Simply Clean is great! I booked them to clean out a long-term rental house, after the tenants left the state. They showed up on time, and took my requests in stride, as there were some focus areas that needed attention. They cleaned inside the cabinets, drawers, got the nooks and crannies and did it within their estimated time and budget! I don't think I have seen the house so clean in 30 years! I was genuinely impressed by this team. I caused a minor confusion with the start time, but they were totally understanding and professional. In fact, they were professional from booking the appointment to after they finished the job. Considering I caused them to start 15 minutes late (sorry), they were still able to give the apartment a thorough clean. I liked how easy it was to schedule a cleaning service online. The crew showed up on time. They were very polite and easy to communicate with. My apartment was spotless. They don't just clean around objects, they move them around to clean all the nooks and crannies. I was able to continue working in peace while they cleaned. The only thing I think can be improved is sending a confirmation email to know for sure if the reservation was approved. They were supposed to send one but never received it. Although Johnny and his crew were a little late to the appointment, they did excellent work. I hired him to do a move-in cleaning for my condo. This included mopping the floors, cleaning the fridge and oven, and wiping down the windows as they were quite dirty. Johnny and his crew did the whole thing in about two hours. I thought the price was reasonable compared to other cleaning services I was looking at in the Long Beach area. I would definitely use them again. read more

We have been using Simply Clean exclusively for almost a year for our 3 bdrm AirBnb! They are by far the best cleaning service we have used.  Our unit has a 4.9 star rating and every review comments on how clean the house is.  They set the place back up according to the way we like for check in, they communicate if things are off or missing or not up to our standards after guest leave and we trust their team with cleaning. They are quick and professional when they show up. They are thorough with cleaning everything. The only negative comment I would say is that communication needs to improve. There were a few times when they no-showed without notice, but Johnny (manager) and the cleaners always end up making up for it. read more

I was charged $85 dollars for services never rendered. I called to dispute the charge and person said they would look into it. I have yet to hear back. Pretty sure this is some sort of scam. I will edit this review if the money is returned and the situation is resolved. read more
