Excellent!!! Prosciutto wrapped figs. Burrata caprese salad and Sunday sauce pasta. Finished with a lemon mascarpone, ricotta cheesecake. Beautiful space and server. Thanks Ethan!

I was a little skeptical about trying this restaurant since it looks like a nouveau themed Italian restaurant which is located in the parking area of a shopping complex. Upon entry it has a unique appearance with modernist Italian decor wall decorations, overhead lighted fish, multiple seating levels, aged wood paneling, etc. The waitress was prompt, friendly and helpful. I opted for Shrimp Scampi. It was loaded with shrimp, not just placed on the top of the pasta as is so common. Delicate seasoning that was Italian, but with less garlic, sage and oregano than is typical. Fresh basil added an unexpected sweetness to the dish. Overall it was well prepared and quite tasty.

Another amazing happy hour! While we were initially disappointed that the drink we wanted was gone, the crabapple margarita was soooo good! We had gluten free focaccia (that was as expected, definitely hard to find good gf bread) but also delicious truffle fries. You have to get there early as happy hour is over at 5 but it was worth it. They were filling up fast as we left. Looking forward to going back!

A year after I reviewed, I continue to be very happy with Sicilian Table. The food, the service, and location are great. The food isn't standard - there's a bit of flair to most of their dishes. While, I love it, it's important to pay attention to the ingredients. For example, I ordered a haddock sandwich during my last visit and I was expecting just mayo or tartar sauce and it was more tangy/zippy like a mustard. It was good just not what I was expecting/assumed. The fries - YUMMMY Our server was awesome! She checked in, gave us space and enthusiatically engaged with us when appropriate. I credit her for us trying the goat cheese and pita appetizer. IT WAS AMAZING!!! Our mocktails were delish and the envirment was comfortable per usual. Great job to this team and leadership on their consistency with food and service quality. We definitely will come back with friends.

Our most recent visit was for my birthday, and I can honestly say the service was almost better than the food, but really, it's a tie. Our server was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The restaurant itself is beautiful, spanning multiple levels with such a cool atmosphere, especially the unique hanging fish sculptures. Every single thing on the menu is insanely delicious. I had the carbonara, which was light, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Several people at our table ordered the chicken Marsala, and just the presentation alone could fill you up, everyone absolutely loved it. We love this place and can't wait to go back!

Superior service, food was excellent, and the setting very relaxing! Aiden attended to our needing water frequently, delivered our salads and bread, and made sure we were very happy throughout our entrees. Sicilian Table was so generous to allow the military veterans a free entree with no menu restriction. My husband devoured his hot sausage ragu and my harvest pizza was top shelf. I even brought home half! Thank you for a lovely evening!

The food is top notch, as it always is in the restaurant group that owns Sicilian Table. The drink and mocktail selection was great. Our waitress was very kind but the service was a tad slow- it was not that busy BUT we had a large-ish party so I think that was the cause. Speed up the service a bit and this would have easily been a 5 star experience.

Such amazing food and drinks! Would recommend the berry saint and blueberry lemon drop. Service is always great. Today our waiter was Davis and he is super fun! Crispy chicken addition to salad was massive and tasty, chicken special was delightful. Haddock was great but the broccolini could have more flavor. Tiramisu was very good but a little sweet. Best crème brûlée I've ever had!!!!! Ambiance is amazing.

Sicilian Table has always been somewhat of an oddity to me. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous. It must be the nicest dining room in this restaurant family, which is saying something. But historically hit-or-miss food and higher prices have always held it back for me. My wife and I tried the new Sunday brunch menu today. The Good: -It's easy parking and you can actually walk in with no wait and no reservations. There's also essentially unlimited bar seating, which is always my preference. -The restaurant really is stunning. There's no comparable brunch spot in terms of classiness. -The two entrees we had were great! The braised lamb ($19) in the omelette was tender and spicy with the tzatziki to cool it down. The wife's 8 ounce steak was perfectly medium rare and slathered in butter. She loved dipping it in the poached eggs. The Bad: -The steak and eggs was $40. Most expensive brunch dish in greater Portland? -Mimosa's are $13 in tiny champagne flutes. This should be a crime and might be a dealbreaker. You can order it in a pint glass with ice for $14. Great. A mimosa is such an essential element of Sunday brunch that overpricing them to this extent is unforgivable. You can oddly get a flight of 4 (different flavored) mimosas for $50 but must have at least two people. What the heck is going on here? Sicilian Table brunch is a very solid option that unfortunately might be too oriented towards the Falmouth crowd. If you're ok with the prices, it's a hassle-free experience with excellent elevated food.

