I was planning to stay for lunch, order several rolls, have a drink, and get some work done while I ate. Unfortunately, when I asked about Wi-Fi, I was told it was only available for employees. That was disappointing and ultimately led me to leave and take my business elsewhere. I ended up going to Sushi Bar & Asian Fine Dining instead, and the experience was night and day. The atmosphere was much more welcoming, the prices were reasonable, the food was excellent, and they happily provided Wi-Fi so I could work while enjoying my meal. This was my first time experiencing hibachi! Overall, it was a pretty fun night. We started off with some Sake, which was pretty delicious. The chef was very friendly and fun to be around! We got to get some sake sprayed in our mouths which was fun. Now for the food, it was just okay... nothing to write home about. The fried rice was definitely the star of the show. The noodles were meh... My party didn't order them, but the other party at the table didn't. I think this a pretty fun place for a family. We had reservations at 5 for my son and I. The waiter was so nice and friendly. The hibachi experience was good. The food itself was so saturated in soy sauce it could be 3 days old I would not know the difference. When it came to eating the food we were all very rushed. In and out in 60 minutes. 15 minutes to eat approximately. There were 3 different parties at our table and we all looked at each other with annoyance. I actually told the other lady at the table after she got back from the restroom "don't worry I saved your food" I had an entire plate maybe 4 bites and the lady asked if I wanted it boxed up. No!!! I'm an average time eater. lol. I had to eat so fast I came home and threw my entire meal up. I'm not joking. Absolutely everything. I don't want to discredit myself my nitpicking one more thing. Me and my girlfriend come here a lot and we love this compared to Benihana's! I ordered the steak and chicken combo per usual and it tasted amazing. You get great portions for the price you pay! Over server tonight was Q. Q and she wasn't the best. She was not friendly at all and was treating us like we were waisting her time, she forget our salads that come with the dinner as well as didn't have a sense of urgency! Ordered from here after seeing it in uber eats. We got 2 orders of the lunch chicken hibachi + fried rice for a total of $33.88. The fried rice was about $3 extra but the lunch set came with soup, salad, and plain white rice as well as the fried rice, chicken, and vegetables. We got a lot more food than we thought so it was a pretty good deal! The food was also pretty good as well! The white rice was a little on the dry side but we mostly stuck to the fried rice anyway. It also came with yum yum sauce and another one that smelled like ginger. It hit the spot for my hibachi craving though as most places seem to be expensive for hibachi. Can't speak much about the service or how the restaurant itself was since it was an online order and a pick up however we'll probably order from here again or go in person one day! read more

