Always great service. Friendly and clean. Nails always done well -polish lasts, and gel and shellac are never too thick.

I use to go here a lot a while back, but found another nail salon with nails that last 3 weeks. I didn't need my nails done, but just a pedicure so decided to stop in. Establishment looks clean at first, but when the pedicure lady started taking off my old polish, there were used cotton balls on her tray with another polish removal on the cotton ball. That grossed me out a bit. I went on and sat there. I had acrylic nails that needed removal as well. Let's just say she had foil squares on her tray that were really wrinkled. I sat there not even sure what to do. I think she recycles the foil squares for customers. Overall, nail fungus or lack of cleanliness doesn't give me a good vibe and I won't be back. read more

To say this was the worse experience ever at a nail salon would best describe my service. I went in asking for gel x nails, as I saw her applying the nail I noticed the bubbles and excess product and told her wait don't cure it there's bubbles which she said it was ok. I kindly asked her no if you can't do it maybe someone else. She said everyone's busy let me do builder gel it is better and nicer, she spent two hours on my hands and they looked worse by the minute, each time I said I don't like it she said just wait till I'm done, finally I told her this is so much filing the nails are crooked and don't match at all! Please stop take them off I'll go home. Her manager Nancy tried to make things right but in the end my nails were still horrible, I paid and will never ever be back there. read more

Messy French tip, the lady was working super fast on it... there weren't even any customers waiting. I asked her to clean some smeared shellac polish off my hand, and to please fix some of the tip which looked crooked and made it worst.. I asked to speak to the owner,, to my surprise it was the same lady that redid my nails ‍. I let her know that I didn't like the work she did, I paid but will not be returning . I very STRONGLY suggest no one wastes their time or take the risk of receiving services here. The tech rushed through my manicure as though she was being sponsored by Nascar which made the experience far from relaxing. As a matter of fact, she ended up cutting me twice on two different nails/cuticles because of her unnecessary speed. I also noticed that her tools were a bit rough and dusty looking and she kept reaching under the table to get the ones she needed. Usually after you receive a massage and moisturizing products, you're asked to wash your hands before the tech applies the nail polish of your choice. That didn't happen here. She asked for me to rinse my fingers in the water I soaked my nails in at the beginning of the service. It was quite frustrating to have to walk the tech through what it means to have all of my (natural) nails the same length. I also had to explain the very simple design I requested. All of that really struck me as weird. Then the worst happened: I saw her placing the tools she used for my service back in their individual ziploc bags and I asked "Do you clean your tools between each client? Soap and water? UV light? Anything?" She responded "No. No. You want them clean?" I was floored. How the heck is that okay, especially with COVID-19 and MONKEYPOX being highly contagious?! Classy spacious nail salon. Chose this near my place. The ladies are very professional and would offer u champagne, wine or water. Great massage chairs quite new and clean- no smelly chairs ! Quick in and get out if I am in hurry, on weekends I get to enjoy foot massage and a neck massage with pedicure. Definitely worth coming over to this salon. SIGNATURE NAILS / Eldridge: I have been to this location on several occasions and it has been declining. This was by far the worst and last. Not only did another lady getting a pedicure point out loudly an unacceptable unnecessary attitude by her nail tech soon after we were sat,, our nail techs were also put out by our requests and easily annoyed. My neice first requested a polish change (regular polish no gel, shellac, etc). After sitting , she realized she needed her cuticles done. This wasn't received well and it should have been a win due to the up charge. Then after starting to paint her nails...the cuticles that had just been cut were jagged and left poking into the new polish at the nail bed. When asked if it could be fixed she seemed irritated and just added another layer of polish. In the end, she ended up with FOUR gooey coats of nail polish even after I said that polish is too thick and that's too many coats - it will never fully dry. They still did not remove and start over. They kept attempting to fix the streaks with more coats of polish. I just don't understand how that made things better! Her nail tech even suddenly got up after the third coat quickly said bye, shut off the light at her station and left my niece sitting in the dark. When I questioned this behavior I was told it was done for relaxation while her nails dried.. WHAT?!? My nail tech also abruptly got up and walked off without saying anything after I nicely asked several times to please file them oval/ square. She continued to make them more and more oval with little regard for what I was requesting. Another woman took over and then said " you need to say round/ square" ummm.. at what point was the square shape going to be introduced??? At no time did I say pointy and that's where they were heading. We also noticed Anytime we pointed out a flaw or something that needed to be touched up,, it was not taken kindly at all. There was a lady that attempted to fix my nails and my nieces but i am going to leave that right there due to the final product. I did end up leaving a tip for their efforts even though our nails were NOT to our satisfaction. You can only attempt to explain so many times and we received excuse after excuse. In the end, this place is in desperate need of customer service training. The same behavior was seen in several employees. They also continued to speak their language amongst themselves as we sat there. I am sure they were just " complimenting" us... ugh! I did ask about a manager at one point and suddenly had no response. I plan on going back to ANOTHER salon in the area- IMAGE NAILS next to the Kroger for now on. Those woman are always happy to see you and ready to give their best effort in making sure the client leaves happy. read more

