I made a 10am appointment to have my sunroof looked at. I called around 1pm to see if they figured it out and the guy didn't even know the car was there. Came back on the phone and said they couldn't do anything until the ice melted off the roof.. all the vehicles outside had already melted and they have a heated garage. He then went on to tell me they couldn't look at it because they sent all their techs out into the field in the afternoon. I dealt with Simbol through my work. We had three windshields done in one day. So when I had stone chips in my windshield I needed fixed, I decided to go here. I stopped in on a Friday, at the end of the day. He couldn't take care of it then but he told me I could come in the next day, on Saturday. Unfortunately I could not do it then. I made an appointment for after work on Monday. I showed up and they had three chips taken care of in less than an hour. I was very happy with the work that was done and the customer service. I had my windshield replaced by this business and not even a month later that new windshield cracked. I had my heat on towards my windshield and was parked when I heard a noise and looked up to see a crack spread right along the bottom of the windshield. I brought it back the next day and they tried telling me there was an impact mark and I was going to have to pay for another new windshield. I was pretty angry and told them not to do anything to my car and that I was coming to pick it up. Before I had a chance to leave my house, they called me back to let me know that they did feel bad I had just paid a lot of money to have it replaced and that they were going replace this one for free. I'm very glad they ended up replacing it for free but can't help but feel like they were testing to see if they could get more money out of me...there's no way the crack happened from an "impact" but even if it had, that makes me feel like a cheap windshield was placed. What are the odds that my windshield cracks back to back in a couple of weeks?? That just doesn't happen. Hoping this is the end of the issues and the newest windshield is good to go for awhile... read more

This place is a disaster, I took my car here yesterday after I noticed a serious crack in my windshield. I was told he could squeeze me in but the opposite was the case. He called me seven minutes before closing and said, "your car is ready for pickup" I asked if I could pay over the phone; he said he could not accept a payment over the phone. After explaining to him that I am visiting a friend in the hospital whom died this morning he said you can pickup your car in the morning. I am an angry, disgruntled "customer" after having to catch an Uber here at the time of their opening, I found that the hours listed on the door, website and business cards are inaccurate. They open around 9:30 not 8:30 as listed. In final, I would highly suggest that you as a patron consider finding a different place to do business. This business lack the efficiency needed to be a friendly place of business. read more

I went there Saturday 9/17/17 at 10am to get a couple of chips repaired on my windshield . They were making excuses that nothing is guaranteed (even before they started) and i didn't think to much of it. They took forever and I can still see both of the chip repairs and one of them doesn't even look like they did anything to it. I have had many chip repairs on my windshields over the years and I never had a problem with any of them. I'm not sure anyone would want to go here for a routine chip repair, loose an hour of your life that you will never get back, and still be very dissatisfied because it still looks the same. I had to replace my shattered passenger window and they were great! I was told it would be 1-1.5 hours and it was done just under an hour. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I waited in their waiting room. It had a nice selection of magazines and a tv. One of the guys brought me the remote, showed me how to navigate it and said watch whatever you want. The price I was quoted on the phone was what they charged me. Also I had towels on my driver seat because of the broken glass and rain that got in the car while the window was broken. When I got in the car to leave I saw they had straightend out the towels so it was all neat and nice looking. There was a ton of glass all over the inside of my car when I got there and they did a great job vacuuming it all up. I called this Simbol location to have a chip in my windshield fixed. I arrived for the appointment on Friday, 5/20/2016 at 1pm, gave the gentleman who was working there my keys, and had a seat in the waiting room. Approximately 5 minutes later he came in to tell me the bad news.... The windshield had cracked. He said that that is always a risk when doing this. I think he said he didn't even apply the heat yet? In any case, he asked if they warned me about this possibly happening, when I spoke with them on the phone? I told him they had not. (It was a woman I had spoken with when I made the appointment.) He sincerely apologized, but there was nothing he could do, other than offering to replace the windshield for $150. He said that it was regularly $200. I don't understand how they can break my windshield and then charge me $150 to fix it. Since then I haven't been able to reach anyone to discuss the matter. UPDATE: The owner (manager?) of the location has since called me and offered what I believe to be a fair resolution to the matter. I revisited the shop, the staff was professional and courteous, and my windshield has been replaced. Thank you. read more

I bought the windshield chip Groupon and they did a really great job. I also spoke with a rep about some other glass issues I had with the car, and he quoted me at a much lower price than the dealer. In fact, the BMW dealer told us they couldn't replace the weather stripping without replacing the windshield: $2500. Simbol quoted me about $500 for a new windshield, and offered to reattach the weather stripping without replacing the windshield at all. I'll be going back! read more