First time visiting this restaurant I had heard the food was amazing. I made a reservation online thru google and arrived for dinner. When we got there they said we made it for the next night. I was like great, the hostess was like don't worry it happens a lot but told us we could stay and sit outside in the bar area. We decided we would stay and check it out anyway. We were pleasantly surprised that there was 2 sections both equally beautiful. I enclosed in glass with full length doors that opened or closed depending on the weather and one are with seating and table fire pits. I chose inside because it was evening and was starting to get a little cooler. Our waitress was wonderful she brought our drinks right away. I had the Prickly Pear Lemon Drop Martini, and a Spicy make your own margarita. Both equally delicious. For our appetizers we started with the focaccia bread which came with 3 spreads (pesto garlic, ricotta, and marinara) this was a beautiful display, the Italian Bang Bang Shrimp and Waygo crostini. They also brought a loaf of homemade bread and olive oil dip. Now even after all these delicious snacks dinner arrived. The Chicken Marsala, and the seafood Shrimp Fra Diablo, and also a side of homemade pasta with homemade marinara. The dessert that we tried was the homemade lemon ricotta bar with strawberries.. The dinner was delicious. The staff is amazing and very attentive in the ambience was wonderful. We had gone inside to use the ladies room and I'm glad I sat outside because I think inside was a little cold, but it was a great experience overall and I cannot wait to go back again. I definitely give this restaurant a 10 out of 10 the food is beautifully handcrafted and fresh and I have to say there was a family with two small children sitting next to us. One had to be about four years old and was eating the oysters, she loved them, and you would never even know there was children in the restaurant so well behaved. We really enjoyed this and will definitely be back. We also got $100 gift card to give to our daughter to come and try it herself. Thank you for the great food and great experience. Your chefs are wonderful and create amazing dishes.

They have the best chicken parm I've had in a long time! Walked in on a Friday evening with no reservation, and it was an hour/hour and a half wait, so I definitely recommend making one. We surprisingly found the last seats down at the bar and thought it was better than waiting for a table (the bar area is not that loud, and it was full). We started with some brussels sprouts and the focaccia, which comes with marinara, pesto, and garlic ricotta. Bread comes out hot with a drizzle of oil; it was divine. I was pleased they are very gluten free friendly, as they have GF pasta, and more than half of the dishes can be made GF. I decided on the chicken parm. The chicken was tender and full of flavor, and the pasta was a nice portion but didn't leave me feeling completely stuffed. My dad said his carbonara was good and not too heavy with the sauce. We also got dessert and decided on the flourless chocolate mousse cake. It has the perfect combo of chocolate and jam. Some chocolate desserts are too rich for me, but this is light and fluffy and we were able to finish it all. The service and bartender are excellent; we had multiple people attending to us and they were very efficient. I can't wait to come back!!!

Visited the Sicilian Table for dinner. Even after several snow storms, the parking lot was well plowed and the walkway access was clean. Dry, and safe. The decor is beautiful and classy, similar to the Tuscan Table sister restaurant. I tried the chicken parmigiana - absolutely perfect in preparation and presentation. Our drinks were also decorated beautifully, and the special margaritas were amazing. The service was good, but a little slow. The tables were also a bit too close for my liking. I highly recommend this spot as a great date night place.

If our meal was typical, the most I could say is that it was the Chefboyardee of Sicilian food. But the ambiance is nice.

