Food was amazing Service was great. Very nice restaurant Clean and cute inside. Would come back forsure.

I went to CheeseTime and overall had a really good experience. We ordered fried calamari, arancini, fettuccine al tartufo with shrimp, and black pepper steak spaghetti and honestly enjoyed everything we tried. If anything, I'd probably skip the appetizers next time because the pasta portions are huge and definitely more than enough on their own. The pasta was really tasty and felt well worth the price. When we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away. They took our order quickly and the food came out fast, which was nice. Our server was very kind and helpful the whole time. The inside is clean and nicely decorated, which made it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the meal. Would definitely come back.

In the beginning of 2023, Cheese time opened its door to making an Italian-asian fusion restaurant. Combining asian flavor to an Italian dish has a harmonious balance when its paired with either cream and tomato sauce. For a GREAT PRICE and LARGE PORTIONS, Cheesetime offers $10.99 Entrée pasta items! I highly recommend the Cabanara! Also an honorable mention would be the Napolitan. Service is quick, staff members are welcoming, and food comes put fast. Interior is organized, clean, and a darker setting to have a gentle affect on the eyes. Menu: Cabanara Napolitano Lobster ravioli Lemon crab scampi

It's located in a large plaza near a gym and a laser tag place. Small inside with a nice bar and an open kitchen. Were greeted quickly and sat right away. Drinks came quick as we looked over the menu. All pastas are 10.99 except for the pepper steak which is 12.99. Ordered the family Caesar salad and the lobster ravioli for appetizers. For the mains we got the penne alla vodka and the shrimp scampi. Bread sticks were brought out right away Salad was good, well dressed and tasty. Lobster ravioli was good too. Nice lobster taste and well sauced. We asked for more bread to mop up the sauce The penne was delicious. I added chicken and it made a nice meal. Ate it all and it filled me up. Chicken was a little over cooked but I didn't mind it. The shrimp scampi was tasty but very watery. Shrimp were cooked perfect and everything was delicious. For desert we had the Tiramisu and the spumoni. Both were really good as well Service was excellent, on top of everything and very friendly Nice meal, good setting and a nice price point

Wow! Amazing pasta dishes at a terrific price. We did not expect the interior to look this nice. We always walk by when going to EoS Fitness nextdoor, but because of the dark window tint, it was always hard to see inside. Plus the font of the logo Cheesetime; we thought it was a kids restaurant. It is far from that! I used to live in Sicily; the sauce on the Shrimp Scampi comes pretty darn close! My wife finished the entire dish it was that good! And you cannot beat it for the price. My daughter loved her Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The Spaghetti Alla Carbonara was delicious, just a bit too creamy for me, but maybe that's my preference. It paired really well with my white wine. They have a bar with special cocktails. The interior is spacious with lots of seating, and tables that can accommodate large groups. Chill pop music and some Italian music played in the background. Awesome and friendly service. Located on Sahara and Cimmaron, next to EoS Fitness, Marie Calendars, Krazy Buffet, and the Big Texas BBQ. Lots of parking. We will definitely return to try their Spaghetti Bolegnese, Lasagna & Penne Alla Vodka. I highly recommend!

Went here last night to try the $10 Tuesday pasta special, and overall it was worth a visit. I'm giving it 4 stars to start, mostly because I wasn't a fan of the lasagna, but I'll definitely try a different dish next time. We started with the complimentary breadsticks, and they were actually really good. For appetizers, we tried the meatballs and honestly that was the star of the night -- super flavorful and definitely worth ordering. For mains, I tried the Marry Me Chicken pasta and the lasagna. Both were just okay for me; the sauces weren't really my style. For dessert, I was excited to get the tiramisu, but it was a bit disappointing -- on the dry side. Still ate it though, so it wasn't terrible! Overall, I'd still give this place another try the next time I'm craving pasta. The prices are great, the staff was friendly, and I feel like there are other menu items I'd probably enjoy more.

