Great food pizza is bomb and lots of custom recipes . They also serve really great other foods besides pizza. Wings are great!

I've had the pizza here a few times post CoVid-19, takeout for family in the local rehab, not bad. Its thin crust, cheese and sauce are good, its got a real crisp to the crust due to a corn meal dusting on the bottom, so if you're a purist you may balk, but it works here. Staff is friendly and they get my order right, I have not tried the other menu items, the middle eastern inspired grilled meat platter looks promising, may give more stars when I do. read more

phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. We found this place on a whim since the whole street practically shuts down at 7pm. I am so glad we did. Our first time we ordered a Chicken BLT Salad, Minestrone, and a Chicken Finger Platter. Every single thing was delicious. A few months later and we've ordered delivery, went back, and even ordered for catering. I've never once been disappointed. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and made just the way I ordered. The pizza is out of this world! Above all, you cannot beat the service! The owners and staff are so sweet. We always feel at home when we're there. Their pizza is usually great. This time around, I decided to order something different...Chicken Parm subs, which come with a side of fries. The sandwich left much to be desired as it was more bread than chicken. Imagine a chicken tender with marinara sauce, & mozzarella cheese served on a large hero roll. The fries tasted as if they'd been sitting out all day and the portion size was literally a handful. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, which were very, very salty. We decided to order pizza tonight from Sibora's. Their website gave us a link to download the slice app. So we did and received a $3 coupon. We ordered a large plain and a deep dish chicken bacon ranch. The pizza arrived within the allotted time per the app. We were disappointed to see we received a regular chicken bacon ranch and not the deep dish. However it was absolutely delicious. The perfect amount of bacon chicken and ranch. None of the ingredients overwhelmed each other. The plain was also very good. The crust is so crunchy and crispy not flabby at all. We all loved it. Side note I contacted the app and they refunded us the difference between the deep dish and regular after they checked with the restaurant. Our friends suggested Sonora's we be night for our Friday hang out yummies...pizza, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. There are many good pizza places in my area (I don't think that a mediocre pizza place can survive for long in NJ). This one features thin, crispy crusts and unusual flavors. Yes, there are cheese, pepperoni, and sausage slices available, but there are also imaginative flavors. Today, we had chicken marsala, Mediterranean, and chicken francese--all recommended. The Mediterranean was especially good: a tomato-cream base, like vodka sauce, with toppings that included chicken, artichoke, fresh tomato, spinach, and pimento.Because of the interesting flavors and generous slice size, my husband and I ordered 3 slices and then split them. We sat in our favorite high table near the entrance, close to the counter, and chatted briefly with the friendly guy behind the counter. We have been coming here for a long time and tried almost everything on the menu, and let me tell you how AMAZING this place is. Knowing that Sibora's and the nearby 202 Italian Bistro share common ownership gave me confidence the food would be great here, and they didn't disappoint. We dined there during their opening week while a snowstorm raged outside, but the restaurant was warm, the staff was friendly, and the food fantastic. Arugula salad to start with beets and balsamic vinaigrette, followed by Grandma's pizza-- fabulous! Crust was just right, not too thick, just enough snap-- excellent! Ordered the Sibora Salad and I asked for no tomatoes or onions. This was my dinner and I get 3 measly slices of beets and a half empty container with barely and cheese or almonds. Called to complain but whoever was on the phone clearly had no interest in being better. I decided to give this place this second chance since I once before came to eat here and was disgusted by the strong red onion they put in their vodka sauce and how there cavatelli and broccoli was soaked in an oil mess. I will not be trying this place a 3rd time. Frank's and Anthony Franco's are much better compared to this place. read more

Great stop off 80. Fantastic chicken Gyro with a delicious salad. My girlfriend had a chicken Caesar wrap with really good fries. They threw in some extra garlic knots that were top notch And the marinara was solid. The staff was really nice and they deliver almost anywhere! I live a town over from here and it's a nice little find. The pizza was really good. Not too expensive which is always a plus. The bottom of the pizza has this weird breading added to it (attached photo) which gives it a really good crunch when you bite into it. This place is aesthetically appealing! The braised lamb and orzo is delicious! The California chicken sub is very good. Ordered the "borek", I would not even feed it to my dog. It was undercooked and there was no flavor. Also ordered the kofte, it was advertised that it and with ajvar -- their version of ajvar was marinara sauce (awful). We also tried the orzo chicken spinach soup which was good but very salty. The gyros both beef & chicken are delicious. read more

Management can never be bothered to speak to a customer with a problem. Go to Frank's Pizza or Anthony Francos, they're both within a few minutes of this place and you'll get a real meal. read more

Since my last review there must have been multiple different cooks in the kitchen, every time I order Fettuccini ala Roma it's not the same , usually missing ingredients. We still order here randomly but not as often any more. read more

This is an instance where I really wanted this restaurant to have great food. Needless to say this is not the place I hoped it would be! I ordered Zappa De Pesce and was disappointed. It was just average but was drowning in sauce. I also ordered the meat combo, and wow, so salty I could hardly eat it. The chicken cubes were very dry and lacked taste. The meat was well done and difficult to chew. The meatballs, forget it. Full of breadcrumbs and had a strange taste. It included rice but there was maybe two or three tablespoons of rice in the center of the dish and pita bread on the bottom. Pita was soggy and difficult to eat, even with a fork. To be truthful here, I used to own my own restaurant so I know all about food prep. Both of these dishes were disappointing and this is one restaurant I will never order from again! read more

Decided to try Sibora's this evening. I had the chicken, spinach and orzo soup, which was very good. My guest and I shared a Grandma pie which was very tasty. We will definitely be going back to this place again. Their desserts also looked amazing. My only complaint was that the music they were playing just didn't go with the atmosphere. read more

I wanted to try this restaurant so we ordered 2 chicken parm dinners, calamari marinara over spinach and a kid's cheese burger with french fries. I picked up my order only to get home to find no kids meal and no salads. I called them and went back to get the rest of the order. We through away the chicken parm dinners we believe they were frozen patties not fresh chicken. The cheese burger was burnt and dry and cold. The Calamari marinara was tender and good. The spinach instead of pasta for an additional $2.75 wasn't but a large spoon full. I will never order another meal from them again.
