For dessert, we shared a slice of the celebration cake which had three different cake layers: vanilla cake with chocolate chips, chocolate cake, and vanilla almond confetti cake. However, I am still extremely loyal to my favorite, Gwendolyn's Famous Earl's Court Chocolate Cake. For take-out, we had the chocolate chip cookie with fleur de sel, walnut brownie, birthday macaron, and chocolate caramel macaron. I love dessert but cookies and brownies are generally at the bottom of my list. I generally prefer cake, donuts, ice cream, tarts, and various pastries. But once again, I make the exception for the Cake Bake Shop. My favorite is the walnut brownie because it has a nice, crispy crust and a soft center. It is perfection! It is also worth mentioning that the server sprinkled glitter on my girls' hands and hair so that they could make a wish with the celebration cake. If your young children is into anything sparkly and glittery, this definitely ups the notch to a wonderful and magical lunch experience!