We saw some intriguing reviews about this restaurant, so we decided to give it a try. We made a reservation easily on their website. We were seated right away (by a robot) upon arriving. The interior decor is ... haphazard. The chairs and tables look like they came from a nursing home and are not very stylish or contemporary. There are no booths - only tables. The interior is fairly bright, so overall there is not a ton of atmosphere and very little privacy or intimacy. I was not quite sure what theme they were going for as it's just so disjointed in terms of decor. Our server was friendly, but he seemed to be covering the entire restaurant. As such, we did sit for extended periods of time with dirty dishes on the table, etc. I tried both the lemon drop and the peach bellini cocktails. They both were quite strong and flavorful, but the bellini did not seem to have any real peach puree in it but instead only a flavoring of some kind. The staff were very kind to offer one extra of each cocktail at no extra charge, however, which I really appreciated. We tried the arancini and the Caesar salad to start. Both were quite good. The arancini had a good ratio of meat to rice, and it had a lovely crunchy exterior. The salad was tasty with nice and crunchy croutons. I had the spaghetti Bolognese entree. Tasty but the pasta was cooked a bit past al dente. The sauce was rich and flavorful. It seems that two breadsticks are provided at no charge with the meal; additional breadsticks are 99 cents each. This seemed like nickel and diming the customer, although the pasta dishes are all $10.99 each (except for one which comes with steak and is a few dollars more). I had the tiramisu for dessert which was tasty but fairly standard. We also tried the "bomba" dessert which is gelato encased in chocolate. Unfortunately, the gelato was not well frozen and was pretty runny instead of being solid and frozen. This detracted from the taste and texture of the dessert. Overall, this was a decent meal that fell a bit below expectations.

Cheesecake that was supposed to be able with 2-3 people...for $14.99

I was really hoping to find a hidden gem of an affordable pasta restaurant but unfortunately it was a very underwhelming experience. The service was friendly but that where the experience stops. The food was ok to poor quality. A lot of the food was prepackaged and thrown together with practically nothing made from scratch. Visually appealing but tastes like you could have bought the food from Trader Joe's and cooked it yourself. (Not taking anything away from Trader Joe's) I had their #1 dish the Lasagna and I put it on the same level of the high quality store bought varieties with the portion size slightly lacking. We tried to give the restaurant one final shot at redemption by asking about their cheesecake and how big of a portion it was. I was told it was big enough for 2-3 people to share. That was untrue and paying $13.99 for small piece that was placed on a big plate to seem fancy was the final nail in the coffin. The atmosphere was fine but lacked cohesiveness. I guess seeing two huge posters on the wall of their most popular pasta dishes should have be a red flag. But I guess I'm a sucker for giving small business with a good deal a shot. For people thinking about trying this restaurant, stick to simple pasta dishes for $11.99 and just get it to go. It won't knock your socks off, but if you're tired you might try this place once and be done.

    Lemon crab, scampi

I really wanted to like this place because the menu had a lot of potential, but unfortunately the execution was very disappointing. We ordered the meatballs first and they were ice cold in the middle and had to be sent back. When they came back out, they were somehow even worse. The Zuppa Toscana soup was actually delicious and ended up being the best thing we had all night. I ordered the lasagna and it also came out cold and had to be sent back. The second one came out hot, but the flavor was very average nothing special. I can honestly make a better meat sauce at home. We also ordered the crab lemon scampi and were told it came with 3 ounces of crab meat, but there was barely any crab in the dish we saw maybe one piece. The presentation of the food didn't match the menu photos, and overall it felt like there was no real quality control in the kitchen. The food felt more like cafeteria food than a restaurant experience. There's a reason the place was almost empty when we walked in. Very disappointing experience overall. The soup was the only highlight.

    House salad

I had been wanting to try this place as I drive by it every day. We were seated right away. The restaurant was somewhat busy and it seemed good for families. There was a small band getting ready to perform during the dinner service. We were surprised at the value priced entrées that were offered. We ordered the House salad. It was not very good as it only had two ingredients. As my fiancé is allergic to fresh tomatoes, they offered us a bowl of lettuce. But when we looked at the salad, it turns out that there were tomatoes put in the salad but then removed and at the bottom of the bowl there was a puddle of water. The salad Was also wilted, but the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was very tasty. The breadsticks were extremely good, soft and full of flavor. I ordered the shrimp scampi which was surprisingly delicious. The shrimp tasted like it was frozen and not fresh. We also ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken pasta which was pretty decent but it was a little too sweet for my taste . I will have to say that the entertainment was not as good as I had hoped. I think that the only thing that highlighted them was their guitarist which he was very talent . I may return, they are a new place so I'm sure they have a lot of kinks to work out.

