half Buffalo Chicken Pizza, half pepperoni

phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. We found this place on a whim since the whole street practically shuts down at 7pm. I am so glad we did. Our first time we ordered a Chicken BLT Salad, Minestrone, and a Chicken Finger Platter. Every single thing was delicious. A few months later and we've ordered delivery, went back, and even ordered for catering. I've never once been disappointed. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and made just the way I ordered. The pizza is out of this world! Above all, you cannot beat the service! The owners and staff are so sweet. We always feel at home when we're there. They definitely have loyal customers when it comes to us!

After months of ordering delivery from here to my uncle in a nursing home nearby, I finally came in! Everyone is so nice, service is great, the food is awesome, and their delivery is fast and friendly. They make sure to give the delivery directly to my uncle on the 3rd floor, not just leave it at the desk downstairs like most places!

    Killer plain

We decided to order pizza tonight from Sibora's. Their website gave us a link to download the slice app. So we did and received a $3 coupon. We ordered a large plain and a deep dish chicken bacon ranch. The pizza arrived within the allotted time per the app. We were disappointed to see we received a regular chicken bacon ranch and not the deep dish. However it was absolutely delicious. The perfect amount of bacon chicken and ranch. None of the ingredients overwhelmed each other. The plain was also very good. The crust is so crunchy and crispy not flabby at all. We all loved it. Side note I contacted the app and they refunded us the difference between the deep dish and regular after they checked with the restaurant. Thoroughly satisfied and we will be ordering from them again.

Chicken francese slice -- nice lemon zing

There are many good pizza places in my area (I don't think that a mediocre pizza place can survive for long in NJ). This one features thin, crispy crusts and unusual flavors. Yes, there are cheese, pepperoni, and sausage slices available, but there are also imaginative flavors. Today, we had chicken marsala, Mediterranean, and chicken francese--all recommended. The Mediterranean was especially good: a tomato-cream base, like vodka sauce, with toppings that included chicken, artichoke, fresh tomato, spinach, and pimento.Because of the interesting flavors and generous slice size, my husband and I ordered 3 slices and then split them. We sat in our favorite high table near the entrance, close to the counter, and chatted briefly with the friendly guy behind the counter. Apparently, they opened about 2 years ago, but kept the name of the previous place, even though it didn't have a reputation for being friendly.

Knowing that Sibora's and the nearby 202 Italian Bistro share common ownership gave me confidence the food would be great here, and they didn't disappoint. We dined there during their opening week while a snowstorm raged outside, but the restaurant was warm, the staff was friendly, and the food fantastic. Arugula salad to start with beets and balsamic vinaigrette, followed by Grandma's pizza-- fabulous! Crust was just right, not too thick, just enough snap-- excellent! We'll sure to be back, there's a lot more on the menu we have to try!

Sibora salad with no tomato and no onion. Really sad.

Ordered the Sibora Salad and I asked for no tomatoes or onions. This was my dinner and I get 3 measly slices of beets and a half empty container with barely and cheese or almonds. Called to complain but whoever was on the phone clearly had no interest in being better. I decided to give this place this second chance since I once before came to eat here and was disgusted by the strong red onion they put in their vodka sauce and how there cavatelli and broccoli was soaked in an oil mess. I will not be trying this place a 3rd time. Frank's and Anthony Franco's are much better compared to this place.

Very impressed with this place. Very friendly and attentive staff. I had the pasta fagioli and pizza and both were delicious.

Great staff! Love the food. Great garlic knots. I've taken my family there and they want to go back as soon as we get together again.

Didn't really get a chance to visit until today. We got some good news, and I truly believe in celebrating on the same day. So we got ready quickly and drove 1 mile (haha yes, just 1 mile). It's super close to where I live. It was a cold winter night, and as expected, the restaurant was completely empty. From the outside, it doesn't look very big--but once inside, it actually is. There are two different seating areas and one separate space for parties/bookings or multipurpose events. The ambience was good, warm and inviting. We got our desired table easily and started browsing the menu. There were lots of options. we ordered: Kerven Mixed Grill - $60 It was a mix of everything, 1 skewer of Lamb kebab, 2 pc lamb chops, 2 pc meatballs, I replaced beef shish with lamb again, and Gyro The presentation was very eye-catching. The dish comes with fire in the middle and meats placed on both sides -- looked amazing. It's a lot of food for two people, for sure. Overall, the dish was 5/5, except for the lamb chops. They were cooked medium-well by default, but I personally prefer well-done. Other than the lamb chops, everything else was great: It also came with sauces, and they served balloon bread on the house, which was a nice touch. One thing to note: the meat gets cold pretty quickly, and once it's cold, it's not as enjoyable--so definitely eat it while it's hot... Overall, it was a nice fine-dining experience, perfect for family time and celebrating those small but meaningful good moments.

Nice chew to the bread, great spice on the meat, tzatziki dip. Yum! Chicken Shish Plate - just the right amount of food. Chicken had a nice char, chickpeas in the rice, salad was not for me. The pre meal bread was a great start to our experience. So glad I stopped in, you should too/

We were there for Mother's Day dinner at 5:30 and were enjoying our meal until we were approached…read moreby a very unpleasant man who failed to introduce himself. He immediately started barking at us about how we had made a reservation for four adults and one child, and that we would have to pay full price for the fourth adult which was $80 who did not show up. When we were seated, I had already apologized to the server that the fourth person could not make it, and the server -- who had otherwise been wonderful -- politely told us it was fine. I really thought this won't be a big deal like other establishments that are even more high end. I later learned that the individual's name was Tom. Describing his behavior as merely rude would be an understatement; his conduct was obnoxious, unprofessional, and unnecessarily aggressive. First, being charged the full $80 price for a guest who did not attend was extremely shocking and disappointing. More concerning, however, was the manner in which Tom approached and addressed us. In all my years of dining out, I have never experienced such poor service or such an inappropriate attitude from restaurant staff. Although I was eventually provided with containers to pack some food to take home, the entire experience left me feeling deeply insulted and completely ruined what was meant to be a special Mother's Day dinner. This Tom, who I was told aa a manger lacks a professionalism to be a qualified one. He needs a major attitude change.
