He was passionate about the food, knew the menu, and was super enthusiastic. All the dishes were fresh, delicious, and had us wanting more. We arrived at 6:30, meeting friends from Ft L. We ordered around 6:45 (after getting our drinks) they brought 3 of the 4 entrees at 7:30, my husband got his at 7:40. I want this restaurant to succeed because it is family owned and obviously a lot of heart and love goes into it. The good; the ambiance , the upbeat charismatic staff and mostly the food. My husband ordered the Jalea Mixta (a fried seafood entree) which he said was excellent. I had the Tacu Lomo which was cut up strip steak with a great sauce , veggies and beans and rice. It was excellent. The little taste of Aguadita a cilantro soup which we all enjoyed. The not so good: waiting so long for entrees and one entree being served 10 minutes after the others. (No explanation given). Two ordered the Bistec a Lo Pobre which was strip served with French fries. One of them was so fatty it was barely edible. The other was very fatty as well. It was brought to the attention of our server. He apologized and said they were having an issue with some of the steak being delivered by one of the vendors. The chef should have noticed that this was a piece of steak that should never have made it to the table. After we received the bill, someone in our party brought it up to our server and he did take it off. They ask if you want still or sparkling water. We all ordered still but we're not told it was bottled Aqua panna ($6) bottle. Wine was good. Will try again but hopefully they take the cues in what to tighten up on. read more

No surprise here that I found Inti Peruvian on Yelp! My parents and I came here while visiting and it was fantastic! We brought a dog, assuming we'd be sat outside. But they allowed him inside. What a delightful surprise! The restaurant itself is cozy, not massive. Our server was attentive and friendly, offering suggestions. The food was incredible. - Aguadito shot = we were served an amuse bouche of this delicious soup once we were sat. They have a full size option. - Yuca à la huancaina = a great starter for the table. The yucca sticks were crispy and the dipping sauce was excellent. - causa de camarones = this was my favorite. It's technically an appetizer but I had it as my main. - leche de Tigre = a traditional ceviche that was tasty - lomo saltado = this was delicious and I'd definitely order again Inti Peruvian is a wonderful restaurant in West Palm Beach. Pretty disappointing for $50 dinner. Their lomo saltado is $31, almost double of other Peruvian restaurants and there are only 5 pieces of meat. My steak that was ordered rare was cooked well done while Anticuchos that are supposed to be cooked well done were cooked medium rare. Disrespectful treatment toward Peruvians in a Peruvian restaurant - unbelievable but true: I had a very disappointing experience at Inti Gourmet. The owner, who is Peruvian herself, treats fellow Peruvians with disrespect--especially those with Andean features. While dining with friends, I witnessed her mocking and making inappropriate comments about us. Even worse, she openly gossips about customers with her staff, judging them by their appearance and making assumptions about their ability to pay. A Peruvian restaurant should make you feel at home, but here, you're made to feel small. This is not an isolated case--I later found out she often behaves this way. Truly shameful behavior. At first you would be weary of the location, due to that this place is tucked away in a small strip plaza. The space isn't all that big but the food and ambiance is amazing!
