Well. We have been getting breakfast at Siggys for 5 1/2 years. That ends now. After placing our order and hearing it was $5.00 more than normal. We asked them to read it back. She never did read the order back. We asked for sausage gravy. She put an order of sausage in. We got to the window and she says we don't have sausage gravy. We say ok we don't want sausage. We want gravy. She adds gravy to the order. We get our order in a timely manner. We Drive home to find we didn't get all of what we ordered. And it was not like it's been for last 5 1/2 years. We wanted a country breakfast, and a sausage omelet with biscuit and gravy. Got home to find the country breakfast was dry no gravy. The biscuit and gravy for that meal was in a separate box. One biscuit not the 2 that are normally with the meal. No toast or jelly. The sausage omelet looked fine. We also Got a single biscuit on the side. And no side of gravy that we ordered. We Drove back to Siggys and told them what was wrong with the order. The Girl says I read the order back. No, no you didn't. They offered to remake it. We opted to get a refund. And move on. Too bad it used to be a good restaurant. Maybe they were having a bad day? I don't know if or when we will try them again. Oh and they never even apologized. read more

COVID-19 SUPER SPREADER!!! Went to Siggys while my car was being serviced at the nearby BMW dealership since it was within walking distance. First thing I noticed...customer's not wearing masks. When I asked the on-duty manager why they were NOT adhering to Gov. Newsom's mask policy (which states masks are to be worn by "everyone" when in public), she told me that the owner DID NOT adhere to the mask-wearing policy and if I had an issue with that then I needed to take it up with the owner. Then she basically walked away...so add RUDE and sh*tty customer service on top of the Not wearing masks! This place is a Corona Pit!!! Beware before eating at this Siggys. The owner & Management obviously DO NOT care for the public's safety. This place needs to be shut down!!! read more

My mistake was continuing to go here just because it is convenient. Sat, 2/17/18 4pm. The girls running this place right now are terrible. Cashier rung up order incorrectly and had to correct. Wasn't paying attention. Order was still incorrect on receipt. Brought to her attention and she said she would correct again... did not. Other girl delivered incorrect order. Brought to her attention and all she cared about was blaming other girl. Said she would fix but had bad attitude about it. All comes down to poor and/or lack of management. Left after 10 minutes with nothing. Sub standard meats and bad service. Not a good combination. Need to stop going here. read more

This place has great food. I have ordered everything from their delicious burgers to their breakfast burritos . They have a great chicken fried steak with gravy as well. The service does take time if you're in the drive thru but rest assured, your food is being made fresh and to order. If you're having a sweet tooth, grab one of their chocolate shakes. We've only eaten here for breakfast. And only drive through. It does take a while to get the food as everything is made as you order. It is worth the wait. That being said Siggys is the bomb!