We came here after seeing it often when we go to the gym. Curiosity definitely got this cat lol the pastas a DELICIOUS. I got the black pepper steak pasta and it was heavenly! The sauce has a really nice pepper flavor without being overpowering or spicy. My mom said the lasagna was good and cheesy so much so that she said the pasta itself held lots of flavor. My boyfriend got the shrimp scampi and the shrimps are pretty big! I tried one and they are well cooked and seasoned perfectly. The restaurant is cute. Old school style mixed with some Asian influence. Very nice! I saw some people dressed up for a date and then others like us just casual. The server told us of a band that comes in on sunday afternoons and bottomless mimosas so we will definitely be back. I did notice a high amount of take out so that's always a great option for dinner! 10/10 service, flavor so I recommend whether going in or ordering out, you should try it!

Bummer! First time said it was refillable. Second time said no after I already finished! Who would have known!

This was my second time visiting this restaurant, and the experience was completely disappointing compared to the first. The first time we came, everything felt great. Service was smooth, and a very kind older gentleman helped my husband and me. I specifically asked whether the lemonade and Thai tea were refillable. He went to check and came back, served us both drinks, and clearly told us they were refillable. That experience made us feel welcomed, and honestly, it made the food taste even better. Fast forward just 2-3 weeks later, I come back expecting the same level of service. I ordered Thai tea again, and this time the waitress immediately told me it was NOT refillable. Fine--that's not even the issue. The issue is how it was handled. Instead of simply acknowledging my previous experience, she kept insisting on showing me the menu to prove her point. What's the point of that? I already said I believe you. I'm not arguing about your policy--I'm telling you what I experienced the last time I was here. One time it's yes, now it's no. That inconsistency is confusing and uncomfortable. Then she says maybe the previous waiter just decided to give us refills--but they can't do it now. That only makes it worse, because it shows there's no consistency at all. This is supposed to be a dining experience, not a debate. I'm not here to argue or be "proven wrong." I just wanted to enjoy my meal, but instead I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. Yes, maybe everything was done "by the book" this time--but the overall experience was not good at all. I left disappointed, and I will not be coming back. By the way, it's totally ok that it's not refillable. I would just not have order it. It's not a big deal. I just thought it was.

Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.

The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. For my entree I got the short rib with kimchi fried rice. It was good but again what wowed me were the apps. I also like their drink menu, they seem to be redoing it right now. Both drink I got were whiskey/bourbon old fashion style. One with chocolate and orange (my favorite of the night) and the other with coconut. I am glad this is another amazing option on the southwest. Definitely give this place a try if you like fusion.

Fried white trout in almost an au jus sauce. Very savory, but maybe a tad too salty.

Our server greeted us immediately and we ordered a couple of our usual dishes which included the fried chicken with hot soy garlic sauce and Bulgogi french fries. We also wanted to try out their Tonkatsu which was reasonably priced and it came with rice, salad, and a potato croquette. They do not skimp when it comes to portion-sizes, so you'll definitely get your moneys worth. As always, the fried chicken was absolutely delicious. It was fried to perfection with a crispy crust, and it was smothered in this sweet and savory umami sauce. The Bulgogi fries had a ton of marinated meat, topped with fresh veggies, and an abundance of cheese. The fries were on the softer side which I actually prefer and all of the flavors blended so well together. My husband said one of his favorite bites of the day was the potato croquette which had a nice crunchy exterior and a soft, creamy center. The Tonkatsu on the other hand tasted very good but it had a somewhat tough texture. One of the main reasons we love this spot is the variety of Bonchon that comes with your meal. The japchae, kimchi, pickled veggies, and fish cakes really make this whole experience even better.

The bulgogi fries were good lots of cheese and light on the meat. The crown chicken was super crispy. Loved the squid. We got the supreme sauce and if was very much like Thai sweet chili sauce. Again maybe this is the Korean fried chicken standard, but the prices of chicken were really random-some pieces were all meat and some were almost all bones. Not my favorite. I'd go back to try other items..
