But not only is free parking hard to find around this location but it takes awhile to get your food and well... its not a sit down burger. Going here for a few years now. I still love it! Lately been getting the Uburger with cheese and their special sauce. It's delicious! Their fries with bacon and cheese are awesome too! They don't skimp on those fries. I love to dip them in sriracha and ketchup. It's an interesting combo. Trust me on this. They stopped putting the sriracha out though and I miss it. I will say that the fries served are 10/10. All cooked fresh right in front of you and much better than I had hoped. The only thing that made me make this a 4 star instead of a 5 star is the burger. One of the perks of my job is that I get to work all over and every now and then I come across burger joints I would never find on my own. This place is one of them. What a gem! Tucked right in the corner of a plaza strip they serve the best fries you can find in a 50 miles radius, me personally I don't remember having better fries than this one, honestly. Crispy, dry and tasty, I can't put into words how delicious these fries are, you gotta taste it, to be honest this was my very first visit and I hope they can replicate well so you can have the same experience I just did. As I placed my order for a Ucheeseburger with bacon I noticed in the back a sink filled with water and potato skin so I assume they cut the fresh fries every day, no wonder they're so good. Sweet potato fries were some of the freshest I've ever had. Didn't even require salt, which is unheard of from my fry-eating experience and love of sodium. I liked this trendy spot and so did my fiancé who can put down a lot of food. We left full and happy. Beers were a fair size with a decent selection on tap. I'll also mention that the house made tarter sauce tasted like a simple mayo/sweet relish, not really a true tarter sauce. It was so dry, I really needed that $2.35 soda. My guy had a grilled chicken burger (both sandwiches were served on the same, very mediocre bun). He was less than impressed with his sandwich. We also ordered a large fries to share. Not enough seating! The problem is exacerbated by people reserving tables as soon as they walk in, rather than waiting to sit until they have their food. (Time to put up a sign to discourage this!?!) So many tables are taken by people in line and other people waiting for food that there is no place to sit when you're ready to eat. Take what you need only when you need it, and there would be enough for everyone. Also, this place is expensive... Three burgers, two shakes, one large fries came to $38.00! Waited forever for this place to open and OMG it was SO worth the wait! The staff is awesome. They are so friendly and professional. The burgers are soooo good and the fresh cut fries and onion rings are to die for. It is a scary situation that this place is so close to me because I am going to be tempted to come here all the time now! Thank you to the staff for being so great to us. TIP: This place is BUSY (because it's so good, duh!). I mean, busy as in there's a line out the door sometimes.
