Simon and his team just Catered my whole wedding! My guests continuously all night and the following days have reached out to share how delicious the food was. There was such a variety of food there and each one was amazing. There was more meat than people can handle! The Barbeque fish was to die for. I've had people call me specifically about the dessert table and the fresh fruit. At the end of the night they offer to donate the left over food which I really appreciate. Last night at a 5 star hotel wedding There was an abundance of food and selections But other than sushi --one station's food was worst than the other Walking in the fish small was awful Why would an experienced caterer place a grilling salmon at entrance rather than outside where 2 other stations were ? The taco station had very tough beef , bad tasting chicken, frozen ice mixed in guacamole -- the beans were good Curved meets were also awful The Toungue overcooked and mushy and over salted Beef was very tough etc etc I observed even several guests would spit out the food into napkin The Shwarma station was under the sun in a 90 degree day - how safe was it?? But still so salty . The chicken kebob wax also not good . Whole pieces of chicken were skewerd and without any knife availability , was impossible to cut , never mind tasteless Ground beef kabob was ok , but I did not feel safe after a couple of bites thinking of how long it was sitting in the 90 degree day ,unrefrigerated before cooking-- At dinner , the sea bass had such an awful smell that we decided to leave hungry and eat elsewhere 3 other couples had same experience and left before dinner that was not still service at 10 pm for an event that started at 4 pm !!! I did not have a good experience -food was not good-service was bad and he added $7600 a couple days before the wedding-we paid and decided to get it back after as I did not want them to no show we had heard during covid he had done a Wedding that was decent not marvelous but discounted certain items I went to him as we wanted a Persian barbecue station and a sushi station amongst other items (not his use tray pass) we discussed it from feb and also discussed a midnight burger-he served the burger with our special boxes in cocktail hour and most of what I had said we did not want I was not happy-I asked for a refund or said well go to court-we did land up in court-he was not interested in mediation and I got a judgment against him which will be public-saddest thing to me was this man lied under oath to the judge and said I added persian kebab station and sushi station 2 weeks before the wedding which I have in writing that we agreed on those items and the menu months before the wedding -had to only choose tray pass and desert which I wanted less then what he suggested anyway read more

We used Simon for our synagogues annual gala, and it was nothing short of amazing! Our evening began with an abundance of mouth watering hand passed appetizers, and delectable fresh sushi from the sushi bar. The food was nothing short of spectacular.
