Called the day before to special order some letter donuts for my friend who had a baby. (It was a surprise so I ordered both sets!) They were very accommodating and got the job done efficiently and beautifully. (They even added in some extra designed donuts for no extra cost!) While I was there I also grabbed a couple maple bars, and they were very delicious, moist and fresh even at 1:00pm. Will definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for specialty donuts and personally use this place again for future gifts as I was really impressed with their work! I will never go to this place ever again. I wish i could give them zero stars but i can't. Anywho, i ate a muffin from their establishment and have had food poisoning for 4 days because of it. I called them and told them nicely that whatever ingredients they used to make those muffins they should throw them out and use different ones so they don't get other people sick and they told me that its not their fault that I'm sick, its my fault. Also that they make their food fresh everyday so I'm a liar essentially, and that if I'm really sick then i would've gone to the emergency room by now. I told them that I'm not paying for it and if they want to pay $150 for my visit that's fine with me and of course they backed out. I used to think this was a great donut shop and now i think its a shitty dump with employees that couldnt give a crap less about your welfare. Never going here again. read more

These ladies that work here in the early am are so friendly they always greet you with a smile, so helpful but yet so busy. Don't walk in thinking your going to order a fresh bagel , breakfast sandwich in a flash they are worth the wait. I'm a fan of their breakfast croissants, you cannot go wrong with the ham and cheese, nor the sausage and egg, or bacon, etc etc. Sometimes they'll have a novelty meat like spicy sausage that's always worth a try. They know I drink a particular energy drink and have always made sure to keep it in stock. Their coffee is rich and freshly ground, and they keep a solid supply of flavor syrups on hand. The donuts are far fresher than any chain shop, and their old fashioned' warmed in their oven (if you ask nicely) are the closest to heaven a food has ever brought me. There is no donut shop more worthy of your patronage. Feed your soul, and visit this gem of Anaheim Hills regularly and often. read more

Breakfast sandwiches are okay, pretty much what you can expect for a fast food breakfast. You can probably make a better one at your house to be honest, because the eggs are most likely out of a carton. What really annoyed me about this place though is I went in to buy donuts at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they were basically out. I get that some people buy donuts early, but how you can be completely out that early in the day? Its a donut store, and they didn't have any donuts for the rest of the day. When I asked if that's all they had they just looked at me like 'what do you expect?' Make some more or something, I don't know what their deal is. For that reason, I recommend going to D's Donuts which is right down the street and the donuts are actually better anyway. read more

Sierra donuts has extremely nice owners that have been here for decades. It is a well known shop to locals, and only locals know of the delicious lunch sandwiches they make. Try their pastrami sandwich on a croissant- amazing. Their donuts are also very tasty, but they offer a pretty standard variety.
