I came with a large appetite yet I don't leave fully satisfied. When first arriving I saw how busy it was and that excited me because surely it meant the food was good. That excitement slowly dwindled as the wait continued, I still waited about 10 mins after tables cleared up. The service was lack luster and immensely slow, I didn't get checked up on once throughout my meal, I was given one napkin even though there were two of us dining, and it took a very long time to finally get the check. As far as the food goes I will say the food was quite good. Though I do have some critics this may just be more or personal taste. The Roti & Curry (Yellow curry) was quite delicious but the Roti was very oily to where a bite felt like putting a teaspoon of oil in my mouth. The curry was a little too strong and sharp in flavor where it was confusing to know if I loved it or hated it. The Thai Tea was phenomenal probably one of the best I've had and I highly recommend it, super flavorful and perfect level of sweetness. The Drunken noodles were good but they were dry, I was expecting some drunk noodles not sober ones. Overall this is just your average Thai restaurant, the food wasn't bad, but the service was definitely the most frustrating part. read more

Our small family eats like we are a tribe of hungry people! All excellent: Garlic green beans (you can ask for spicy) is cooked till tender crisp; Roti served with a bowl of curry sauce (we got green) for dipping is a delicious crispy flaky bread; E-San sausage has fermented pork and spices done quite well and delicious dipped in the signature jaew sauce ( perfect balance of sweet, spicy, salty, sour, herbs and umami). Must have the fried crispy pork- this one is marinated in fish sauce, boiled then deep fried- tender and so good , we made quick work of it and ordered a second batch. Dipping sauce so delicious. Got the usual Tom yum soup with chicken, papaya pok pok salad - a refreshing and spicy kick! Super crab fried rice has a lot of lump crab covering the rice, koong karee is a milder curry like sauce thickened with egg . Love myself a fresh coconut- the kitchen opens the top just wide enough to spoon ou the flesh. The crispy pork was a bit too crispy where it was kind of hard to eat but the broth softened it up after a while. The Pad Thai on the other hand was just okay. The flavor was there but pretty bland overall. I had to add some chili flakes to give it more flavor. What really brought the experience down was the service. It wasn't busy at all when we arrived with only a few tables taken, yet service was extremely slow and not attentive. Wow! I was craving Thai food on my work break and this place did not disappoint. I started with the chicken potstickers and they were perfectly crunchy and delicious. Service was good. Food was delicious. We have never tried Khao Soi before and decided to do so today and we loved it. Khao Soi is a yellow curry broth with egg noodles served w/ red onions, lime& pickles. We loved the curry flavor. However the chicken lacked flavor as if it was a last minute add, it would have been better if the chicken had the yellow curry taste to it. Th filet mignon GARLIC PEPPER is sauteed in garlic pepperw/ mixed vegetables with white rice. So yummy and umami!! But the meat was a bit tough not as soft/tender. I love khao soi! Despite being the signature dish of northern Thailand, it's surprising how few local Thai restaurants actually offer it. Khao soi is a coconut curry soup with egg noodles, your choice of protein, pickled mustard greens, shallots, and lime. The curry broth is similar to Thai yellow curry, but with a thinner consistency. The khao soi here at Siam Station was rich and flavorful. The coconut curry broth was delicious, and paired wonderfully with the egg noodles and tofu. Zesty Wings (4/5) - This appetizer came with six deep-fried chicken wings that likely came from non-GMO chickens. The wings were on the smaller side, but were still packed with flavor. Khao Soi w/ chicken (3/5) - This curry noodle dish was so flavorful but on the salty side. I loved the combination of the boiled and fried noodles. Moo Tod Nam Pia this crispy pork belly was meaty and had lean cuts of meat with little fat which i appreciated. it was a new dish on the chef's specials list and it was served with a refreshing side of veggies and a house dipping sauce. Crab Fried Rice the super crab fried rice and the regular crab fried rice sounded the same to me so we tried the regular one. it had generous chunks of crab and veggies that lightened the dish a lot. one of my favorites from the meal! Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I completely understand and respect their policy regarding outside food. However, the issue was not the rule itself, it was the way the situation was handled. My niece was not allowed to eat his food, and while we respected the restaurant's policy, the manager's approach came across as rude and inconsiderate. There is always a respectful and professional way to communicate with customers, and sadly, that was missing during our visit. The food itself was good, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. However, customer service is just as important as the food. The interaction with management left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our meal. When it came time to pay, we were fully prepared to pay for all the food we ordered. Pretty good. I feel like for a Thai restaurant, the flavors could be more prominent. Some of the dishes like the Tom Yum and the Pad Thai had the essence of what they were, but components like being sweet or sour were more faint than I expected. The Basil Fried Rice was good and we ordered it with Filet Mignon. We ordered their Chef's Special, Moo Tod Nam Pia, which was really good. It was like a deep fried slice of pork belly. I also got the lychee lemonade which was a good balance of sweet and sour. Finally, the fried tofu was a bit spongy, different from what like in fried tofu, which are pieces that are more fragile and jiggly. Otherwise, this was a good experience. The servers were nice and only checked on us twice which was nice. The portions were decent. Good music - bedroom/city pop type of music. I wouldn't say there's anything to inherently deduct from them. If you like Thai there might be other options based on preference, but this is a solid one. Overall, solid place. read more

Here's what we tried: Pad See Ew - 9.5/10: You really can't go wrong with this dish Papaya Salad - 10/10: Hands down the best papaya salad I've ever had. So refreshing! Super Crab Fried Rice - 10/10: I usually order pineapple fried rice at Thai restaurants, but decided to try this instead. It was such a pleasant surprise and easily one of my favorite dishes of the meal. Chicken Satay - 7.4/10: Good, but not as memorable as the other dishes. Thai Basil Eggplant - 7.8/10: I didn't even know I liked eggplant until I tried this. Added pork and it was a bit difficult to chew. Really flavorful and cooked well otherwise! * Esan Sausage - 6.8/10: Decent, but something was missing...
