When I first started ordering from simply salad, maybe about a good year and a half ago the quality of the food used to be awesome. Every time I would order a salad my meat would be chopped with my salad however, the last few times I've ordered a salad. My meat has not been chopped and a few other things haven't been mixed too good so I'm done with them at this point because what's the point of spending almost $30 for a salad if it's not gonna be made correctly it's not mixed correctly. It's not chopped correctly. Usually, I order a chipotle honey salsa sometimes that one is not fully dressed sometimes I'll order it and it'll be more vinegar and sometimes I'll order it and I'll have more chipotle inside they're not consistent like they used to be so I won't be ordering any anymore from here unfortunately read more

The service was amazing! Even thought I arrived near closing due to schedule change Labor Day holiday hours the two young gentlemen took the time to explain how to order and even provided a sample of the dressings. They were very kind, patient, and considerate. They even suggested to put the dressings on the side so my salad would not get soggy due to my far drive. I would definitely go back again! read more

A great salad place, but pricey. I didn't find the chicken, or ingredients anything special. Plus, don't order from delivery options, as their charges add up too much!!! A fifty dollar salad is ludicrous, and this place does not offer gold plated lettuce to match that bill! I probably won't order from them again. No salad is that special. read more

I have to say Simply Salad is becoming a go-to for me! I went low carb a couple years ago and it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made! I'm glad a place like Simply Salad exists to support this lifestyle change. Tonight I order what I thought was gonna be one of the best salads I've ever had and I was very Very disappointed. Not only were both of my salads made incorrectly but both salads did not have the protein that I paid $5 extra for per salad. This is by the way an uber eats order so understand prices vary but for me to pay $50 for 2 salads and other small items from this specific simply salad and the fact that the items I am missing are highlighted on the receipt. I went in with my family and ordered 4 different Downtown Cobb salads 2 spicy chipotle 1 spicy chipotle without hard boiled egg 1 with ranch dressing. Once my order was ready, the lady didn't place the 2nd spicy chipotle salad. I was charged for the missed order & once I picked that up, they MESSED up my order AGAIN with ranch‍ I was going to order soup but they were out (@ 1pm?!?) Either their staff are unfortunately being over worked or they're not meticulous with orders. I had also witnessed another customer complaining about their order. I love this place and it isn't cheap. But the way it's being handled , might as well go down the street and buy a full sized meal at Pita 360 for the same price. Healthy too! read more

This place was so promising in the beginning. Now they just nasty. I crave a good salad but the cleanliness of this store keeps me away. The food is mostly not cooked so it's important to keep this joint clean! But oh well. They don't care. I told Ben that he need to walk around and see what we see. He's undisturbed by the spilled food all along the front counter. I can't eat at a place that's visibly unkept. They lost so much money with me. I usually walk in here then walk out and go to Albertsons and make my own salad in my clean kitchen. I give up on this place. Doors are dirty as well but employees have down time. SMH read more

Today was my 1st day back to work since the holidays and I wanted to eat something fresh and healthy. Found out this Gardena location opened not long ago so I had to try. From pulling into the parking lot and seeing the line, I had a feeling it was going to be great. Service was great even though it was busy. I went with a basic classic order to ensure it met my standards in relation to price since I'm going to pay for a wrap/salad which we all know doesn't cost that much to make ourselves. So the Cardini chicken Cesar salad wrap was spot on! Their Cesar dressing reminds me of the original dressing made in Tijuana, BC MX. I'll be coming here on a regular basis now it's that good! The Assistant manager, Emily is rude and is not empathetic to customer complaints. Received a wilted soggy salad with brown bits . It was a pick up order to avoid the wait caused by sloth like employees that work there . The salad cost me $17 and had to be thrown away because the ingredients were not fresh and it was SOGGY. Reached out to one of the owners, Phil Paloma, and he too was rude and very unconcerned with the poor customer service received and the integrity of the salad . Guess it's a reflection of the top why the employees are the way they are . Will not be eating there or any other location based on Phil's poor attitude. Fresh tasting salads with a good variety of dressings. This time I got the "Chinatown" and did not know which of the recommended dressings to get since I could not find descriptions. I flipped a coin and chose the Far East dressing (on the side just in case) and it was good - it's a sesame flavored dressing that goes well with the salad. Veggies are chopped up and mixed in. The chicken is like chunks of breast meat that are not stringy or overly dry, but have a bit of a fake grilled flavor. Maybe next time I will ask to substitute the baked tofu if that is possible. Comes with a 1/4 piece of flatbread. Ordered on their website for pickup at around 12:20 on a Saturday and it was ready by around 12:35. read more