By far the BEST hibachi I've been to across my travels! The portion size is immense and the friendly atmosphere of the waitresses to the 'grill masters' made our visit that much more special! Our chef carried on a fun/friendly conversation with our table throughout his show and even had a few tricks I've not seen at other restaurants. Come to find out he was from my local area in Western NY (Rochester) who has been living in Denver-area for 4 years! Small world indeed! Amazing service staff. Very friendly. However the hibachi chef "Jason" who cooked for us tonight was incredibly condescending. I simply asked what his name was after he greeted our family table of 8. I was just trying to be personable and friendly, as he didn't mention his name. His response to me asking him his name was "Why? Are you going to write me a good review or bad?" .... "my name is not silverware thrown down a flight of stairs". I am genuinely confused now . This all happened within the first 5 minutes after being seated. Had a lovely experience in the front end of the restaurant/sushi bar (3:30-4pm, weekday). The staff was attentive and not annoying, very kind, and quick to serve both in terms of service and the food itself! Amazing pricing via the happy hour menu (I got all this + complimentary salad thing for $13ish). Having eaten at Mt Fuji long ago I was quick to recommend it when my sushi-loving colleague and I were searching for a place to grab lunch near our office. PROs: ++ Lunch pricing is incredibly reasonable. From their sushi lunch menu you get soup, salad, and choose two rolls for a mere $8.75. Whoa! They do have a pre-set list that you choose from, but it includes a variety of staple rolls - so there's bound to be something you want. ++ In addition to sushi they do offer up hibachi and traditional Chinese food staples. ++ They do offer free delivery within 5 miles of the restaurant and a $20 minimum. ++ The restaurant is super sleek and modern inside and offers up a variety of seating options for any group size - socially distanced now of course. CONs: -- Service was pretty off during our visit. We were almost done with our meal before our waters got refilled and they never checked in to see if we were enjoying our meal. Bummer. It was well seasoned and I loved the entertainment aspect of it. With that being said, the service was top-notch especially since we had a larger party. I made reservations with my family of 6 for 630pm on a Saturday night. We sat around until 7:05 until we saw walk-ins being sat ahead of us. The straw that broke the camels back was a group of 8 walked in at 7pm (who made no reservations), were told they would be sat with our family in 15-20 minutes. That would make it almost an hour wait before we got sat, when I called in and made reservations the day before. The staff was rude and didn't care about or empathize with our situation. This place is a total circus, and when you have a circus with service, the quality of food also suffers typically. I'd truly stay away from this place. If not, you've been warned. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They've cut their portion sizes to 1/4 of what they used to give and somehow left their prices sky high even though they give you a kids meal size portion. They charge by the refill now so that's cool; I ordered a Shirley temple and could have bought a 12 pack of sprite and a bottle of grenadine for the amount I paid for the drink all together. - refills included. The steak quality has gone into the ground, it tastes like absolute garbage, and when bringing this up to the owner the only response was "well the rice isn't good the next day so we serve less now" LESS OF EVERYTHING?? And lesser quality? You people have ran this restaurant into the ground, and don't bother trying to go to the restroom there; it's absolutely disgusting, there's got to be at least 10 health code violations between the restroom, basic cleanliness of the restaurant and the sushi chef sitting on boxes hiding from customers on the way out. We paid 170+ for three adult meals and left hungry, pissed off, over charged, and underwhelmed. Super disappointed with this experience, and the response of the owners to boot. I've been to Mt Fuji a few times for hibachi and it was meh. Tonight I ordered sushi to go from there and it was stellar! I ordered one spicy scallop roll (2 piece) and one Mt. Fuji Naruto roll. Spicy scallops are my all time favorite so if you can make a good one I'm sold and these did not disappoint. They were beautifully rolled, stuffed with scallops and not too much rice, so good! These also come as sashimi, a hand roll, and what I'm assuming is a full scallop sushi roll. I can't wait to order again and try the hand roll. I've never tried a low carb sushi roll but the Mt. Fuji was fantastic. It had tuna, salmon, yellowtail and asparagus wrapped in cucumber with a ponzu sauce. At first, I thought there was only 3 rolls in the package but there's actually 6(2 stacked). The cucumber was fresh, the fish was fresh, just so good overall. Good to know I can get some good sushi at a decent price nearby! read more

One was chicken and shrimp, both were completely dried out. The other was fillet and scallops. The fillet was so tough and fatty, I couldn't eat it. And I ordered it Med. rare...they give you a salad and miso soup... the soup had maybe one tiny mushroom in it. I spent $82 dollars for this plus a 12 dollar tip. Should have skipped the tip, since was so bad! Won't be ordering any more food from them.. they definitely gone done hill. read more

We have not been to the Parker location. The food was below average. My husband got the terriyaki chicken which as pale, sliced and with light sauce over a bed of lettuce. I haven't seen it served this way in my life. Not very good. I had the happy hour sushi (5 nigiri, 1 tempura shrimp roll). Small portions and fish was chewy, fishy. Mt Fuji is our go to spot for lunch take out around Parker because their specials are so budget friendly and the serving sizes are great too! We've actually never gotten anything other than lunch specials from here. What we always get are the 2 roll special, tempura if we're in the mood or one of their teriyaki specials. The taste and flavors are as expected and they're always the same quality as before, the service is very fast, and it's never been a bad experience for us here. When I asked my husband how he liked it, he responded, "this is some of the best sushi I have ever had."
