold App, which was refreshing and light. Then we had torched Toro, which was yum. We're so happy that this sushi place has come to Parker! It really is a hidden gem. You will find lots of parking when you arrive. Everyone is very friendly, the service is top notch. The ramen is the absolute best we've had anywhere. The sushi of course is good too. I also liked the shishito peppers, so much flavor in them. And I also like the hot green tea. The restaurant makes for a nice lunch when you want a break, or a nice date spot. I highly recommend stopping by to check them out. read more

While the food was actually worth returning for, the service was AWFUL! Twenty minutes in, we still didn't have water or had been greeted by a waiter. When I asked for our waiter, knowing who it actually was, the poor woman trying to get him to come over to us was completely ignored! She came back, in tears, and apologized, for him, before taking our order. He then come by only once, to deliver the food. In the hour we waited, never refilling drinks, getting us boxes to go (it was too hot) not to get us our check. He grabbed his personal phone no less than 20 times, took numerous phone calls and hung out with a table of "buds". Another table noticed too and said something to us as we left. Said they weren't going back either. Assuming he might also be managing the business line, I gave him some grace- until the host pointed out that indeed the host was answering all the calls and "that's just the way the dude is" tonight. I have worked service for years, go out to eat numerous times a week, and never have seen someone so disrespectful to his team and ignore his tables like that. Unless the red head guy goes, we aren't returning. Ambiance was fine, except the thermostat wouldn't lower than 78 degrees and while the women tried to do everything they could, it wasn't cooling down. Such a shame- we dropped $100 on pretty good sushi, but enjoyed it much more at home. read more

I was really impressed with the service, the quality of the food, and how fresh it was. The restaurant was small, but perfect for small groups. They had what looked like a full bar and lots of nigiri and sashimi options. I loved the yellowtail sashimi appetizer so much, I ordered it twice. Fantastic sushi. Sitting at the sushi bar, my wife shared three different rolls and an appetizer. The roll combinations were great, and we both agreed that the Hawaiian Roll was one of the best we've ever had in Parker. There was a lot of care that went into the preparation and presentation of our order. We're looking forward to our next visit to try even more from the menu. Loved this place when it was Poke Bowl and it's even better now! Fish is delicious especially for a to-go order. Also got the Batman Roll for my dad who doesn't like sushi and he LOVED IT. Walked inside for the pickup order and was surprised at the nice atmosphere. Very clean. Only negative was one of my sashimi pieces was still rock solid frozen. Definitely will order again. 4 visits and consistently great quality... even for take out. They have amazing rolls and great quality sashimi. Anytime we've asked them to pack Gluten Free rolls separate, they've been great at doing so - and even added GF soy sauce without us requesting it. (Still, I'll be sure to request it next time to be sure... but I don't find too many places lately that 'think' about their orders... just sayin') There are lots of good, and a few very goods in Parker... but this is a rare 'great' in the local area. read more

We ordered Gyoza, salmon skin roll and the roll with wagyu beef and lobster tempura. The Gyoza was average, cooked well but cold. The only thing I can say about the rolls is that is on par with a grocery store purchase. If you are looking for a good place for sushi I would go elsewhere. Absolutely blown away by this place. I haven't had this quality of sushi in years. Probably the only place that was similar was an upscale place I went to in San Francisco. The staff were awesome, loved the atmosphere. Only complaint I can think of is that it was kind of hot in the restaurant, but it's not a giant deal. We will definitely be back. 5* for sure. I know they are new so I hope they stay this amazing. So so good! Ps they serve beer, wine, and sake. They are very generous with their portions.
