I've tried multiple noodle dishes and they are all too similar with some reused sauce that tastes blah and almost burned. The chicken is almost always dry and the ingredients don't seem fresh at all, more like old produce scraps from Hannaford. Everyone I ask has the same opinion about the food here. I will say that the bao buns are actually good, but I'm there for the entree that consistently disappoints despite the prices suggesting it's at another tier. The owner is defensive about negative reviews as well, so that tells you all you need to know. They say that tastes are a preference and their prices are reasonable because nothing is "premade." I'm sorry I thought freshness was implied for a sit down restaurant and I also thought owners would consider improving based on critical feedback. Maybe offering incentives to return. None of the above, I'm wrong evidently. So, go see for yourself if you have $18 to burn on lunch takeout (including tip).

For $15 I thought the portion was generous and the food tasted nice and fresh. There was a little bit of excess oil in the dish but it wasn't overwhelming. My friends pineapple chicken was exceptional as she gave me a few pieces of that, and they talk up these spring rolls all the time.
