Stopped in here for lunch today. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was very crispy and delicious. My husband ordered the pot stickers and said they were delicious. My daughter ordered the chicken parm sandwich and that's where the 1 star rating comes in. She ate a little over half the sandwich and my husband had a bite. Not more than 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant we had to pull the car over so my daughter could throw up. She threw up all of her lunch and my husband started having a stomach ache at the same time. Extremely disappointed. I had the Hot Nashville chicken sandwich for lunch yesterday (7/20). The chicken breast had no heat or taste. How you can prepare a Hot Nashville chicken sandwich without any taste is a mystery! Not only did it not have any taste it was tough and chewy. It was probably heated up in a microwave. I was afraid that I was going to bend my knife cutting it in half. Lastly the chicken breast was very small- not close to the size of the bun. Slightly larger than a silver dollar or a small sausage patty. It wasn't worth the price. I've eaten here before and it was good. If this is the new standard I won't come back. 4th of July. A lot of restaurants closed for the day. We were headed downtown from 4 corners and saw that Sidewinders was open on the way. I Yelped and saw that there were healthy menu items and good reviews so we stopped. A great experience. The decor is military flightier planes and a big central fireplace and of course exposed black ventilation and conduits in the ceiling. A lot of staff, all working hard. The kitchen was jumping! I have been coming for a few years s and I am happy that they reopen. For people afraid they take very good care, have reduced the number of table, have an app for the menu, all staff have masks. We have been looking for a good spot for kids and GF options. The food is good and Savannah our server was excellent. We love the atmosphere and the fact that the owner is a marine pilot. Exceptional atmosphere and ambiance. The food is impeccable, with the specials being very interesting. The chicken pot pie is absolutely amazing and cannot be found in most Bozeman restaurants. Our servers; Blake and Meg were both very on point and careful to serve our every need. Blake stoked the fire continuously in addition to serving us; to make sure we were comfortable. Meg was very careful to attention and detail. The manager Ramona was also very hands on to help her employees; and she gave the restaurant a personal charm by visiting our table and personally ensuring we were enjoying ourselves. Good food! We tried the pretzel appetizer, which was delicious. For our entrées, we had a chicken pot pie and the cowboy mac and cheese. Both of us enjoyed our food, but I felt like I was paying way more than I should have been for what we got. The cowboy mac was $18, which I can't convince myself is a reasonable price to pay for penne noodles with cheese, pulled pork, pico, and bacon. We really enjoyed the chicken pot pie and the salad that came with it. All in all, the food was good, the staff was friendly, and I will definitely be coming back, but if you want to spend less than $50 on your meal, I'd go somewhere else for dinner. read more