The cozy, romantic atmosphere made it easy to settle in for a long meal. Sitting by the window overlooking the street, it honestly felt like a scene out of an old romance set in a brownstone in NYC. There was so much to love about the food, too. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, my pesto had a great balance of flavor, and both of our drinks were beautifully made. You can tell the kitchen puts care into the ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, my husband's chicken parmesan came out undercooked. The chicken was clearly raw in the center. It was disappointing, especially on a special occasion, and food safety issues like that are hard to overlook. I do want to highlight that our waitress was outstanding. She noticed something was wrong from across the room and stepped in right away. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, and we truly appreciated her attentiveness. What left us surprised was that no one else came by to acknowledge what happened. With something as serious and easily preventable as raw chicken, we expected at least a brief apology or check-in from a manager. It was less about getting something for free and more about feeling taken care of after a pretty significant mistake. Overall, there were some really lovely parts of the experience, but the food issue and lack of follow-up made the night feel more mixed than we had hoped for a celebration dinner.

With an 8pm reservation for Wednesday, we were seated promptly at 7:50pm. This lovely restaurant has a young, welcoming vibe. It's a mix of high-end dining (Italian) with a somewhat casual atmosphere (blue jeans). If you seek a formal "suit and tie" dining establishment, Leeward is not ideal. Although it is pricey, Leeward has many pluses. First, the service here is outstanding. Second, the wood floors, cork decorated walls, open space, and candles provide a nice ambience. Third, the food is delicious and ideal for sharing appetizers. We ordered several items, including focaccia (the olive oil is wonderful), and the Maine Bluefin Tuna Carpaccio (our favorite!). The Gnocchi Fritto with prosciutto is a must-order appetizer for groups. We then each ordered a pasta dish. I devoured the tagliatelle, which had fava beans. My wife enjoyed the radiatore (with pine nuts). My sons both ordered the rigatoni (but one disliked the heavy Bolognese sauce). Glad we were able to enjoy a celebratory dinner in Portland! Leeward contributes to the strong "foodie" reputation of the city.

Reservations booked almost solid for days if not weeks, they do "allow" walk ins for high end bar seating. I was lucky to get a preferred bar seat that overlooked the theater of the cocktail creations at the center of the bar. Very entertaining indeed. Prior to that, we had to wait in line at the door before opening and then be assigned a specific seat. As one who hates standing in line for food and specifically avoids food trucks or food festivals for this reason, I was already slightly disagreeable. Obviously I would have had better humor with a long time reservation. Add to that, in order to park not too far away we street parked earlier and had to send one of us out to electronically feed the meter on this early evening experience. I do admit that the creative flavors of the dishes were appealing, if not a little too rich in dressings. I should have asked to have the dressing on the side of my lovely kale salad, but I WANT to trust the chef of a truly reputable high end establishment to not drown it. Still it was lemony delicious. The pea pesto was also creative , but again, slightly less sauce is MORE, it would keep me yearning for another bite. My partners steak was a bit chewy in the cut, we very much respected the bartenders suggestion that he have it rarer than he normally prefers. The potato "hash browns" (my quote) with horse radish sauce had a distinctive flavor and texture which was also crispy and delicious and allowed for a few bites each, again, super heavy on the sauce/ oil? Trendy techno play list was the background music and several tables were set for larger parties, so this does have a celebratory feel to it and you could easily spend your weekly pay check on an adult gathering here. Terrific wine list and stunning cocktails.

As others have mentioned this pizza is not "American" style, it's Napolitano, which I think translates literally on Google to "don't drown your pizza in mozzarella, this isn't Domino's stuffed crust." My friend had a salad to start, that had a lot of different flavors to it -- a mix of fruit and greens and fennel and... and... For my taste, it was a little too-too. But it was fresh as everything else we had was. Server was super nice and accommodating - we chose to sit outside, and it started raining. Heads up -- only a few of the outdoor tables fit under the glass awning, and the covering doesn't cover completely. So I'd definitely recommend going when there's a lower chance of rain. One other thing I'll add around ambiance is that the area for dishes/plates is right by the back door, and the sprayers are loud. Made it a bit difficult to hear at times but I imagine it's not an issue (or is less of an issue) if you sit inside. But for the pizza itself? Go.
