I went there for a regular oil change. They checked the filters (barely anything in the filters)…read moreand started "they need to be changed" for $50! BARELY ANYTHING in/on the filter and they deemed it "needed to be changed". Also, the LARGE mechanic was to exhausted to even put the sticker on in the car himself he had me do it, not to mention the last times I've had it through Valvoline (Cincinnati locations, which are better btw), they put the sticker on, reset my "see dealership" message on my car, and when they checked the air filters, they stated they don't need to be changed! They ate supposed to do the work, not the person paying! Lazy! Plus I've read all the horror stories of others that went to this location! I'll NEVER go back to this location!

When I went to question the high prices, the manager (Will Green) told me "That's what we charge everybody." When I told him not my family as we'd never come back, Will Green told me "That don't matter to me". Take 5 oil change- home of the 179 dollar oil change, where customers don't matter to management (at least not to Will Green).

I didn't get the managers name but I am very thankful. I was more worried about being overcharged in this day and age than not charged and was happy for the unexpected favor. Thanks again.

Then when they started working on our car- it was in and about in about 10 minute. The guy in the waiting area was very kind and informative on what they were doing on my car. They pulled out my air filter to let us look at it and didn't do anything- just to reassure us that we didn't need anything done with it. So that was nice- I really appreciated the fact that they ask before touching the car where money is involved. :) Great service- my parents-in-laws are regulars for a long time and they've never ran into a problem with them.

They claim fluid top off and offered a full flush but let her car leave that low. Now I have to check if these corrupt idiots actually replaced the filter. This place is beyond unprofessional, unethical and undependable.