Decided to give this place a try as my nails were outgrown and this is near my job so I went during lunch. That was my first mistake. They took 2 hours just for dip! Overall though, I liked my color and the way they looked... for a week. Normally dip will last me about 3 weeks or so. Not from this place!!! It's been literally 9 days today and I already had two nails fall off and another two near breaking point. I was tempted to go back to have them fix it but figured what's the use! Absolutely love the ladies in here and their work. They don't do lots of art, but they're very good at what they DO do. They are so friendly and will make a big effort to remember your name and small conversations you have previously had. I decided to come here after class to soak off my nails and get a manicure. My nail tech was Nancy, keep in mind she does not think I understand vietnamese. So as I get to her desk she asks what I want and so on. I had a couple of nail styles in mind but in the end I got the white gel nails. As she was doing my nails and taking them off I understand that taking all that bling off is a pain but don't go off and start saying that my nails were so hard that you were going through so much pain and your hand was hurting so much trying to take it off to another employee. Then I asked her if I could look at some shellac colors because I wasn't sure what I was going to do yet. So she calls another employee over and shows me a set of colors but I ended up choosing two of them. I texted a good friend of mine to see what I should do because I was just stuck on colors. So as she was taking off my nails I told her lets just do white because I've done white before and it looked nice. then her coworker comes by and said oh she changed her mind? and Nancy says yeah she couldn't make a decision for herself so she had to text a friend. it seems like her friend makes all the decisions for her. I looked at her like did you really just said that? but she didn't even notice. so at the end of the whole thing.. my paint job is bad i responded to her in vietnamese thank you and she was very shocked to know that I understood everything she had said. Nancy was nice I guess but I don't appreciate smack talking and wished you paid attention to my nails instead of chit chatting your coworker. I was a regular customer until my last visit. They will repeatedly tell you that your desired nail tech is "off" until you figure out they're no longer with the nail shop. I went in for a refill (done by them) and pedicure but left with only a pedicure. After i requested a second tech BY NAME i was told there would be a wait. I was going to leave but another person offered to complete my pedicure...when my requested tech got to me she noticed it wasn't a full set and didn't want to service a refill, then tried to put me off to another tech, Telling me that the other tech was who i requested. As if i hadn't been there a plenty of times. I kindly paid for my pedicure and left.I have never received service like that before but things are changing, techs are leaving and I will not return. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. It's clean and spotless which is different from most nail salons that you normally see around this area. I have been to too many and wasted so much money trying to get what I want only to walk out of each nail salon - dissatisfied, except for this one. Everyone was courteous and genuine! To be honest, I don't normally write reviews, but I will for Signature Nails. My mom and I LOVE coming here. It beautiful and clean and a perfect place to come for a girl's day. Also if you ever need anything done before a major event, Tracy always takes care of me. Not only with nails, toes, eyebrows, but especially my eyelashes. Last time I went, my lash extensions lasted for over 6 weeks and she does them quick. Much better than any place I've been to before. Can't think of a better place to go for anything you need. I went here because it's close to my house and my mom had told me they are good. However the time I went I got a mani and pedi. I got a infection in my nail! It was so bad. I didn't want to go again but my mom said maybe it was a fluke and I should go again. We went together this time and the lady doing my nails burned me several times with the drill thingy? (To the point I was bleeding!!! On different fingers) I will mention I went for a refill and she broke the tips off a few of my nails and said she would fix them. Ended up charging me for a full set instead of a refill. My nails were crooked and had bubbles in them. I will say they offered to fix them if I came back the next day but I have a infant and it's hard for me to get away because my husband works during that time so I wouldn't have anyone to watch my son. This place is close to my job so I thought it would be convenient to go and decided to try it out. I called the same day to make an appointment after work and had no issue. I went in for a full set of gel nails and asked for 4 different colors and they didn't charge me extra, which they have at other nail salons so I was happy. While she was filing my nails she cut me with the nail file but it wasn't a big deal to me, she apologized and moved on. Once it was done I noticed the quality is not the best, there's some flaws for sure but for the price I didn't mind at the time. I ended up paying $70 for a full set and pedicure. About 2 weeks later it all goes downhill already, my nails are already breaking off and the polish is getting all beat up. I work a desk job so I'm not too rough on my hands and at 2 weeks I've never experienced this. I go back for a refill at about 3-4 weeks after my first visit, without an appointment at around 5:30p and was able to be attended right away. As she's filing my nails (different nail tech than previously) she cuts me as well and at this point I'm like wow okay.. again not a huge deal but still. She continues doing my nails and I go to wash my hands and then one of them just breaks off, and I tell her and she just glues it back, which I guess works but not the best technique imo. Now, one week later my nails are already breaking off and honestly I won't be coming back, they were nice but it's not worth it for me. read more

I came to this nail salon for the first time to get a full set. I asked for coffin shaped nails but the nail tech didn't know how to shape them and left me with almond shaped nails. The acrylic nails were also left too thin so my nails began to break within 2 days of getting them done. This had never happened to me before, I was very displeased with this place. read more

Came here to get my eye brows and lip waxed about a week ago. Although I wasn't a fan of the quality of the wax used, I did like the finished products. Plus, $14 dollars for both eyebrow waxing and lip waxing is pretty much unheard of. I can definitely see myself coming back here! read more

Second the lady doing my manicure should have her license revoked! I had to tell her many times that my nails were uneven because I had some left over acrylic on them. She had to redo and undo my shellac. She was even missing spots on my nails... How is that possible? I shouldn't have to constantly tell a nail technician how to do their damn job. This place is NOT good. The nail tech used a scraper on my feet and CUT me on my big toe. My toe bled the entire time I was there. The tech never said "sorry," but instead said it was because I had "thin" skin. The tech continued to treat the bleeding toe in a rough manner, until I finally told her to be "gentle" in that area, since It was very sensitive. In addition, the tech kept leaving me to take care of the front desk, helping other clients, etc...My daughter was sitting next to me and was appalled at what she was seeing. After I paid the bill, the tech had the audacity to ask for a "tip." She is lucky I even paid for the service in the first place...much less give her a tip. Do not go to this place....I've been to MANY nail salons in my time, and I have never been "cut" and treated this way. The tech SHOULD have given me the service for free - as a way to make amends with the situation. There are way TOO many salons out there to deal with this!! read more
