The Brisket was FANTASTIC, great smoke ring and flavor, the bend and pull was exactly what you'd want, The bacon was a good complement with good chew and taste. The Mac n Cheese was delicious much better than I expected, Smokey taste but there was something else that made me want more, the rice was good, but the Mac n Cheese was just that good!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Bunch of thief's! I'd I could give 0 stars I would! My husband and I went to this place on Saturday 7/20. I have been there before a couple times and never had a problem but my husband went there a lot growing up and loved it! But Saturday we went around 10:00 at night and I forgot how pricey this place is. So when I gave her my card to charge me for the food, she handed me the clip board w receipts saying my total is $31.57. They already charge you a $1.07 fee if you use a card which that's fine I don't care about that! There's also an option to leave a tip on the receipt I signed but I chose to not leave one because again wasn't expecting it to be pricey and didn't have much money In my bank! I'd also like to point out she gave me an attitude handing me my food once I gave her the signed copy back. So come 2:20 am this morning (7/22) I get woken up from a text that my recent transaction here has been changed to include "the tip" so now my cards being charged $33.75...again I never left a tip! So realizing I just got robbed basically, I asked my husband to call the store while I call my bank to dispute the charge! The manager gave him the worst attitude ever, basically stating we're lying even though we have the proof! Stated the girl has worked there for 4 years and must have "been an honest mistake" that there's never been any issues with her before so it didn't happen...again basically calling the customer A LIAR! Which 1000% is never ok esp when there is proof! I don't care if it's .50 or $2, when a customer is calling you saying their card got charged extra than what the receipt says you don't argue with them! This is severely sad and sickening to think the manager could give two shits about their employees stealing from customers, because who knows how many others they've done it too! Just picked up some food here. Been coming for years after my weekend trip on the Cape. Always too tired to cook. I have never had a disgusting meal before today but today was the day. Worst food ever. Rolls were hard. Potato skins were just plain disgusting, wraunchy tasting. Must have been made days ago. A girl (Alexos) with a trashy mouth took my order. I'm being nice calling her a girl, Trust me. She forgot the fries. I just called and was asking for a credit on the fries. She told me to hold and said the following: Remember the lady who was annoying, well she is on the phone saying she didn't get her fries. I don't f....king know what she is talking about. I gave her the fries." I asked when the owner was in and there was a pause. She said the owner would be in after Noon tomorrow. You can bet I will be calling and I will never eat there again. The female employee who was working last night made incredibly insulting comments about me to the other employees and to my sister who happened to be in the car behind me in the drive thru.
